It's a good book for a beginner as it covers step by step topics in a simple and clear language. This book helps in building a basic understanding and foundation of six sigma methodology and it's benefits. The only thing I felt that it would have been better if an example of six sigma implementation would have been covered from end to end. Still, this book covers all the topics and explains everything very briefly and clearly. I would definitely like to recommend this book for all those who are new to this methodology.
This book provides a good introduction to the Six Sigma methodology, and the benefits of implementation. This book is designed for people with little or no knowledge of Six Sigma.
Good short read. Wasn’t really informative but broke down the basics on what to expect. Probably wouldn’t have read it if it wasn’t something I needed to read for work
