Great read

I found this book very interesting and just had to finish it. It has an inevitable yet surprising ending. Good characters and plot that keeps your attention. I tend to wonder at the selling of some words and grammar. Written as by an English person. But well written. Look forward to more.

A good start

Started off really good, but felt like he got tired of writing the story and ended it in a most unsatisfactory way.

What a journey

Wow. This book starts out with a bang with friends on a camping trip. During their first night, they are attacked by a creature which left only one of them alive. And so, it begins. One man's journey into becoming what nearly killed him...werewolf. There is lots of gory action that will keep you reading on and on. The only problem with this book is a strange use of past and present tenses. Grammar errors aside, this is a good book for all who love werewolves.

Good Story

I gave the book 2 stars because of the grammatical errors. I was constantly rereading sentences in order for them to make sense. The book has a good plot and gives a different spin on werewolves, but it really needs to be edited to fix the problems. I do hope there is another book that picks up where this one ended.

I hovered between a 2/5 and 3/5 for this one. The story itself is more or less okay, but the book is badly let down by the editing. It's just as well that I was reading the Kindle edition because the urge to get a red pen out was almost overwhelming; the punctuation alone is woeful!

Ending bites.

Book as a whole wasn't bad. It's just i hate to be left with an ending so like a cliff hanger.

The book had a reasonable storyline. I thought the ending was rushed and not to my taste. I do not know if I would read anymore books by this author because I was so disappointed by the ending.

Good Start

Good start to hopefully a series. Good plot and the constant pace flowed until the end. From the start I was intrigued and here I write this review. Great writing style...a must read. Good Werewolf story...

Smh

I like werewolf stories. I liked the characters. What I didn’t like: the ending. Basic story. Werewolf bites man, man survives discovers what he is and tries to adapt. Moves away from family and is detected psychic elder Indian. Elder Indian is warns eldest son who is leader of the tribe about a “ mongrel shape shifter”. Eldest son doesn’t believe in old Indian superstitions but respects elder and obeys request to make tribe be on guard. Mongrel shapeshifter meets Indian elder and son and they talk. Mongrel learns fate and told not to return. Elder sends tribal members to spy on mongrel. Mongrel shapeshifters discovers spy’s and kills them. End of story non elder and non believing tribal leader ( son of elder) is actually a pure blood shapeshifter werewolf and kills mongrel after elder tells mongrel that the tribe is the pure blooded ancestors from the werewolf curse. So if this is a tribe of werewolves why was the mongrel werewolf able to kill the other Indian men? Why didn’t they just change themselves and take care of this problem? Why did the tribal leader scoff at shapeshifters when he is one? Poor plot development.
