Soulful and Mysterious

Oh, the mystery deepens as do the MC's connections to the Reapers. More is revealed but it only leads to a deeper hidden truth. This series has a fantastic, consuming storyline with characters I instantly connect to. It's fast, it's dirty, but it's oh so satisfying and makes me want to know more, more, more. The beauty and soulfulness of these characters reach out from the pages and touch deeply. I love learning more secrets beside them and I'm eager for the journey to continue. I'm glad the books have a fast release as I am fully engaged in seeing this story to the end!

I really enjoyed this second book in the series. It is well written and the characters and story are well developed. I love the character dynamics and their individual personalities. The story is excellent. It has plenty of action, suspense, emotion, hot chemistry and romance. I look forward to the next book!! I’d highly recommend this book and the previous book in the series!!

Wouldn’t it be interesting...

So I think the author probably has a lot of this already hashed out plot wise but I have an idea. A bit of a spoiler below:

Each one of these books is titled after a main character who is involved with our main protagonist. What of instead of the obvious 4 characters...there was a 5th book called Death? I kinda really want that to happen.

I enjoyed this more than book 1, as there is more of a story building with the story picking up where book 1 left off. While I did enjoy this, I wouldn't have read it if I didn't have a subscription to KindleUnlimited, since it's a 97 page novella, one look at the page count & price, & I would have passed it over for purchase. I liked Shade as much as Bone- from the previous book. The Reapers are what's holding this series together in my opinion. The story pulled me in more, and actually had me want to continue on to book 3. I feel more "like" for Misha, though I still don't see her fully developed as a character. Onward to "Blood" -book 3, to see how things progress.

Shade (Marked Soul book 2) by Cassa Daun is a wonderful story to read. This is book number two in the wonderful series that I hav fallen in love with. It has strong wonderful characters with a wonderful story line and I highly recommend this story to everyone who loves reading Paranormal romances.

A good short second book with developing relationships between RH members. The danger level increases too with some more information revealed but still unclear what is going on with Misha so really encouraging you to read the next book which is what I intend to do.

Nice quick read

I'm liking getting to know each reaper in turn as well learning more of Misha's story.
