In book one we learned that Sonny became financially independent and is now able to pick and choose the cases he accepts. In his first new case, he finds out too late that his buddy is danger and has been trying to get his help. Sonny tries to make up for not being there for his friend by finding his killer. In doing so, he finds a serial killer that both their wives knew all too well.The second case will test your will to keep reading, if you don’t like mind games. Imagine what would happen if a renounced psychiatrist was as crazy as his patients and you’ll be on the right track. This one is a nail bitter.
