Wow what a read!!
I enjoyed book 1... I loved book 2 and this edition just continued the love when we get the story of the Prez of the CoSMic family Colt.
Holy moly he had a story to tell and that story was jammed packed with emotions galore! On more than one occasion this book had my heart beating like crazy and unable to read the words quick enough to find out what was happening next.
He may think of himself as the old man of the group but this certainly does not hold him back in any way at all... fierce loyal alpha male that just needs to realise that love can be found and sometimes just weeks upon you when you least expect it!
Lisa J Hobman has managed to write one gripping amazing MC series that I would recommend to everyone!

I like Ellie - she put up with a lot with Colt (Jacob) he struggles to believe that he deserves to be loved. He loves his wife who died of cancer 4 years ago.
There’s descriptive scene with wife (reflecting) and with OW before chapter 9. Not together but more the safety gang.
He doesn’t admit to loving Ellie til he rescues her from fire near the end. He leaves her for nearly a year I think after that. And comes back and Ellie takes him back and he meets his baby son Jacob jr. there was so much emphasis on him loving his wife ( which is fair) but it reduced my enjoyment as it was like Ellie was second best until she nearly died. And even then he still left her.
This was my first book by this author. I ended up reading Six which I actually enjoyed.
