This was a great read for people looking to learn the tip of the iceberg of real estate investing. It goes through various techniques and the pros, cons, and important details for each. It’s a great way to learn just enough so you can determine which technique you’d really like to delve deeper into learning about. The four stars is only because there are quite a few typos! The book seems poorly written, but the content is legit.
