It's almost Christmas on the Siren of the Seas and Millie and the entertainment crew are busy decorating the ship and sleuthing for clues when a thief targets the passengers. I continue to enjoy each book in this series and feel like the characters are friends. On to the next one.

Reindeer & Robberies is the fifteenth book in Hope Callaghan’s Cruise Ship Christian Cozy Mysteries Series. The plot is well thought out with a perfect blend of mystery, family, friendship, and humor. The affable characters are well developed, and the book flows at a smooth, steady pace, with lots going on to engage the reader. Every time I pick up one of Ms. Callaghan’s books, I know I’m going to love it, and Reindeer & Robberies didn’t disappoint me. I highly recommend this clean, well-crafted cozy mystery series as well as all Ms. Callaghan’s other books.

Halloween is history, Thanksgiving has come and gone on the Siren of the Seas, and Andy Walker has finally relented and is allowing Millie Armati and Danielle to remove the Halloween decorations, and they are tasked with decking out the cruise ship for Christmas. Andy has a theme and has purchased fifty reindeers in various sizes that Millie and Danielle are hiding so future passengers can participate in Andy’s reindeer games by locating as many as they can. Nic, Millie’s husband and the ship’s captain, takes Millie on another one of his adventurous date day excursions. Two passengers reported thefts of cash and valuables from their cabins, and another passenger reported a theft on the lido deck. Two of the thefts occurred on the same deck and the room steward, Gusti, is head of security, Dave Patterson’s, prime suspect. Millie doesn’t believe Gusti is guilty and, with the help of her friends, sets out to clear his name. Meanwhile, an irrational passenger, Tracy Robinson, is irate after Millie as to end Killer Karaoke early and she isn’t able to sing her song. Janet refuses to be appeased, no matter what Millie offers to try to calm her down and she begins stalking Millie.

I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

After winning the Halloween event on the Siren of the Seas, cruise director Andy is on a new holiday theme kick by decking the ship with reindeer. Or should we say, he has volunteered Millie and her co-worker Danielle to take charge of the decorating and all the reindeer games. Things go from holiday cheer to holiday misadventure when the ship faces a string of thefts and Millie discovers she is being stalked by a crazy passenger. Millie decides to dive head first into the investigation. Nothing is going to ruin the holiday season and she is going to make sure of that.

With the fun cast of cruise ship characters, the mystery of who is committing the shipboard thefts, and Millie’s adventure of avoiding her stalker at every term, you will be one minute laughing and the next minute on the edge of your seat. There is definitely never a dull moment on the Siren of the Seas.

Folks would be in love thy fellow man and peace on earth, but I

You on your toes. When it's all over, some body will never get off Santa's
Naughty list for the rest of their lives. A great mystery, so pick it up today
and read it. Lots of twists and turns and Millie is checking her suspect

Travel the seas with Millie this holiday season. Scrumptious cuisine, delightful activities, and fun decor with a scavenger hunt included. Loved, LOVED Reindeer and Robberies. Once again the Red Herrings and the foreshadowing caught me off guard, so I did not see the ending coming. Hope Callaghan does not disappoint her readers. Intriguing characters, twist and turn plot and a believable resolution. Recipes included. Book 15 can be read as a stand alone. Happy Holidays on the High Seas with senior sleuth Millie.

Mille's latest shipboard mystery a delight!

Someone is breaking into cabins on the Siren of the Seas and stealing money from the locked safes. Millie and her band of sleuthing friends have a mystery to solve. In addition, Millie is being stalked by one of the passengers.

It takes teamwork to crack the case, and Sharky, along with new crewmember Isla, assist Millie and her friends in catching the perps. Throw in a couple of yummy recipes, and you have a delightful Christmastime read.

I Love This Series!

After all the books by Hope Callaghan that I have read, I am not sure I am still an impartial reviewer! But then there are a couple of her series that I don't like, so I suppose I am still okay.
This is as much fun as the other Cruise Ship mysteries are, though we see little of some of the regulars and more of a few of the newer ones. As usual, Callaghan pulls off the unexpected but expectable--once it's explained it makes sense. The mark of an excellent mystery writer.
Recommended for all mystery readers.

Holiday fun

Another good mystery with Millie, Andy, Annette and the gang. If you want good, clean adventure, this series is for you. Every book in this series will entertain and challenge you. I enjoy a good, easy book that is not too bogged down with details and description. If you start with the first book, you see the characters grow, but you could pick up any book, and not feel lost. As always, I eagerly look forward to the next exciting adventure!

I have basically read this entire series (17 books so far, I think)...they are fun and fluffy and clean. I love the Christian aspect, I love the CRUISING aspect, and the characters are pretty likable...
(though admittedly, I sometimes roll my eyes at Millie getting involved once more in something or someplace she has no business being---but since that is the premise of the entire series...there you have it!) Enjoyable "summer" read, all year round.

GREAT!!

Another great story in a fun cozy mystery series!! I especially loved how this cozy mystery didn't contain one single murder! I often forget mysteries don't always have to be about death. It's great to read a story that has a fun, whimsical Christmas theme and also has no death, and still plenty of twists and turns!! Enjoyable as always! Hope Callaghan never disappoints me!

Another fun read in what has been a great series to binge read

Millie has a string of thefts to follow in addition a stalker out to make her life miserable. All of her regular gang is there to help along with sharkie who is becoming a recurring character. She manages to set a trap in the end that catches the thief while Annette saves her from the stalker. Look forward to reading the next book

This holiday story was great.

Starting with stinky scarecrows and stolen reindeer, this story was funny, exciting, frustrating, (for
Millie) and mysterious. The scarecrows had an unwelcome hitchhiker that made them smell, the disappearing reindeer were keeping Millie and another crew member busy, and Millie had a stalker who just wouldn't leave her alone. This book had plenty of action.

Review of this book.

Another delightful cozy mystery. This one had a lot more drama and suspense. The ending was especially dramatic. I had completely forgotten about the stalker. There was a lot of humor involving the reindeer. I cannot wait to see how they play out in the next book.Fifty reindeer!? I think Andy has gone too far. The humor behind the reindeer is hilarious. A fabulous book!

Kind of a cute little story, but didn't thrill me. The setting on the cruise ship is intriguing for a while, and then you realize how limiting it is as a setting. Perhaps the fact that it is 15th in a series, and I don't think I've read any of the others may have influenced my opinion. If you like a clean cozy mystery with a nod to Christian fiction, you might want to take a look at this series.

Reindeers, robberies all while on a cruise.

When guests complain about money and valuables missing while locked in their room safes Millie is sure some things up, not to mention she is being stalked by a passenger. She teams up with the crew to catch the thief or thieves saving the name of the cruise line. Another great read !

Fun holiday quick read

Fun holiday themed book. I read this at Christmas time because I enjoy reading Christmas themed books around the holiday. The characters are funny and interesting to get to know. The setting is a cruise ship which makes you wonder how much can possibly happen but it is a floating city. Fun quick read

Cabin Fever

Not being able to cruise due to the pandemic I appreciate the Cruise Ship Mystery Series more than ever. There’s a comfort in knowing the characters. However, I missed Cat and Danielle this installment. Question: will Annette and Sharks end up together. That in itself is a mystery. Overall, “Reindeer & Robberies was a hit.

Not one of the best

Seems like this booklet was an introduction for Authors British readers. All the security issues made me wonder if she, herself was robbed. Also made me scared for my own security, should I travel again.
