Her Grief, His Anger, Their Link
Kendra’s made a mistake. She feels like damaged goods after being abducted. She vows never to force anyone to love her she. She’s got a lot to accomplish with her consorts and people to care and provide for. Kendra desperately misses Mica.
Mica believes he’s let Kendra down when he wasn’t strong enough to keep her from being captured. Leaving her will keep the noble line cleaner and stronger. He can do this for her even though the link they share is calling him to do the opposite. Mica desperately misses Kendra.
Kendra must find an answer to the Horde of Barat before they destroy more lives. Her best bet is to finish the etching between her and her long ago sacrificed great-grandmother Leta. She is going to need all of her goyles to survive and take steps to find a place for her people, the Ceorfan, in the world?

My name is Miki Ward. I like to build people up, and so do my characters, even amid violence and bloodshed - don't worry its fiction. I'm the author of The Phantom Queen among other works. My books are reverse harem, myths, urban fantasy, and paranormal romance for readers who crave a few extra men in relationships, not just one poor pitiful partner. My stories include not just sexual tension but fire. Some are burn in your spirit hot, some are slow burn, and one I call sweet and clean. I co-write with my brother... yes, think about that, it's crazy! I also have written with KA Morse and have a WIP with her about a manic multi-personality demon infested wizard. I have another co-write with the hall of fame author Timothy Perico. That book is an epic civil war romance that will capture your heart. I'll be glad to answer your questions. Come visit me. You can find me on Facebook and my group is called Miki & Mine. I'd love to add you to my family but be warned it might get hot!

Nothing can ever be simple for a new Queen of a mythical people.. but Kendra handles it amazingly well. Even though theres some twists she doesnt see coming she still manages to *mostly* keep it together. The men are working hard to continue showing her their love. But even they dont get it all completely right either. Theres a new adventure they must go on but they're having so many things thrown at them at once that it's becoming a challenge to do it all. Then, they get an ally in the least likely form of Kick. So overall it was definitely worth the read. The beginning was a touch hard to get into because I had to refresh some parts from the first book but it definitely doesnt stop the appeal in any way for myself. Grammar is great. Structure is great. Romance is definitely there but the naughty time isnt a constant and all up in your face so it's a nice change of pace. Would definitely recommend

This book oh my goodness this book was fantastic!
I really tried to savor this book by reading it slowly but unfortunately it wouldn’t let me since it sucked me in before I even got to the second chapter and it would not let me go until the very end of the story.
The authors of this book definitely know how to weave amazing stories together!
They do it so well that I actually jump to read any of their work because they are just that good.
Anyway yes I most definitely do recommend this book to anyone who’s searching for a fantastic story to climb into and get completely lost within its pages.
But fair warning if you haven’t read the first book then I highly suggest that you do that way you’ll know who’s who and what’s what.

In this book Kendra and her consorts are learning to communicate and to trust in each other fully, while fighting crime and the horde. In addition to that Kendra needs to understand her additional powers since she received her etching from her grandmother.
An interesting book with a diversity of threats to other people, linking the Ceorfan and Kendra more with the world of humans, making unexpected allies.
As the first book this is well-written and a wonderful blend of adventure, mystery, fantasy and romance on the way to become a really epic story.

Again another gorgeous cover!! These books are incredibly long, but keep you entertained and trying to guess what will happen next, from start to finish. Miki and Garrett Ward kicked the heat level up from a medium burn to hot and saucy. They did a great job with detail, and world building and the characters are all distinctive and easy to relate to. The writing style to me felt as if it didn’t really flow naturally, it felt as if it were very stilted. If that makes sense. But overall, this story is very enjoyable and I look forward to reading more.

I very much enjoyed this story and wish I had read it sooner. It is the second book of the series. I love that our heroine is strong and even though she is the queen in their world she still keeps her job as a park ranger. The two do overlap as someone is purposely setting fires and doing so much more. She may have her men/gargoyles but she will protect them as much as they protect her. The love of them all is wonderful as well as all the friendships and how the community helps each other. But the worst evil is still out there and they will need to stop him.

This book has a roller-coaster of emotions and you are going to feel everyone of them. I do recommend reading this after Craved so that you understand this one.

I love the idea of Navan and I want to move there and become a gargoyle even if I have to torp everyday. Etched continues the sage of Kendra, her mates, and her brothers, as well as the other gargoyles as they try to figure out where the fires are coming from. I highly recommend this book to you.
