I wish I didn't know how to count ...this was a precious read ... Free at the moment on Amazon or in Kindle Unlimited too. I am a sucker for this new kind of style of read ...not sure if it is just an Amazon thing or not? it is like u r reading a cartoon in the newspaper (but in color) so real ...like watching on tv or a movie?? u can scroll along ... go back and forth. allow your kid to use the kindle too. read together. what fun. i love the bunnies ... such precious fun drawings. i only wish i could have been longer ... i just loved it that much ...but i guess that kids will not sit still that long though??! great read. i look forward to more from Heather soon enough. well done ...all the best 2 u, Heather.
5 Star Review Bunny Bath by Heather Herzog What a truly delightful book. My 7 year old granddaughter Sophia read this book to me. Sophia’s comments were : It was fun to read as it rhymed throughout the story. The bunnies were super cute and she loved the drawings She really loved the bubbles in the bath She thought the mummy rabbit was really nice My thoughts are that this was a great book for learning and counting and was written is such a way that Sophia could easily relate to both the story and the counting. Sophia was was engaged with this book from beginning to end. It is not particularly long and yet it was captivating enough to hold a 7 year olds attention and believe me, that can be hard at times.
I love the alliteration that is present throughout the book…and the pure silliness that instantly draws you in. The story is playful and fun, and children get to see and hear AND experience the numbers to really reinforce the learning. I love that the bunnies are each a little different. The illustrations are adorable and lighthearted. The counting stops at the magical numbers 7 so the counting is very manageable for young children. There’s a fun surprise ending that I did not see coming. Overall, very sweet and charming with adorable illustrations to match.

The pictures were pretty thank you for letting me read the book my mommy and e’ma read it to me and I liked the story. The bunnies were cute and the mommy was nice. I like your book I hope everyone sees it. I even knew some of the numbers. I loved the story. Laila age 5
This was a great story for learning numbers and recognizing words and numbers. My grand-daughter loved reading it and recognizing the numbers and the sing song nature of the story. Great fun time.
SUPER CUTE!!! What a great bedtime/bath time story. I loved how easy it was for my kindergartner to read herself. You will LOVE cuddling up and reading this fun counting book! MUST add to your collection.
Bunny Bath by Heather Herzog, Cat Eskey Colorful children's story about a bunny and his bath routine. I do not like the font size changes in every other word but I do like the numbers on the pages making this a two for one book. Cute story but I've seen better.
Bunny Bath by Heather Herzog is a delightful rhymed escapade including so many bunnies in the bath! I can hear my 3-year-old yell out the numbers when he was a little guy by the time we reached the 3rd bunny. These are the rhymes we repeat in our minds for a lifetime (Especially when Mom or Grandma giggle with us while she reads it.) Cat Eskey did a beautiful job with the illustrations. Any child reading this will immediately get caught up in the bubbles and anticipation of yet another bunny! Well done, ladies! My only regret is that this book didn't exist when my boys were little.
Playful and charming. I loved the poetry and alliteration, and feel sure that this delightful book will be a big hit with many small people and their families. It is also perfect for starting to fill the absorptive minds of children with entrancing images while taking them on a fun route to numeracy.
I love this book and gave a copy to a baby I care for on his 1st birthday. Heather Herzog's text is fun to read and rhyme, and the illustrations by her daughter, Cat Eskey, are colorful and creative. I was fortunate to meet both Heather and Cat at an art fair and I bought 2 copies of the book so I could keep one. It was delightful spending time with them and getting acquainted -- plus getting my books autographed. I highly recommend "Bunny Bath" for any young child who loves to take baths and hear stories!
B (5 years): "It was knocky. I wasn't expecting that. It was a silly story, I liked." M (3 years): "I liked when they tuck the babies in bed."
The kids seemed to enjoy the story. I have to admit, as the mom reading it was cute, but I kept waiting for the kids to ask about the bunnies in the tub. There were a lot and the faces being made were different. My kids usually notice stuff like that. Overall it was a cute story. We liked it.
My 7 year old daughter read this book for me. When asked she said she really liked the bunnies and the rhyming text. She loved the drawings too.
This book is perfect for younger children, its great at helping them count up to 7, The Illustrations are really good and help spark the kids imaginations.
This one is a definite keeper! Seven little bunnies getting ready for bed have all sorts of fun taking their baths – the rhyming story has a cute little verse with magical new words and just plain fun to read. Getting ready for bed is a fun time --- I’d love to hear it every night! The illustrations made the book all the more merrier!
Bunny Bath is the perfect read for my 4year old son. He absolutely loved counting the bunnies and sang the rhymes in the book. It's now become his favorite bedtime story. The illustrations drew him in instantly but it was the fun silly nature of the book that he loved it.. Highly recommended
I read this to my kids who are 5 and 8. My 8 year old doesn't like anything that has to do with books but my 5 year old does. They both loved this book! It was super sweet. I couldn't get them to tell me their favorite parts my 5 year old said she loved it all.
My 3 year old was enraptured with this book. She loved 'knocking' and 'hopping' for each part. It was a cute read and was well written and illustrated.
