I love Piper and Dirk's story. Most of the book is their backstory, so you really understand what's going and why. Dirk is the perfect solution to Piper's current dilemma. The twist back on the stepfather is priceless.

This read has me totally engaged it was Sexy, Sassy, had attitude and chemistry between Sirk and Piper. What more could you want in a great read .... it had an Alpha and had attitude!
I loved this book about Dirk and Piper! Dirk suffers so much heartache losing his Mum at such an early age but he handled it with such maturity and grace (his mother would be proud).
At one part in the book Dirk makes me lose my s&@t nearly throwing my kindle but lucky for him he quickly redeems himself and makes me fall in love with him all over again..
Piper is one feisty, sassy independent woman! I loved her. Dirk meets Piper by complete accident and they hit it off immediately. Things heat up quickly and soon they are inseparable until a sudden event changes things. Possibly forever.
I loved the chemistry these two had together and loved the fact that true love triumphs!

This is a short quick read that will have you rooting for a happy ending. Dirk Sam met the love of his life while on a London holiday before leaving to join the service. After spending a glorious week with her he promised to return for her, But Sam got some devastating news and ended up ruining out on her without saying goodbye. But now, years later he has return. But is it too late? Will she even know who he is now?

This is a fast read that will have you laughing at the young antics of Dirk and SAM I AM, as well worrying and hoping for the adult he has become. Kudos to the author for a fun read.

What a great read! It has all of the elements you come to expect when reading a Jessika Klide novel, meaning you won’t be disappointed. It’s a sexy and steamy novel full of emotion and chemistry. It’s a mix of troupes which is always fun because you get elements of love at first sight, second chance romance and forbidden love.
I really love all the sexy descriptors Jessika uses and how she also ties these characters into the world of another of her stories. For me it’s great to see a world of characters expand and for secondary characters to get a wider story line.
Seriously this was a sexy read that had me engaged and reading nonestop!

An absolutely joy to read and one book that will leave you smiling widely when you finish. Quick and fast to start, Dirk and Piper meet when they are 18 and right before he leaves for bootcamp. He's lost his mom and she is getting away from an awful stepdad. When they meet the first touch is electric, and something that they both feel. They are falling in love and then he abruptly leaves without a word. Devastated and confused, Piper goes on with her life, finishes school but she's let go of her apartment and has moved back in with her mother and that monster that is her stepfather. He's threatening her and they fight constantly. Meanwhile, Dirk has realized that his heart has stayed back in London with Piper and the thing that had him take off shouldn't have been an issue at all. He wants her back in his life and he refuses to return without her with him.

The book brings you back to the beginning of their relationship and sheds a bit of light on things that give you a better understanding of their relationship. It also, in my opinion, seemed a little rushed at the end. I think that a bit more after what happened on the front steps of her step-father's house would have made this book even better. But it was a wonderful little read and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I wish there were more of it however.

I absolutely love Jessika's work, and Sam I Am is no exception. The way she writes her characters, they just come to life within the pages. Her storylines are remarkable. I loved Siri's Saga and this is a great companion novel to that series. Sam I Am can be read as a standalone but Seary's story is pretty amazing too. You don't want to miss either one.

Dirk Sam, just said goodbye to his mom. He found a photo and decided to take a trip to London. Once in London he stops in a little pub and meets Piper Wilson. Piper she is this feisty woman who immediately has Dirk’s attention. Their chemistry seemed instantaneous. What do you think the chances are that you go to another country to find someone, only to find THEE someone and somehow they are connected …??? WTF lol Any way, I loved this story of Dirk and Piper and I knew they belonged together. He freaked and fled, served his time to his country and returned to claim what was always his. Their love story is perfect! They are perfect together and her stepfather? What a jack! I loved this read and I hope you give it a chance.

Get lost in this read tonight.

I voluntarily read and reviewed an ARC of this book. This is a quick read with a HEA ending.
Dirk's mom just passed away and left him a box that contains information about his father. He heads to London to track him down, hopefully it won't be too hard. Along the way he meets the beautiful Piper. She's so full of life and they have an instant connection. Until he realizes he has a secret too big to share with her.
This was a really good book and I loved how it tied into the Siri book's.

Dirk found his love with Piper right before he went to his basic training. They feel in love hard and extremely fast. They spent all their time together before he had to leave. It was their last night together and Dirk found out that he and Piper were step siblings. It was to hard for him to take, but he made a promise to Piper that he would come back for her and he does.

This book is a quick read but you fall in love with love with the characters as fast as they fell in love with each other. The book has a great ending. Once I starting reading it I couldn’t put it down.

This was a great story of a huge second chance, Dirk disappears and is back to claim Piper and he is very determined and hopefully not to late as Piper is treated like an object it becomes tricky. These two have amazing chemistry and I really liked the back story but Dirk has a chip on his shoulder and he needs to conquer it with attitude but redeems himself gracefully. I loved the characters and they just jump off the page and give you all of them.

He continues with the promise he made to his mother and leaves for the military . It is now 6 years later and Dirk is back to claim the love he lost. He may be surprised to find her quite a predicament but the answer may be right in front of them! It sexy, short story of insta-love and finally finding happiness !

Lost in every word from the very start. SAM, I Am: Size Actually Matters by Jessika Klide is a short yet highly addictive story that has you rooting for Sam and Piper from the beginning. After meeting, falling in love and spending a wonderful week together, Sam made promises that he failed to keep. Now years later he is back and wanting to claim what he lost so many years before, but it may be to late. The chemistry between these two however is off the charts and even when I was shaking my head with Sams antics I still loved him. I also really enjoyed the humour in some parts and it made the story full and fun. Great job by Jessika, and I look forward to more from her. Definite must read!!

Dirk and Piper are interesting characters. We get past and present in this story so we get to see how they meet. When they meet, they had an a connection but Dirk just up an left with no way for Piper to contact him. He has he's reasons for doing so but six year later he's back to claim what's his. He comes back at a perfect time for Piper because things weren't too good for her. This one is an erotic romance so there are some super hot scenes but it also has a great story line. This one had me hooked. This was a short quick read and it's was prefect to read while I waited for my cake to bake.

This is how Dirk and Piper meet many years ago...they fell in love fast and hard...but Dirk left without a goodbye. Now its years later and he almost loses him life fighting for his country so he takes leave from the military and goes to find his true love. Piper is Siri's best friend from college and Dirk is Golden God's friend as well...hmmmm . So take a ride with SAM, I AM. Happy Reading!!

Sam, I am by Jessika Klide a five-star read a rooting, tooting five-star read. This author has a way of writing scorching hot words that melt your brain as you read them and will make you blush in the best way possible. This is a stand-alone companion story to the scorching stripper series that is possibly one of the hottest series ever written and this one has the same level of heat. Dirk and Piper are so great together, even when he does wrong you are still rooting for him and them together. What a great story overall and hopefully leading to some more great stories.

I've never read Jessika Klide before and SAM I AM sounded like it would be fun. It was fun and I enjoyed it. I liked having mostly Dirk as the POV and reminded me that I need to read books with the male POV as primary.

While well-written I'm giving this a 3.5 for two reasons. The first is that I would have liked to see more of their HEA after getting back together. It was set mostly in the past and how they met. i realize novellas have a limited amount of time but I just wanted more: More story - both then and now and more HEA. And secondly I figured out the big reveal long before the reveal happened.

Overall SAM I AM was fun little escape. I'm wondering if I would have liked it more if I had read ther series it was a companion to.

I read an advanced version of this book. This is my honest and voluntary review.

Six years ago, Dirk Sam came into Piper's life and she fell in love with him, only for him to vanish. Now Dirk has come back to find Piper and his mission is to make sure that Piper is on that plane with him when he leaves in three days. All he has to do is convince Piper that she can't live another day without him, shouldn't be to hard... should it?

This was a very short lunchtime read. I'm gonna say it, I hated the H's name, Dirk Sam?? That is a very pornish name, and speaking of porn, finding out exactly what SAM I AM is... I was blown out with the cheesiness. The plot was a good one, and this could have been an amazing story, but it wasn't really fleshed out and was super fast. Not sure what that last chapter is about, I'm going to assume a lead into the next book in this series. This was my first read by the author and I can say that she does some really good naughty time scenes, I give this 3.5 stars.

Dirk left Piper without a goodbye and six ago he left without a goodbye and now her father is going to make her marry a man that he’s chosen, and she has no choice except for a miracle to happen.
Dirk wants Piper back and he’s determined to find her, and, claim her he has three days leave to make it happen.
The attraction between Piper and Dirk was instant, and he promised to come back for her when he could, he loved her, but getting ready to leave, he sees Piper’s phone ringing and knows they can never have a future and leaves without a word.
Finally seeing Piper, he doesn’t like what he sees, and now she knows why he left her and that he wants to right the wrong from so many years ago, and, won’t leave without her this time.
Can Piper going to forgive him for leaving without a word.

This was a short read. Dirk is 18 and just buried his mother who had been living with cancer. He and his mother were tight. Not to mention he just graduated. She did direct him toward joining the military. Before she passed she signed for him to join. Because she said he would find a circle of friends, who would become a chosen family, and they have big, super big boy toys to play with.

She had never told him who his father was. It was never an issue, his mom was enough of a parent for both. She just loved him no matter what. She loved just watching him eat, even though because of his size she had to work two jobs to feed him. That's love. When he was packing up the house to donate, take, or toss his friend found a shoe box addressed to him and packed it.

When he knew he had made it to his apartment where he was going to be stationed he told him about it. Inside he found his father's identity. He was going, to London. What are the chances you would find him within the first few hours of getting there? Let's just say it didn't go well. However, he did meet the love of his life. His, one.

Enter, Piper. He was overcome with her beauty. It wasn't just that SAM I have wanted her, because he did. No, this was different. This was electrifying.

I liked this one but... Something just felt off at the end. Like there were words unsaid between them for him being gone, his cockiness, how his father treated her. I don't know, just felt off.

What a great story!

Though struck hard by fate, Dirk Sam is a fun-loving alpha male who never failed to make me laugh with his teasing and banter and his dry humor.
And Piper is a more than worthy heroine whose feistiness is the perfect match for his cockiness.

I loved this story so much and really wish it was longer. There is so much more I would like to learn about these two ...
This book is simply unputdownable, a must-read and a page turner.
