My kanji is so bad so I’m forcing myself to go through this

I loved the lessons. Having gone through the Genki books before, and did frequent kanji studies, I've pretty much mastered all kanjis presented in this book. But it was a nice exercise to reaffirm. I recommend it if you are studying for JLPT.
