More Than Memories

Rate this book
High school graduation is supposed to be the ending of one chapter and the beginning of another. The excitement of college comes and the mystery to what the future holds. Mine ended in tragedy, and although my life didn’t end and the world didn’t stop turning around me, my heart still broke. They told me she was dead. But that was a lie. Her parents had other plans for her that I wasn’t supposed to be a part of. They used her amnesia to steal her from me, her friends, the life she wanted, the future we had planned. I should have searched harder, longer, but medical school and my residency that followed took over ten years of my life. I drowned myself in work, and when that didn’t numb the pain, I sought relief with a tattoo needle. A chance encounter changed everything. There she was standing in the doorway, singing the lyrics to the song I was strumming on the guitar. After a decade, my love was back. But she was married with two kids. And one of them—her nine-year-old—had eyes that mirrored my own.

She was mine longer than she’s ever known. She was mine from the start. I’ve just never told her that until a few minutes ago.

Truth be told, this book has been on my radar for a while. It first caught my attention with the beautiful cover, and then it completely hooked me with the blurb. I'm a sucker for an angsty read, and More Than Memories certainly delivered on that end.

There's nothing I love better than a good amnesia plot, and as far as memory loss stories go, this one packed a heck of a punch. Ten years ago, Shane lost the love of his life in the most tragic of ways. They may have been total opposites, but they've always shared one heart. One night rips everything apart, and Shane hasn't been the same since.

Ten years have passed, and Whitney re-enters his life in the most unexpected of ways. She looks like the love of his life, she talks like her, but she has none of her memories. She doesn't remember him and she doesn't remember their friends. She's married. Has a family. She's a stranger. But the invisible pull that's always existed between them is still there.

I was instantly hooked on their story and fully invested from the prologue alone. This was a powerful and highly emotional second chance romance.
He’s mine. He has always been mine. And he will always be mine.

Unfortunately, minor issues throughout the story began to wane my enjoyment. While I'm not usually a stickler for grammar, I have to admit that the highly noticeable ones in this book were distracting enough to take me out of the story at times. An extra comma where there shouldn't be, misspelled words and the like weren't glaring, but their were noticeable. It wasn't many, but it was enough to be distracting to the flow of the story. This was more of a minor inconvenience than anything else, however. What ultimately lowered my rating was something that I may be at fault for myself. Since I dove right into More Than Memories without having read More Than Lies first, I struggled on wrapping my mind around most of the secondary characters. While this focuses on a completely different couple than book one, there are clearly a lot of interconnections, the major one being the group of friends. It felt almost overwhelming at times getting all of their backstories as quickly as we did, and I'd forget who was who and how they tied into things. There's a lot of backstory here, and even though the author does explain it, for a reader just being introduced to this world, it felt confusing. Perhaps if there were just one or two, but there were quite a few, and it took me almost the entire book to really understand the full dynamics of it.

The romance was a slow burn, and deliciously angsty. I really loved Shane and Whitney together. They were memorable and highly developed characters with plenty of layers. Admittedly, while I love angst, there were some twists that were thrown in that felt a little OTT on the drama department and read almost like a soap. Don't get me wrong, I typically gobble that shit up with a spoon and beg for more. But with the way things unravel at the end, it just felt like a bit much. A little less drama and a little more angst and emotion would have sufficed for me. But obviously you can't please every reader.

Did I enjoy More Than Memories? Abso-freaking-lutely. It may not have been a perfect read, but it was still perfectly entertaining. I'm definitely a fan of this author and will happily read her books in the future. If you're looking for a unique and memorable second chance romance with plenty of feels and angst, this will do the trick nicely.

This was such a phenomenal story!!! Talk about everlasting love, it was beautiful, it was heartbreaking, it was emotional and incredibly gripping. It will tug at your heart strings, it was that good.

Shane and Whitney were so well written and the perfect hero & heroine. They had a love that was unbreakable and a bond that would prove to be untouchable until one night changed the course of there life over the next 10 years. They are both just existing in this world missing there other half only in poor Whitneys case she knows she's missing something but, has no idea what it is until fate steps in again. Unfortunately it's never that easy is it.

DNF at 28%. The premise could be good. A girl who loses her memory after a car accident, is fed lies about herself by her family for 10 years. She is in a pretty awful marriage, but has two kids, so she tolerates it. Fate brings her in contact with her former love and friends, and lies start to unravel. Sounds good, doesn't it? So why the DNF? Well, the writing is not well done, many wrong words, grammar and editing issues...and I was having trouble figuring out all the side characters, who was talking, and the writing just took me out of the story. I won't be rating.

ARC provided in exchange for an honest review.

There is just something about a book that features characters with amnesia that I am drawn to. I like not knowing what may be coming next, that there is huge risk the character will take when they face it. More Than Memories is my second read from N.E. Henderson, with More Than Lies being the first, and I feel like Henderson's writing and character development has changed in such a positive way. I connected to the characters and to the story, despite never experiencing similar events myself. It was descriptive, emotional, and though there was a lot going on it, flowed just right. The main characters are going through the motions of life, but neither is happy, they're missing something, and only one of them knows what it is. When a chance encounter, a decade after a terrible accident, draws them back together there is no denying that they are soulmates.

"He's mine. He's always been mine. And he always will be mine."

It is hard to imagine such terrible parents exist, but N.E. Henderson makes you believe they do. Whitney and Shane, once inseparable, haven't seen each other in ten years after Whitney's parents made a decision that changed the course of her life. Once rebellious and artistic, Whitney is now an unhappy stay-at-home mom to a husband that rules her life. Her every move is watched and criticized, but she believes this is what she wanted before she lost her memory so she stays for the children. Shane has followed his dreams, only deviating from his plans when the painful memories become too much. The good guy covered in tattoos in honor of his former love can barely take it anymore, but they're drawn to one another and even ten years can't change the connection they have. I really liked Shane, he's so well developed, an all-around good guy, and more than the cliche male heroes that grace the pages of books lately. His POV was by far my favorite, because his love is the all-consuming kind that I just adore. He sees who Whitney is despite the way her mind, and circumstances, have imprisoned her true self. Whitney though, she's stubborn, but sweet and her POV reads just like you might expect from someone who knows very little about her former self. She looks at life from a mother's perspective and it's unique to have a contemporary romance that features that style of thought. It makes the book move slower, with the romance moving in reverse, starting with family and its drama rather than friendship and dating.

Of course, the two lost soulmates aren't being kept away by fate, but rather by intervening parents and a man who hides his obsession a little too well. It's a story about wealth and expectations and neither has room for true love. Whitney and Shane have an unlikely opportunity to be together every day, but it's driven by Whitney's obsessive husband and the need to protect Whitney and her children rather than by romance. The reader can feel the connection between the two, but we're gifted with a view of the dark and suspenseful reality thanks to Henderson's writing. We get to see that things aren't just happy, as Whitney's husband's texts increase and as one of her daughters begins to fear her visits. Henderson makes the story feel real, like you too are constantly on the look out for when someone will burst in and take the dream away.

I really enjoyed More Than Memories, it's great as a standalone and an excellent release in the More Than series. Readers will love the characters and the realistic storytelling. If you're a fan of contemporary romance with a bit of suspense and a dash of angst, this one is for you.

I really wish i had read the first book More Than Lies before reading this one even though it can be read as a standalone novel but i would recommend new readers to read More Than Lies first.
I absolutely fell in love with this book right from the start even though it broke my heart in places!
This is 100% a must read and i can't recommend it highly enough.
Such a difference to my normal reading genre and was a fresh well needed break from the serial killers i had been reading prior to this one!
When everything you know about yourself is a lie, how do you even begin to find the truth? Who do you trust when your memories betray you?
The story follows Shane Braden and Whitney Lane who were high school sweethearts that suffer a terrible tragedy the night of their high school graduation 10 years ago and were torn from each others lives leaving Whitney with amnesia and Shane believing she was dead.
It then skips to 10yrs later where we start to see the unravelling of events that lead to the eventual rather dramatic end to a story that on the whole is sometimes heartbreaking but satisfying.
Whitney Lane is now a mother of two girls and married to the control freak and unpleasant Blake Lane, she can't remember anything from her life before the last ten years.
Shane Braden, is now a paediatrics resident who, besides devoting himself to med school, has spent his last ten years trying to numb the pain for having lost Whitney, the love of his life.
Whitney knows deep down that she is missing something, that there was something more, something just out of her reach.
It takes a chance encounter for her to come face to face with Shane that starts to lift the amnesia she has been struggling with.
When she realises she has been manipulated into a false life she will do all that she can to protect her daughters, but will her memories come back so that she can live the life she was supposed to?
The book is filled with unimaginable happiness, soul crushing sadness, betrayal, secrets, deception and second chances and leaves a sense of hope that just maybe you really can find your soul mate!

Una storia piena di amore!

*ARC gentilmente offerta Foreword PR & Marketing. Thank you!*

Nope. Bin einfach genervt.

There is something to be said for Nancy's style of writing. From page one she draws you in and doesn't let go until the very end. Mind you, once she lets you go, you will have a book hangover.

With that being said, Shane and Whitney's story is not like any I've read before. What would you do if your memory was wiped away and those you thought you could trust were the biggest liars that kept you in the dark and kept you from your true love? Nancy paints a beautiful picture of love lost, love found, and some crazy thrown in between.

This story is a MUST read! You don't have to read More Than Lies before this story, but I highly recommend reading Shawn and Taralynn's story first, since they are key supporting characters in this story.

When I saw the blurb and the beautiful cover for this story, I just knew I had to read it.
I liked the premise of this story, but I struggled from start to finish.
More Than Memories by N.E. Henderson, deals with lot's of heartbreak and despair.....
Betrayal at it's finest hour.

Shane and Whitney have that type of love, that can withstand anything.
But can it, after Whitney loses her memory?
Read to find out!

More Than Memories by N.E. Henderson

I enjoyed reading this book. More Than Memories is a good story. I loved Whitney and Shane and envied the love they have for one another. The daughters were so cute and I loved their parts in the story. I felt the story needed to be tightened up a bit, some parts were confusing. All in all great characters and friendships.

I give More Than Memories 4 stars for its enjoyable read.
I would recommend this book to adults.

Whitney and Shane's story is one you wont be able to forget.

Whitney is married, 2 children and no recollection of the first 18 years of her life. For the past ten years she has been living a life built off others lies and deceit.

After loosing the love of his life Shane has spent the last ten years merely existing going through life on auto pilot. That is until fate steps in, but the road to happiness is not an easy one.

I absolutely loved. loved, loved, Whitney and Shane's story. The characters are amazing and easy to fall in love with. The story is well written and interesting. All around wonderful read. Highly recommend.

If you haven't read More Than Lies I would definitely recommend reading that one as well. Both books can be read as a standalone.

This book had so many original elements to it. That, alone, kept me interested in reading it, but as this was the second in a series of standalones, I was anxious to read Shane's story. And it didn't disappoint. The heartbreak that Shane felt after he lost Whitney was devastating! And the chemistry when he is reunited with Whit was off the charts!

This is a book that I would definitely recommend!

I requested for More Than Memories by N.E. Henderson on whim from NetGalley. However, I didn't expect this book to be such a deep read. It was beautiful with rich, developed characters and a pace that'll make you turn page after page.

I love books with really well-written and thought out characters because such characters are bound to say with me and I do remember them by their names on days and miss them like my own flesh and blood. With that being said, Shane and Whitney were absolutely amazing till the end.

I loved the fact how Whitney stepped up to take her own decisions.

Shane. Shane. Shane.

The man had the patience of a saint. I felt so bad for Whitney for how she was wronged on so many levels.

Best of all, the supporting characters were vibrant and equally intriguing for me to want to know more about their stories. It was a beautiful, shattering read.

a huge let down

I was intrigued by the concept of this storyline but it was not executed well. The writing was slow and didn’t flow very well. I found myself skimming through most of it just to get to to the parts with substance. I really didn’t like that Shane didn’t search for Whitney when he found out she didn’t actually die in the car accident 10yrs prior. That made zero sense. Can you even classify that as love? In the end we never see justice delivered to all the corrupt people involved.

Would not recommend

Rife with spelling and punctuation errors (ok, maybe rife is an exaggeration - but 5-10 errors for a published book by an adult writer was shocking. No character development, little plot development, predictable quick-fix ending. Would not recommend.

As soon as I started reading I knew I was in for a treat! More Than Memories is more than your average love story. It’s more than any story I’ve read. We get a piece of Shane and Whitney’s story in More Than Lies, but nothing prepared me for the depth of true love in their story. This is more than a second chance love story. More than any normal great love story. As soon as I started I knew I was going to love it more than the first book in the series, which I never thought would be possible. The way N.E. Henderson gives you just enough throughout the chapters without giving it all away, kept me on the edge of my seat and guessing (which I love). There were times I thought I knew for sure what was going to come next or how this scene would play out, and just like More Than Lies there would be a twist or a small curve you just never see coming. I wish I had words for all the emotions I felt while reading. Beyond the strongest love story you can find, the level of betrayal was unfathomable! It takes a lot for me to feel so angry at a character, but this story had me fuming! And, then to go to feeling love and peace and hope, that’s when you know you are reading something special. I am just in awe of how Shane and Whitney’s story came to be, and how it ended. I loved that while this focused on the main characters, the supporting characters were just as developed and strong throughout the story. I was very happy to get the updates on Shawn and Tara as well. I knew in the first book that Shane’s story was going to be a great one, but nothing could have prepared me for just how great it would be. The depth of love and tragedy in this story rivals some of the greatest love stories of all time. I am just so happy Shane finally got to have his foreverly after, I don’t think anyone could have a love greater than that of Shane and his Love.

I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

This book is an absolute gem! This was a beautiful love story of second chances that was so well done; it held my attention and was entertaining, but also was heartwarming and emotional that I even shed tears when I read what happened. The book maybe fiction, but the storyline can be related to true-life situations and you will want to keep reading to find out what happened. What moves me is just how N.E. Henderson was able to make the characters’ situations seem credible and realistic—their hurts, ambivalence, etc. This is the first time I read a book by N.E. Henderson, but I assure you, it will not be the last. I loved the storyline and the characters of Shane Braden and Whitney Lane, and you get a chance to see the progression of their love—theirs was not a quick and easy love story because they had to overcome some issues, but loves does prevail. I also loved the characters of Shawn and Taralynn (Shane’s brother and his girlfriend). When reading the story, it may make you feel sad, confused, appalled, and even euphoric. My heart goes out for Shane! When his life is shattered, he has so much pain that he cannot move on from the past. Whitney has no memory of her life except what she is told—do you trust the people that are giving you the information? What’s meant to be will always find a way—when Shane meets Whitney again, the chemistry between them grows more potent the more time they spend together—the sex is off-the-chart hot! The scenes are well written, fast-paced and flow smoothly from one scene to the next. The book will pique your interest and draw you in from the beginning to the very end.

* I was given an ARC copy of this book for an honest review *

I read this book in under 24 hours whilst running a house with 5 children, the the youngest being 10 months! I really enjoyed this story and loved they way it captured my imagination. I found myself imagining that I was in both Whitney's (Love's) position and Shane's and found I wanted to keep reading to find out the answers both Whitney & Shane were looking for.

It has been a while since I had read More than Lies (the first book) but remembered the characters without a problem and their backgrounds came straight to mind as they were key characters in this book also. That in itself was nice as we were able to carry on the story of Taralynn/Shawn/Kylie & Trent.

I don't want to say too much as it's always nice to go into a book completely blind, without 'knowing' the story. I find it makes a huge difference to how you read a book. Whilst not always happy this book managed to pull on my emotional heartstrings, humor and the maternal mother in me and I really felt for the characters and their despair, anger and confusion. Nancy has put together a great book and I really enjoyed it.

I'm giving it a 5* because I can honestly say I don't think it needed anything more adding or there was nothing that detracted from the story and was pointless. The characters emotions and views came across so naturally and the ending gave closure.

I really hope Nancy goes on to write Kylies story as I think that will end this series really well and also, it will be good to check back in with these character again and see how they are doing.

Well done Nancy another great book 😊

I loved this book. I did not want to put it down.
The storyline for this book is wonderful and the writer has written it in such a way that the reader will continue to turn the page wanting to know what happened to Whitney (Love) and why. Could her parents and her husband really being keeping this secret from her? Did they lie all this time?
Whitney, aka Love and Shane are a high school couple but also so much more. They both have known there was something special between them form a young age but neither wanted to admit it. As much as Whitney doesn't believe she should have Shane and this happiness, and thus pushes him away, she also realizes she can't live without him. They have a close group of friends and life is going well, then tragedy strikes and their worlds turn upside down.
Joe is now in his final year of residency. He has lived through two tragedies - Whitney and his BFF Trent. He has become numb.
Whitney is married and has two children. She can't stand her husband in the back of her mind she wishes she could say something but she doesn't.
When Whitney and Shane reunite by chance all the secrets and hurt are revealed.
This book was wonderful and I know I don't give much in the review but I don't want to give away anything. Even the smallest clue may not give you the reading experience you will get from this novel.
I will say this is one of my favorite stories to date and I am buying Shawn and Taralynn's book.
I received this book for an honest voluntary review.

More Than Memories is a steamy, dream-come-true, second chance romance. I fell in love with Shane in More Than Lies and have been waiting, rather impatiently, for his story.

And it was totally worth the wait! Shane Braden is a man created with all the swoon worthy qualities most women, men and parents would love to find – he’s a doctor who loves children, he plays the guitar, he loves unconditionally, he’s stable (mentally and financially) – the list could go on and on… But for some reason the parents’ of the love of his life find him unsuitable and take measures to separate the young lovers.

Whitney Lane has no recollection of her life until almost ten years ago – now married with two children she finds her life lacking and can’t figure out why; until she sees Shane again.

Whitney and Shane shared a young love that they believed would last foreverly and it likely would have if not for the twisted intervention of her parents and husband. But fate is fate and these two were destined to be together! Unlike most classic opposites attract tales, in this one Shane is the good boy and Whitney is the bad girl… or she was.

N.E. Henderson loves taking her readers on a roller coaster of emotions and this one was just as topsy-turvy as her other works. This love story is filled with twists that make you love some characters more and hate others worse.

This book can be read as a standalone; however, I highly recommend that you read the first book in the series if you have not already just because it is so good!

I went in blindly with this book. And it was good.
‘You know the saying, opposites attract? Well, it was true for us. He was good, and I was the bad girl.’
Whitney and Shane are imperfectly perfect together, best friends since they were little and madly in love. Their life is full of beautiful memories that are meant to fill their future with love lyrics and heart songs. The music is stolen from them in one tragic moment.
Fast forward a decade, a life that can’t possibly be what you desired, but can’t remember a better past, a painful future that misses his other half, the music slowly starts in the present to unveil memories that only dreams can conjure.
Whitney and Shane are soul mates, even if her eyes don’t see him, her mind can’t place him, her body recognizes his. Shane is not letting her go again after finding her. And if Whitney now has a family, a life made for her by her parents, and their lost time cannot be regained, Shane finds himself with a family of his own, that makes him fight even harder to save his loved ones from a crazy man.
The book is beautifully written, in dual POV and kept me on my toes with each heartfelt word. A story full of drama, love, suspense, betrayal, that captivated me and made me ache along with the characters. I didn’t expect that it will be such a combination of feelings – sadness and joy, hope, hate(some people do terrible things for money and some are plain crazy). But I do enjoy a story in which the power of love overcomes the imaginable and ends with a ‘foreverly after’.

**I received a copy via Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.**

This was such a great read. I enjoyed the story, the storyline and the characters. There was a little bit of suspense and betrayal but a lot of drama and love. From the very first page you could tell how much Shane and Whitney loved each other and over the years, his love for her has never lessened. Judy and Martin finally have what they wanted their "perfect" daughter but with that comes years of lies, betrayal, deceit and it simply shows that all they cared about was themselves. Blake was a husband who would do anything and go to any lengths to keep what was his even if it meant hurting the one(s) he claimed he loved. I thought Roxanne was a bit pushy and was another one who wouldn't take no for an answer. I definitely enjoyed Shane's parents, his brother Shawn and his girlfriend Taralynn, Kylie and Eve. Eve was definitely a funny character. I wonder if Shawn and Taralynn will have their own story because I wouldn't mind reading it. This was a great story and I'm glad I had the opportunity to read it. I look forward to reading more books from this author and I recommend this book to readers who enjoy a good second chance romance. This is definitely worth reading.

This was one of the best second chance romances I've read in a long time. Loved everything about this book. Shane and Whitney's love was so beautiful and their connection was amazing to read about.

Whitney and Shane were high school sweethearts until a horrible accident rips them apart. For a while Shane believes that his beloved Whitney is dead. That's what he and his family were told. He's devastated and feels like part of himself has died too. Years later he finds out she is alive but she is married to someone they knew from high school that she never even liked. But Shane tries to move on with his life. Then at a Halloween party, he comes face to face with the girl that still holds his heart. But she has no clue who he is.

Whitney has had amnesia for the last 10 years. She's married but has no true feelings for her husband. Most of the time she doesn't even like him. She only stays because of her daughters. But when she "meets" Shane, she is instantly attracted and drawn to him. Something she doesn't understand but she knows feels right.

This chance meeting leads them on a whirlwind path of reconnection and discovery of the deceit that they were both dealt 10 years ago. This book hooked me from the first page and I didn't want to put it down. I loved Shane and Whitney, her daughters, Everly and Emerson. All the secondary characters were amazing as well. Really hope we get more stories from this group of friends.

This book made me so MAD AHHHH. Dont get me wrong I loved it but I so wanted to kill her husband and her parents all of them. Horrible Horrible People. Now that I said that

Whitney and Shane these 2 are just meant for each other but when an opportunity to separate them comes along. The unthinkable happens. Whitney is left remembering nothing of her past but what they have told her.

Shane life was perfect till it all shattered and he could never let it go. He lives everyday with the pain. He thinks he dosent deserve any happiness.

What happens when the past is in front of you and your staring at a Ghost?
What happens you dont know the person but you feel connected ?
Who can you trust when everyone has lied?

Since her accident 10 years ago, Whitney has no recollection of her life from the time that she was born to being 18, all she knows is her life with her husband Blake and her two girls Everly and Emersyn. but deep down she felt like there was something more, something just out of her reach. It takes a chance encounter for her to come face to face with Shane and the Braden clan and all that knew her before. When she realizes she has been manipulated into a false life she will do all that she can to protect her daughters, but will her memories come back so that she can live the life she was supposed to?

I enjoyed the characters, they are well written easily relate-able. There are a lot of feelings between the characters and I found myself chuckling, and smiling at the interactions.

I haven't read the first book in this series and I will admit, although this is stand alone, I am intrigued if reading the first may have added to what was an awesome book in and of itself. This one pulled at my heart and took me on an emotional rollercoaster as Shane and Whitney traverse the pitfalls of love lost and found again but in such a unique manner that has you wondering if these two will ever find their HEA.

NE Hendersen has written a suspenseful, angst ridden romance that sweeps you up and completely has you engaged and eager to see how it will all pan out from the moment you meet these two lost souls striving to find their happiness and the future they deserve.

A beautifully written story and one you simply can't miss.

I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reading Copy of this book.

What a heartbreakingly beautiful read.

Whitney is a girl from a rich family who is expected to act a certain way, but she never does.

Shane is a simple man who loves Whitney with his every breath.

They have plans for the future, until one night everything is thrown out the window.

10 years later Whitney is married to a man she can't remember loving and with no memories of her first 18 years of life she can only believe what everyone is telling her.

Shane only exists now, goes to work, talks to a few friends and tries to sleep, tries to run from the nightmare that won't let him be free.

One night there world's comes crashing back together but not everyone is happy about their reunion.

This is the first ever book I have read by this particular author and I was not disappointed.

I completely loved this book!! We are once again on an emotional roller coaster, with different kinds of twist and turns. I want so bad to just run through the lists of things that happen, all the "holy cow!" moments, all the times you feel so bad for one or more of the characters, the times you feel incredibly happy for them, when you laugh quite a bit at something they've said/done, or when you're sitting on the edge of your seat. Tell you all the things you'll love about each character, and who you're gonna end up hating. But I can't, cause I'd give it all away. And where's the fun in that? Instead I'll say, totally loved it and so will you. So get on it now!

What can I say? I love it. Whitney and Shane were an awesome couple. I was rooting for them every step of the way. I really want to squeeze life out of Whit's soon to be psycho ex husband. I mean how twisted can one man be. I wanted to play with Emersyn and laugh out loud at Shawn, Eve, Chance, and Kylie's in your face love. Their friendship with Whit wasnt just that... friendship... It was family. They told it like it is. They kept everything real. I loved that about them. Oh I'm also happy that through some type of betrayal with the Blake and Whit's parents, Shane and Whit was able to create something new. If you can't read between the lines then you need to buy the book. Seriously, even though I'm done with the books there are parts I go back to and just smile. If anyone, I mean anyone, can I find a man like Shane or a love like Shane and Whit had hold onto it because it can be the realest thing. Memories is what you can create.
