A delightful holiday novella featuring the loveable and unforgettable characters from “Autumn,” the first book in the Finch’s Crossing small-town, sweet romance series.
Love is ageless! Just ask seventy-two-year-old Martha, who has set her cap on Jack Staub, Finch’s Crossing’s most eligible senior bachelor. But Jack is painfully shy, and nothing she does seems to get his attention. And much to Martha’s dismay, some of the other Golden Girls in Finch’s Crossing have Jack in their cross-hairs. Martha must up her game if she’s ever going to get Jack to notice her. With the help of her friends and neighbors, Martha begins her strategic pursuit. But is she going too far? And will she end up pushing Jack away, and into the arms of her competition?

I love holiday books. This book is very detailed and good. Reading about hypothermia is worse then people think. I was worried reading the book but glad happily ever after happened.
My first over 60’s novella. It is delightful. Surprisingly, the same things happen to the younger set too. Embarrassing thoughts, jealousy, competing for the same boyfriend, out doing others on committees etc. This writer made me laugh at all the blunders etc
This was a good story about a small town, the people who live in it & love past 60+. An eligible bachelor in their small town brings widowers & divorcees out! He’s 70 but, has beautiful white hair & his manual labor keeps him fit! Oh, she’s 70 also & feels like a teenage girl! I would recommend this book!
