I really liked the idea of this book, not so much the execution (especially in the second half). The first half was written pretty well. I liked that a lot of the aliens that Shansa (h) encountered were non-humanoid. Most of them were pretty unique and not something I had ever read in a sci-fi before. However, I think it was a bit of a cop-out that Shansa ends up with one of her only humanoid alien clients (Tyander (H)).
The biggest thing that bothered me is more of a personal preference. I love an alpha male, but not when he steamrolls right over the female main character. Shansa is a very independent and strong willed heroine and Tyander is very alpha and used to getting his way. Shansa continuously stands up to Tyander and he continuously ignores her and does whatever he wants. I don't understand why the author would pair such a strong FMC with a male that wants to suppress that.
There were other characters in the book that I liked better than Tyander and that I would have liked to see paired up with Shansa.
My final thoughts: This book had an excellent premise, but the actual execution of the main characters left me wanting.

Wow! This was an awesomely filthy read with a HEA that left me very satisfied! I'd like more in this world, especially if it included one fiery hot side character. ;)

Pleasantly surprised by this one I read while recovering from the flu. Not too much thinking needed and entertaining on almost every page. I liked the variety of aliens and this was one of Sinistre’s better books in my opinion.

This is pure PwP - all sex all the time. Which is what this author is known for, and what I was looking for after too many angsty stories.
A woman trapped in a no-win situation agrees to go off-planet with aliens, knowing what she will need to do to pay for the passage. Naive but enthusiastic, she enjoys the ride. This story is not as dark as expected, with limited bondage and no duplicity.
The fun part about being surrounded by aliens is the endless variety.
I will continue to randomly pick up a book by this author (SA and GA), but it's like a Brazilian steakhouse - it's so good, but it's too much.

Shansa just wanted to get away from Chieftain Pol. He already had three wives. He would have made her the forth. She didn’t care what she had to do, she was getting out of there, even if it meant being a pleasure slave. To work of the debt for travelling to Pleasura, she would be indebted to Torians. Tran was the one she would be indebted to and would wear the slave collar for two years to pay it off. She experiences all different types of aliens.
This is like sex 101 for newbies on Aliens. It is really interesting. You feel like you are a voyeur at times reading about each room and what is going on. Crazy but really interesting. Shansa learns a great deal but she finds one alien fascinating and her interest in him is what really draws the story out. Lord Tath “Tyander” is another Torian but he is the one that finds an interest in Shansa’s inexperience. This part of the story really starts to roll. You get a bit of jealously from them both but these two fit so perfectly together. What more can you say but hot sex, aliens, appendages, and love.

Much more than I expected
Even though I have been reading this author for over 20 years, I am still impressed by her. I did not expect this book to be more than a 'lite' read, something to read right before bed. Boy was I wrong. I kept turning pages and by the time i was half way through, I was only at 60%. I am normally a very quick reader, reading about 30 books in 3 weeks. But this book made me slow down and really concentrate on it. This was more of an erotic novel and not erotica, where you go to get your kicks (or kinks). This was a story where our heroine was trying to leave the small town she was in because she was all alone. Her family had either passed or left. She took her chance when the local perv with 3 wives started to look to her as number 4. She gets off the planet by agreeing to work off her passage in a multi-galactic brothel. She sees our hero when he is in the brothel's general area, where the girls go for fun sex. She is still in training, but something sets him apart from other species and those of his own species. They meet while she is still untrained, but he wants her anyway. She takes other clients and he comes back for more. Then he comes back a third time and, well, read the story.
There were a couple of continuity issues. The author describes the Torians as bald, but when Shansa is interacting with Lord Tath, she is grabbing his hair. And when she is never asked if she wants to be fondled by Torluxa which she should have, if she was as cherished as we are lead to believe. Other than those items, the rest of this book is a 5 star read and that is what I gave it. I highly recommend this story for it's excellent writing and creative descriptions.

Four for Imagination, lost Stars for Editing
Gobs of imagination and other things in this smoldering read.
Problem for me was the editing. It completely messes with the flow of the story when I read something that completely contradicts something from earlier in the story. For example, the first time with Lord Tath the whole scene refers to the enjoyment of her plug. Unfortunately, the plug was removed earlier in the chapter and supposedly not to be replaced until the next day. Completely bothered me every time it was mentioned. I would have preferred the removal mention edited out as the later scene was HOT. In a later area, the planet Galacticon 3 was originally presented as the planet another character was on; the planet was called Galactica 5 for the rest of the book.
Other normal spelling issues are definitely present, but you don't notice those as much because the erotic thrills keep your brain moving forward.
Heat level is definitely the humid tropics during monsoon season: dark, wet, and intense. Definitely not safe for work or reading around nosy people. I rate it very high for balance. The book is definitely scene heavy but feels like a adventure vs pure smut. Towards the end there's some scene fatigue for me, but it's a well done erotic fiction in a sci-fi darker niche.
I'd be happy to see those issues resolved and buy the book vs borrow it on Kindle Unlimited. I also suggest the Prison Planets series if you enjoyed this book and some of the less common/well-known bdsm kinks.

So the writing was top notch. The story is actually really good. This is definitely an erotic book. I picked it up because I’ve read this author under her other name golden angel. I didn’t read the reviews or previews of this one because I really like her other writing so I didn’t want to spoil the story. (I only do that with an author I’m not familiar with or maybe it’s a new series by an author I haven’t read in a while).
Saying all this I doubt I will read another book under this name again. I found myself skipping over a lot of the sec at the end just to finish out the story. I like romance because I like the build. This is more porn than story which is cool if that’s what you’re into! And if you are into that, the writing in this one is fresh, fun and imaginative. I honestly would love this rewritten with more heart because I feel like that story is absolutely hidden with the in between here. Maybe she’ll gift me with this world but written as golden angel.

This is a fun fluff read, full of lots of graphic sex, and kinky scenes. It's a well written story about a girl who runs away from Earth to avoid being forced into a marriage she doesn't want and ends up as one of the most popular girls in a whorehouse. Before too long she's bought by a wealthy patron and given status the equivalent of a favored concubine.
There's just enough plot to give you a framework for the frequent sexy times, so if you're just in the mood for some seriously hot erotica then this is for you. I loved it and have had to go back and reread a few of the spicier scenes a few times.

It's like a Russian nesting doll of creative hotness! This book was a great story wrapped around another story that was just so beautifully sensual and descriptively sexy that it was impossible to put down. I mean, I obviously had to stop, that pesky job and stuff, but every chance I got brought me back to this book. The characters were so well described they felt real. The storyline was interesting and fun. The feel of the original setting and situation is dark and oppressive, and I was rooting for Shansa from the very first chapter. Her sexual journey was vivid and varied and wonderfully imaginative both in partners and execution. It was fun with the layers of stories, I'm glad I read it!

It's to bad.
I wanted to like this but no! There's a LOT of sex, nothing but sex. I get it she sold herself, what ruined it all for me? The so called love interest is all ready spoken for. He doesn't see it as cheating but the mfc does, as do I!!! That alone ruins it all for me. The author excuses it but it's still feels like cheating, mfc isn't ok with it, not really and for me? It's a big NO!!!!! He even has children, which ruins everything for me, no to cheating even if the spouse is doing it too and throw in kids, it's over for me and totally ruined!!!!

While I choose not to finish this book it was mostly because I was bored by the endless sex, which admittedly was my original draw to this book. The author is both inventive and not so, resulting in an uneven reading experience. With no real character growth, the sex just isn’t enough to hold my attention with so many other great stories out there to read. I do recommend this book if you want interesting penises, but the sex won’t get you hot and bothered so it’s kind of a waste.

If you are looking for a book with lots of sex with Aliens and very little story, then this is the book for you.
Shansa goes to work in a pleasure house and that house has a lot of very interesting aliens clients in all shapes and forms. So Shansa has a lot of sex with Aliens. the author has a really good imagination.
Did I mention there was sex??? If I am honest I got a bit bored after a while and skimmed over the sex scenes..
But it is a fun, very steamy read.

Soooo much fun.
This story was a kick! The many and varied aliens and unique ways of sexual exploits was like the craziest sexcapade you could imagine. Seriously, the author’s mind must be a total trip. :p There was SO so much sex in this book, but it *definitely never felt redundant.
A beautiful relationship formed out of it all, and I love the sassy, playful dynamic Shansa had with her mate. I would also absolutely love to read Brik’s book in the future!

Leading to one Lord eventually buying out her contract and claiming her as his own. There is a lot of intimate stuff so if you prefer your reads to not have a lot I wouldn't recommend this book for you. If you don't mind it check it out I'm sure you will enjoy it.

I loved the heroine's spunk, though she did come across pretty selfish and it was funny that was somehow what made her the most popular whore in the galaxy in a matter of days 🤣🤣🤣
However as usual the sex was hot. I would have liked a littttle more about the planet she was taken to, the dynamics of the outer couple and her brother, but I guess it is erotica so I'll just love it for the super weird but hot sex scenes.

I loved this hot steamy story of all the different species and body parts, these Aliens are HOT!!!! As Shansa learns how to pleasure each and every one of them as she escapes her fate on Earth. She is strong and feisty and draws the attention of these Aliens quite easily as emotions come involved and lets say maybe some love in there. Great writing and I found it very very entertaining.

Probably the best alien romance I’ve read
Cue happy book sighs. Although Sinistre Ange doesn’t promise HAEs in her books, this one gave me all the good feels and is one of my favorite books ever. Excellent characters, hotter than hot sexytimes, and just excellent writing all around.

The first half of this book is pure alien smut and I absolutely loved it. Many different types of aliens and alien parts if ya know what I mean. The second half, while still spicy, is more alien romance. I still enjoyed it but not as much as the first half. This is a standalone book with a HEA ending.

My first book by this author and I expected the usual alien erotica with a bit of unique spice and a simple plot. This was so much more than that! The different aliens she spends time with 😳 I couldn’t choose my favourite. I love that there was still a romance subplot going on beneath the spice and loved the ending 🤭 very low angst, high spice. A new comfort read 😌

Not my favorite of her works, but still so good. Romance rating: 3.5. Sexy times rating: off the charts. 10 out of 5. I love the HEA, but not such a fan of the after the fact consensual marking and buying out of her contract. And other things. But I guess she was OK with it all after she thought about it, so.... sure? But that's why not a 5 star rating.

Such a hot book wow!!
Loved the strong female lead, i liked the fact that she knew what she wanted and would make sure she got it, the sex scenes with different aliens were mind blowing, this author has an amazing imagination, of you lust after aliens this is your book! 5 stars!!

Fun!
I really enjoyed the author imagination with different aliens and their body types. This was a fun smutty read, and I never knew quite what would happen next. I also enjoyed the bit of romance that wrapped up the story.
