Rate this book
I'm sure that every evening you face the same problem, and that is coming up with fast and healthy dinner ideas. Am I right? I think so, being a reasonable person, as I'm sure you all are. Also, I am a personal trainer and need to eat healthy food, as well as good tasty food, but I don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen preparing meals, especially when I come home from work, exhausted.
It's your choice to eat healthy food and live your life with more vitality. Choosing a clean lifestyle means filling your plate with natural, and wholesome foods, NOT anything processed or refined.
The recipes in this book are made with real, whole foods and limited processed foods and refined grains. Plus, they are lower in sodium, sugar and calories.
Please Book is available in 2 Paperback formats- Black and White and Full color. Choose the best for you.

I started this cookbook with the goal of cooking every dish from beginning to end. The writing in this book is terrible--there are several missing quantities and steps and many recipes involve some kind of guesswork. There appeared to be no editing. The saving grace of this cookbook was that there are some serious gems in here. The steak and mango salad is incredible.
