He was going to destroy her. And God forgive him, it was his fault. How could he ever make up for that?

I have no idea why it took me so long to read this fantastic conclusion to the trilogy. Maybe I was still recovering after Taryn Elliot completely shattered my damn feels at the end of the last book with a character I never saw coming. Maybe it's because I'm a mood reader and I knew I had to be in the right mood to read this book because I knew Taryn would go straight for the feels again? For whatever reason, I finally read it and wanted to kick my own ass for waiting this long. This was the prefect conclusion to Izzy and Logan's story.
He'd been there every single day without fail since the accident. Even when she'd hated him and wanted to drown in the pain that threatened to submerge her every day, he'd been there.

Edge of Forever starts off immediately after the events of where Bulletproof weeks left off. You get the devastating aftereffects of the explosion of Izzy's store and the shock and mourning that follows it. While Izzy is terribly hurt from the fire and recovering, Logan's guilt is slowly eating away at him. He knows that loving him is what caused this and he's determined to make it right and make the person behind it pay. He's tired of hiding in the shadows. He knows that his deranged stalker is responsible for this and he's willing to do everything to make her finally stop.

Izzy's physical injuries are excessive and put her in the hospital for a while, but that's nothing compared to the emotional scars she discovers when she finally comes to. She's forced to come to terms that she's responsible for the devastation around them. She's convinced her choices and her and Logan's arrogance about their untouchable relationship is what led to the explosive event that cost the life of a person she loved dearly. She doesn't know how to forgive herself, she doesn't know how to move on, and she doesn't know how to move forward with Logan.

A large part of the book is Izzy and Logan dealing with their relationship and Logan trying to get Izzy out of her emotional shell. It's fairly slow paced but packed full with the feels. I loved these two together from the beginning and this book just goes to prove how perfect they really are together.

This book had a little bit of everything; it was emotional, a little suspenseful with some action in the end, and of course it wouldn't be a Taryn Elliot book if it also wasn't super steamy.

One of my favorite things about the trilogy is all the incredible secondary characters that have been introduced that I'm hoping Taryn will have books for next. Luckily I've already confirmed that Adam and Zeke will be getting one and I'm practically salivating for it already.

Admittedly, trilogies aren't always my thing since I find it's tough for me to maintain interest for the same couple for more than 2 books, but I really enjoyed Logan and Izzy's story and journey to their HEA. If you're looking for a sexy and angsty story with a hot rockstar and the woman that brings him to his knees, then this is definitely a trilogy you'll want to look into.
We may have made mistakes in getting here, and God knows I'm no prize. But I'm yours. And you're mine.

This was a series I first discovered through Netgalley and enjoyed meeting the cast of characters while following on their journey to being together. Edge of Forever concludes the trilogy of Logan and Izzy. Their relationship has been tumultuous because of outside sources more than interfering. Chemistry isn't an issue between these two and in this final installment we see different sides of both characters since it picks up where book two leaves us hanging. Told from both the points of view of Logan and Izzy, I can't say I didn't enjoy reading the conclusion to their story because I did. I grew fond of these characters. Parts of Edge of Forever felt dragged out to me and then Izzy in particular has a very abrupt change of heart while the ultimate conflict seemed a little far fetched. Overall though I enjoyed this and would recommend the trilogy to New Adult lovers who like relationships with a fast burn and a good amount of angst.

A touching, seductive and exciting read. The last installment in the When You’re Gone series is the poignant and sensual story of two people whose lives have been forever changed. They’ve been left with scars both inside and out and are slowly trying to put the pieces of their shattered world back together.
“Isabella would know she was loved. He was her family. And no one would take that away.”

Isabella and Logan thought they could outmaneuver and free themselves from an unstable and vindictive woman. They never thought things would go so horribly wrong. There’s no other option though, than to go forward. And Logan will do everything and anything to help Izzy move past her heartbreak and loss and find a way back to herself and them. Nothing else mattered. But can they get past the fear of what would happen next if they decide to live their lives to the fullest?
“They were stronger than this awful thing that had tried to shatter them.”

In book one, Anything but Mine, we meet Logan King the big, famous, sexy rock star and Isabella Grace proud co-owner of a book store. They met and had a whirlwind affair over the summer, but ultimately Logan decides her safety is more important than actually having her.

In Bulletproof Weeks, they decide their love is bigger and worth fighting for. It’s worth everything, especially more than the fear of having an unstable woman stalk them. But their decision has catastrophic consequences.

Edge of Forever starts right after the shocking end of Bullet Proof Weeks. I couldn’t get over what happened. I felt both Logan and Bella’s pain, sorrow and the oppressive guilt the carried. Pain for Logan’s worry about getting Bella back physically and emotionally. Ache for all of Bella’s loss and the fact that she had become a shell of the person she was.
“The tears were the part that shredded him. The silence was a crushing weight, but the raw tears in the night eviscerated him.”

Getting both points of view allowed me to experience their struggles as well as the happiness they slowly found in each other. I loved Logan’s dedication to her, which is unwavering even when she tests it. And Isabella was a force of nature once the pieces of her were crazy glued herself back together.
“He missed touching her. He missed talking with her. He missed her laugh. He just missed her... He would have given his career, his money, his future career to change it. Anything so he didn’t have to cause her pain. But he wouldn’t give her up. She was alive, and she was his.”

I was totally swept away by their love and support and how even when their start was swift, they continue to build a solid foundation for their life to come. I loved every single sweet, tender moments, all the scorching hot ones and everything else in between.
“Are you going to give me a dark-haired little girl with those topaz eyes of yours?”
“Maybe a little girl with your green eyes and my dark hair.”

Throughout all this, their stalker, the source of all their despair, is still on the loose and cause for concern. The culmination was completely unbelievably startling.
Taryn Elliot has a wonderful way of enfolding me up in her stories with her incredible prose. I can wax poetic about it all day. I just loved how she wrapped up this beautiful love story.
“That’s perfection. You were made for me, same as I was made for you.”

From the wonderful scenery, the awesome secondary characters (especially Zeke and Fiona), to the chilling scene where they finally face their tormentor to the lovely epilogue (which I wish we could get a bit more of).

I would love to get a spin off for Zeke’s story, along with more Logan and Izzy. Where do I sing the petition?
Edge of Forever has a wonderful pace, two very fascinating main characters and an exciting plot. This is the last book in the series and should be read in order. As with the previous books, it’s told from both points of view and ends with a beautiful epilogue.

The last book ended with a catastrophic event that forever altered Bella's life and seriously injured her. Logan takes extreme measures to ensure her safety while she heals emotionally and physically.

Recovery from traumatic events isn't simple or easy no matter how many resources you have available and this story nails the point. Logan's commitment to Bella is unshakeable though she tests it constantly. I loved getting both of their points of view and Bella's was simply heart wrenching. I was swept up in their struggle to find their way out of despair.

The source of all the trauma and suspense was always in the background and I felt that tension throughout the entire story. The climax was chilling and surprising, catching me completely off guard.

I loved this trilogy and how this story ended. While some of what happened pierced my heart and soul, those events added a layer of reality and believability not often experienced in contemporary romances. Bella and Logan might have had a lightning quick start to their relationship but it withstood some serious challenges. It's a wonderful story and a great, sexy romance.

Even though it’s just been a few months since the cliffhanger of Bulletproof Weeks, it seems like we’ve waited forever for the final chapter in Logan and Izzy’s story. Their quest for happiness doesn’t disappoint. It takes you on an emotional roller coaster ride and wrings you dry. But it’s worth every moment of the fear, anger, overwhelming sorrow, utter helplessness, abject hatred, absolute love and sheer happiness you’ll experience on the journey to their HEA.

Edge of Forever is one of just two books that have given me a book hangover. It’s an outstanding story and proves the incredible talent of Taryn Elliott.

I’ve fallen in love with many of the secondary characters in the When You’re Gone series and cannot wait for their stories to be told.

Can one really prepare themselves for how a book will make them feel? Yesterday, I would have said, sure, maybe. I mean, when I read it’s to escape the real world and be transported into whatever world I’m reading. Having already read the first two books of this trilogy, I thought I was prepared for this book. Then a few weeks ago the author shared a video, after listening to the song, I knew I would be in for so much more from this book. So now, my answer would be a firm, no! Already a master storyteller, Taryn Elliott BLEW ME AWAY, tenfold. Without giving away too much, you will feel every word written.

I remember why I didn't jump right on this book when it was released, because after reading book 1 and 2 I knew I would be reading the same book again. Though well written its to long, to much spread over 3 books and so predictable I found myself skimming the last 20%, glad I cleared it off my TBR.

An amazing end to this triology.

Logan and Isabella's story was intense. Isabella overcame many obstacles both physical and emotional. The story tugs at your heart strings. There was also a crazy twist that leaves you going holy crap are you kidding me. I was floored by that twist never seen it coming.

I hope we will see more of these character's in some future books.

So so good. I loved this trilogy and am so glad Taryn will be giving us more books with the other characters because I have to say, I was not ready to say good-bye to any of them. Well except the crazy psycho hose beast ex that caused all the problems. I've loved Logan and Izzy since book 1 and enjoyed going on this journey with them. Even when I cried at the end of book 2 due to a major case of the sads. Though there was always hope everyone would be okay, there was an equal chance they wouldn't. In this book Izzy is struggling through her grief and guilt and shuts Logan out. Logan, being the awesome guy that he is, refuses to lose her. She's his Izzy, mine. (That melts me every single time.) I could feel their pain. My heart hurt for them and I cried during the scene with Nic's Mom. I think the resolution to the situation was perfect. It kept the focus on Logan and Izzy where it belonged, yet gave them the much needed closure so they could move on with their lives and relationship. My mind was blown during a "holy crap I didn't see that coming" revelation though, of which will definitely leave some emotional scars on a few characters. Thankfully, my Kindle automatically gave me the update so I was able to read all the way through to the beautiful ending. It was so sweet and a perfectly fitting look at their future. I can't wait to see who's book will be next and who he'll be paired with. Thank you Taryn for this fantastic series and for what's still to come. I'll try my best not to bug you about the next one, but I'm not making any promises. ;-)

Loved Forever!

A fitting and suspenseful, twisty ending to the Winchester Falls series is exactly what this last book, Edge of Forever, was for me. I adored these battered soulmates and it was rough watching them going down into the depths of despair for their friends and for the change in their relationship because of the pain and guilt of what happened at the end of book 2. There was a wild array of emotions here..1st, blinding anger at the crazy, off her rocker woman who seems to be at the root of all evil in Logan's, Izzy's and it seems, the lives of some very precious people. The guilt, the healing, then acceptance and finally love, all tearing at your heart as you read this gutwrenching story.

BUT, crazy Aimee is still out there somewhere plotting her revenge and waiting for her to act has become too much to bear.
Logan and Izzy might get their happy ending but how they get there and what comes to light in the wild ending is not what you expect.

The epilogue was sweet and lovely but I do wish there was alittle more to see. I keep wondering, what happened to poor Adam? Maybe we will see Logan and Izzy in some in of the upcoming Brooklyn Dawn books. I sure hope the wild, intense but lovable best friend, Zeke, gets his own story..that I would love to see!

I love the way this was written, with the bits of Izzy's experiences as she healed intermixed with the storyline. I cried a few times, laughed a few times, and couldn't put it down. I wasn't expecting who the guilty party ended up being, and was satisfied with the ending. I want a book about Zeke now :)

The story of Logan and Izzy had three books to finalize in a happy ending, but with many mishaps and a lot of pain for the couple, many losses, many sadnesses and disappointments, but it was a beautiful ending.

I felt like I want more, I wanted an epilogue with less passage of time and I want a book for Zeke.

A Truly Creeptastic But Wonderfully Suspenseful & Layered Story!!😱💔😭🙏💘🔥🎶
(Read using Kindle Unlimited)
Edge of Forever: Rockstar Romantic Suspense (Winchester Falls #3)

After the explosion that ended book #2 we're taken into the depths of Logan's hell of guilt & grief, his sheer terror at the prospect of losing Izzy and how she'll cope when she discovers what she's lost!!💔😭😞 His group know, deep down, his stalker is behind it, the Police, Fire Investigator not Roth Defence can find a shred of evidence though!😡 Once Izzy wakes she completely shuts down, she won't say a word to anyone & won't even look at Logan.💔💔

Izzy is in physical pain but it's the emotional damage that's killing her inside. She blames herself & Logan for their arrogance in ignoring the threat that they knew was out there, they were determined to have a life regardless & it's cost her her bestfriends, her family!!😭💔 She hates them both for what they've done.
Logan takes her off grid to a cabin in Maine to recover. He gives her a new friend, Fiona, she's loyal & loving and warms her cold heart!💕 The only people that know where they are is Marcus Ruth's crew & Logan's band mates, they're safe!🙏 Slowly, she heals physically mentally will take a lot longer. She still hasn't spoken but then Logan his temper with her & storms out, she can't find him & is terrified!!😞💔 She needs to know where he is all the time. She finally breaks down when he returns & it's the start of the healing process for them both!!💘🔥🙏 They're finally starting to be happy again and then their world caves in, the stalker proves she's known where they were all along!😱💥

Wow, this got intense & creepy, that woman was crazy!!😡 I absolutely loved the love between this couple.😍 The friendships & camaraderie are superb, as is the town's ability to rally around & support those in need!!🙏💕 This was a really engaging & gripping read!🌟

First of all get the tissue box. You will need it.

Book 3 in the Winchester Falls series is an emotional, heartbreaking, tale of loss and deception. The ultimate between Aimee, Logan, and Izzy was shocking and a nail biter.

The majority of the story is about both Logan and Izzy healing from the tragedy of the fire, both mentally and physically. I was glad to see that it wasn’t just a quick week or two and all is well. The memories, guilt, sadness, and every emotion when dealing with loss are exposed. The loss in death and the potential loss of a relationship are both explored. And ultimately the healing from love and support of family and friends will help one move forward after a tragedy happens.

This was a good series and I look forward t reading some of the other characters stories .

Holy crud! Book 3 was as great as Books 1 and 2! That's not usually my experience with series. These books have been published under multiple names; this one under "Tied" of the Tangled, Torn and Tied publish.

Logan is a rockstar with a not-so-secret stalker/admirer. Book 1 focuses on his meeting and falling in love with Isabella Grace, a rare bookseller. Book 2 focuses on their reconnection -- both books have cliffhangers and ARE NOT STANDALONES (unless you like to be really frustrated). Book 3 ties up all the loose ends, has a FANTASTIC conclusion, lots of conflict and relationship resolution, and a HEA.

I gave this a 5 star because, even though it's the last in a set of 3 cliffhanger books, it was fast paced, never let up, and kept me scrolling until the last word.

OMG!!! I don’t knew what to say, I m stunned. Authors Cari Quinn & Taryn Elliott are brilliant. The drama is tenfold in this book & I didn’t want to put it down. Everything they’ve gone through up to now was wow, this was WOW!!!! I love Izzy & Logan their chemistry is still off the charts. Their love is sweet & oh so hot, as is the sass Izzy gives Logan to keep him from getting to overprotective. This ending is just crazy, I feel like this was the last straw & am not sure how they’re going to come back from this. Definitely recommend.

Unexpected Ending

Didn't see that one coming. Lots of surprises. No spoilers here BUT I want to tell you what happened!!! Nope. Read the series.
Fav quote:
She didn’t even know how to open her mouth. Her words were gone. As if they’d burned to ash..........—all the words—she’d collected in her lifetime. They buzzed and teased at her tongue, but ultimately the need to talk fell away before she could catch those precious little moments.

I loved the whole series!

It’s so hard to give up characters that you love in a series, but I’m happy by with the outcome in these books. There was a slight twist in the ending that I absolutely was not expecting! My only wish was that Izzy’s family had been explored more. The ending left me feeling as though that part hadn’t been given a great ending. Overall, I highly recommend this book be added to your rockstar romance list.

Hood series!

There is a lot to like about all three books. I liked all the characters and their relationships, I liked the suspense and the bits of mystery. I loved Izzy and Logan both together and separately.
*slight spoiler alert*
My criticism is that the main characters, who the authors created to be intelligent and strong, were made to look selfish and stupid with the epic fail of the security team they hired, and kept.

Great book!

This is a fantastic finale to the Logan and Izzy saga. Full of action, adventure, and mystery. I did not expect the twist! Great book with wonderful characters who overcome the obstacles thrown their way. Logan would make a fantastic book boyfriend. Really enjoyed this series!

I started this book with a broken heart. Cari and Taryn have always been great about HEAs, but this 3-book series tore my heart out. But, in true Cari and Taryn fashion, they put the pieces back together. And while you always really know who's pulling the strings behind the scenes, you will still be surprised at the ending. Another great rock star read from these fabulous ladies!

Great series

Wonderful characters and very good suspense and action. This series is heartrending and inspiring as well. Izzy and Logan are a great couple and starting their family is touching. I would recommend this series to any adult reader who enjoys sexy Rockstar heroes and the strong women who fight for them.

Okay

This story is delivered over three books and I have to say that I feel it could have been done in one. Love these authors but this was very protracted and just went in a tad too long. It’s good but with reservations as to three books.

Slightly disappointed

The ending could of been so much better. It ended abruptly and you do not know why exactly Christian did what he did. What the reasoning is. Decent but could of been better. There were a lot of grammar and spelling mistakes.
