A fast moving tale of a CIA operator going in alone against 40 or so Russian killers to try and rescue some hostages. A boat has been hijacked and Brandt is the best so he is sent to a remote Russian dock town to find and rescue any of the sailors. But there are other reasons why he was sent on what is supposed to be a suicide mission. Doesn't bore you and the Brandt character is interesting, kind of a modern day Bolan.

Recommended, its a quick read and keeps you reading to find out the reasoning behind everything. The writing is off at times but does a good job in keeping the story moving without too much exposition slowing it down.
