This is a very simple introductory book for young readers and listeners of our very own American Renaissance Man, Benjamin Franklin. Honestly, it would have been better if this one portion was omitted:

"Working on the Constitution
of the United States
was Benjamin's last big job.
He wanted to do more. He wanted to help
free the black slaves.
But he was old and tired."

Seriously? Everyone of these books makes excuses for men such as Franklin, Jefferson and the other writers of our democracy - but this excuse is the worst I have ever heard.
