“So let me invite you into a comprehensive and most accessible theatre lab, where voice and body training are really communication and language training; where development and exercise, feeling and perception become “body wisdom”; and where you learn to deal uniquely with the exploration of originality, not as the discovery of another novelty but as the re-discovery or origin itself…within yourself.”

The curiosity and joy of Arthur Lessac is infectious—this is not the kind of book you read and put back on the shelf. It is meant to be lived, experienced, tested, disproved, and enjoyed.

Well-crafted book. A bit heavy but if you are set on really getting deep this is a good title.
