Each generation has values, expectations, and tendencies that are generally unique to them and their peers. A one-size-fits-all model will not work in regard to engagement methodology. Learning to bridge the generational gaps and relate with people on their level will be invaluable in your quest to excel in life.

Great introductory information regarding multi-generational work teams - 5 star!

I read this about a year and a half ago as our generational work force was expanding. Although I didn’t write a review then, I found the book to be very helpful and have returned to it for use as a resource several times. While on Amazon to purchase a copy for a peer who had asked about it, I noticed the overall review rating to be lower than I expected. From what I can see in the reviews, it has had several 5 star written reviews and there is apparently one 2 star rating that doesn’t include a written review and doesn’t even seem to show up as a rating when I look for it. Even with that, I’m not sure Amazon’s rating calculation is correct. All that to say, it’s worth the low kindle price for some valuable information and I highly recommend.
