Dawn was feeling a little left out - she's the baby of the family & has been watching her siblings find their HEA's one after the other. She's reading to find her own forever love. Enter Jack Black, who she meets at the Black Jack table. Appropriate. ; )

They have an instant connection, but Jack has some things going on that he can't quite open up to Dawn about right away. But he knows she's it for him & that he'll have to tell her soon. When she finds out what's going on, she ends up in the middle of his situation, and they have to work together - with her whole family & some others - to make things right.

This story is full of fun banter, steamy connections, and action. I really enjoyed Dawn & Jack & revisiting w/ her family as well!! : )

Dawn is a woman who works at her family’s casino, and she meets up with an FBI agent. Jackson accidentally involves Dawn in one of his operations while he is undercover. the sparks fly with this one.

Love Mystic Nights

Love this family and their love stories! Dawn and Jack’s story was hot, sweet and suspenseful! I couldn’t put it down once I started. Can’t wait for Tawny’s story!!!

Undercover

This is going to sound horrible, but I couldn’t finish this book fast enough. It gently eases into the drama of the plot, but once the tension and action got cranked up, I just needed to know how it was going to end. And I needed to know it NOW. But no! The story cleverly teased me along. Doling out careful tidbits about what Jack and Dawn were facing, what might yet come to be. Hinting at the stories that have already been told as well as the ones the author has yet to bring us. I loved watching Jack and Dawn together. She may be young in years but she has an extremely mature understanding of the world. Even though Jack’s careers have taken him to some very dark places, he manages to convey a lightness of spirit that’s refreshing in a former-military character. This is another book I’ve picked up in the middle of the series and I’ll need to read outward to both ends.
