Wenn du erotische Geschichten über deine Nachbarn schreiben willst, dann verpasse ihnen keine mickrigen Schwänze.
Liebe deine Nachbarn?

There is a lot of sexual tension going on between Lars, Ethan, and Maggie, but Maggie tries to deny it, which is pretty funny since she writes erotic short stories about the three of them. This was a fun, quick, sexy read. There is some angst but it's pretty quickly resolved, so if you are looking for a steamy read that will fill a few hours this is a great one to grab.

This book is about a smut author who writes about a man she’s friends and his friend she hates. They also read her her books and that’s annoying, but it’s bound to happen. I thought it was hilarious the way she portrayed them, and the way they confronted her about her desire to have them both, ultimately making that wish come true.

If you’re going to write dirty stories about your neighbors, don’t give them tiny c*cks.
A standalone romance with an HEA ending and no cliffhangers.

Love thy neighbors? No way. Never going to happen.

Ethan Burke and Lars Johansen are chiseled male perfection, with their cocky smiles, bulging biceps and washboard abs.

They're also rich, arrogant jerks. Ugh.

I’m supposed to swoon over their panty-melting smiles, but I refuse to get the memo. After we feud over a parking spot, I write them into a dirty story.

And, when it comes to describing their, ahem, equipment, I get very stingy. How stingy? Think two inches.

Bad author.

Unfortunately for me, they find the story.

And they make me read it to them. While showing me how wrong I was. One deliciously long inch at a time.

For the record - they’re very well endowed.

I’ve never been happier to write a retraction.

I must say that I really enjoy Tara Crescent's books. This one is no different. These books are well written and I love reading them. I really enjoyed reading this book as well as the series! I can't wait to get my hand on the next book! Thanks Tara for fueling my dreams!

Ethan and Lars bought the old building across the street from Maggie. They're billionaires who left the big city to live in a smaller town and start a new business venture. In order to vent her frustration with the guys she writes little smutty stories and uploads them online....only to be discovered by friends and then Ethan & Lars. What's a guy to do? Why confront her and reenact her wildest fantasies. How will her family handle this? What will the town say? (Well, being this the fourth book set in this small town, I doubt the gossip will be too harsh at this point!! LOL!!)

Dirty Words is just as good as the previous books in this series and I love that all of the stories can be read as standalones. Ethan, Lars and Maggie was another great couple and I enjoyed their story because when it came to their relationship this one was quite different, but still a great read. This author has done a great job with this book and the series as a whole, and I look forward to reading more of her work.

Dirty Words is the last installment of 'The Dirty Series'; it is the story of Maggie, Ethan, and Lars. There is a lot of sexual tension going on between the main characters, but the female of the plot tries to deny it, which is pretty funny since she writes erotic short stories about the three of them.
The story starts as hate to love relationship, also Lars & Ethan aren't into the Menage world, but with Maggie, they are willing to become.
In this story, I also love the family relationship that Maggie has. Not everything is fun and games; there is some family drama, and the ex-wife of one of the male characters is part of the plot.

Steam: 3/5. Strong Language: 2/5.

Neighbors squabble about parking spot. She does a dirty dance across the street in her window for them which leads to ménage fun.

5 ⭐ I loved it. I’ll revisit it like an old friend. This book is moving right into my favorites category. I would recommend it to everyone, even people that don’t ask. I will buy this author’s work in the future.
4 ⭐ A great read. I’ll probably reread it if the mood strikes me. It was enjoyable, just not portable magic. I would recommend it.
3 ⭐ I liked it. It was a nice way to pass the time. I doubt I’ll reread it. I’d recommend it to a friend looking for a specific story. Thanks for the memories.
2 ⭐ I completed the Herculean task of finishing this book. At times, it felt like I was Prometheus and the suffering would never end. It just wasn’t for me.
1 ⭐ I couldn’t finish this book. How do I put this? It’s not me, it’s you.

I don’t know about you ladies and gentlemen but I am always down for a little Dirty Talk.

This steamy book is a great quick read that might get you all hot and bothered, and looking for your significant other. Or your battery operated friend.  Of course one could always go old school. If it's the middle of the night, one might want to keep from waking the other party.

Not everyone is into the ménage books, to each their own is my stance, and some are into different kinds. Personally, I like to give all romance and erotica books a fair shot before I say it’s not my cup of tea. You will find that I tend to enjoy all forms, for the most part. Though I do tend to lean toward the MFM variety with ménage books, I find them hot and not something that I would try in real life. So, in my case I tend to live vicariously through the female leads in the books I read.

This book features a MFM relationships. For those of you who don’t know what that is, it is a relationship that has two males that are in a relationship with one female. The men are not normally in a sexual relationship with each other but share the woman. This means that they could be with her one at a time; either watching while one is enjoying the intimate moments or completely by themselves, as well as both at the same time. There are other ménage sets but we will get into those on other blogs.

The main characters in this book are Cassie, Lucas and James. I have found that Dirty Talk has everything a quick hot read should have, in my opinion. Steamy hot sexy scenes, actual plot and not just sex. Which means there is depth to the characters and of course what’s a good book without a little bit of drama.

Cassie is a Coffee Shop owner that has lived in her small town forever, James and Lucas have recently moved to town. The lovely Cassie is gun shy about going out with either of the hot and sexy men that are new to town, because she knows that they have a YouTube channel called, Dirty Talk. Her childhood has left scars that make her terrified of cameras. You can't really do a YouTube channel series without cameras, hence her reluctance. Lucas and James are trying to stay a float after a family emergency has taxed them financially, but these men are determined to date the beautiful Cassie. The question is, will it be Lucas, James or both. This story shows the ups and downs of small town gossip, as well as the hot and dirty things that happen in a threesome relationship.

Here is a little snippet from the book, Cassie (the female lead) is getting ready to listen to Lucas and James’ YouTube channel.

“I missed Tuesday’s episode, so I look for that one, and when I see the title, my heart skips a beat. Dirty Talk—Ménage & More. Oh dear God, this is a wet dream come true.”  Dirty Talk, by Tara Crescent.

This book is the second in the Dirty Collection. I’m excited to read the other three:

Dirty Therapy (Book One)

Dirty Games (Book Three)

Dirty Words (Book Four)

I would highly recommend this book for anyone who enjoys the MFM ménage books, or is interested in reading a hot quick read. If a person would like you could read this book in one sitting. I was too wound up to read it all at once, I needed and outlet. So it took me two sessions which I needed relief after both. I think that Tara Crescent is an extremely talented writer, this is the first book of hers that I have read. But it WON'T be the last!

Tara Crescent is a writer from Toronto. A writer of a variety of different books not just ménage series, she also writes BSDM and contemporary. If this book is any indication of her female leads, they will be sassy and strong. Check out Tara on her website: www.taracrescent.com or on twitter: tara@taracrescent.com. You can find her books on Kindle and Audible. This particular book can be found on both forums. I only have listened to the sample of the Audible books, which happens to be the Dirty Series Set. The Audible narrators are: Ry Forest, Jasper Woodcock, and Mimi Phillips.

Ladies and gentlemen, it's smut o'clock.

I feel like a lot of romance authors have that thought when they sit down at their laptop, preparing to put fingers to keyboard and grinning evilly at all the naughtiness that is soon to transpire. That quote was easily my favorite line from the entire book.

Let's be honest. When I picked this up on Kindle Unlimited, it was because I was looking for something hot and sexy, and Tara Crescent generally delivers on that. Was it hot? Yes. Was it a quick read that satisfied a craving I had? More or less.

Crescent's books are never long and I think that's usually the biggest fault in her books. I feel as if these characters weren't fully fleshed out, especially Maggie. I found her actions to be a bit immature in the beginning, almost as if Crescent was trying to create conflict and went overboard with it. Maggie had the potential to be a great character with her background. But that's often where Crescent lacks in her stories. They're so short that we never get enough of the characters to make them great. I really wished she would write longer books so we could get more in-depth with the characters, let them shine on the page.

"This story moves rather quickly,' Lars observes. 'No chase, no foreplay. Jumping straight to the action."

"Everybody's a critic," I reply pertly.

I can't tell if Crescent is breaking the fourth wall in this and mocking her own work or what. But that's exactly how I felt throughout this entire book.

Here's my conclusion: Tara Crescent is supposed to write sexy menages. Because they are fairly surface level and don't dive into emotions, connections, or anything deeper, that's why the sexytimes just … don't seem that sexy. C'mon, the masseuse story scene should have been scorching, but it was merely … a sex scene? It wasn't bad, but there needed to be more.

Now, I did get a kick out of Maggie's life rules, especially when her friends called her on making them up. And when I finally got to Lars and Ethan forcing her to read her story to them, I was ready to shout with joy because that's the sexytimes I was waiting for.

Conclusion? Great premise, stumbled in the execution, but pretty much what I expected. Still not bad.

Maggie and her twin sister Lilly both love to cook, but neither want to work in the family restaurant or inherit it. Dominic, Maggie’s brother, wants to run China Garden, but is too afraid to tell his mother who has other career ideas in mind for him. When Maggie’s father dies, she moves back home to help; Lilly didn’t and this causes a rift between Lilly and her mother. Nobody forced Maggie to move back home; she loves her mother and would make the same choice again if she had to. Now after three years back in New Summit, Maggie is restless and looking for a challenge and decides writing might be fun. Lilly and Maggie used to entertain themselves by making up stories about the people in town and she wonders if she can capture some of that magic again. Ethan and Lars are New Summit’s newest residents and ever since they moved in people have been curious about them and their intentions. Maggie is not normally a confrontational person, but Lars has gone too far, but is it really his fault? Maggie lives by life’s rules, so cannot understand why she is suddenly attracted to not one man, but two; men who become the focus of her erotic writings. What is worse, she has used not only their real names, but hers too and it is not long before she is found out. Ethan and Lars have a plan; they decide to enact Maggie’s fantasizes. New Summit is famous for its ménage à trois relationships, but Maggie prefers to hide her affair from her mother. Ethan and Lars wonder if Maggie really wants a relationship with them, or if this is just a fling for her. Ethan has always had a weak spot for his ex-wife Catalina, but has her deviousness gone too far? This was another excellent, well-written story in the series about New Summit and I enjoyed reading it. A copy of this book was provided to me with no requirements for a review. I voluntarily read this book and my comments here are my honest opinion.

To see more reviews check out MI Book Reviews.

I got an ARC in return for an honest review.

I liked this one a lot more than I did the third one, but this one had a whole new set of issues. The main female character is a Chinese woman, she even works in a Chinese restaurant. Her mother is the one that moved from China and opened the restaurant. There were references to race throughout the book, but they were all superficial. My favorite was that broccoli was not a Chinese vegetable. Wait it gets worse, the fact that the two rich white guys knew that so instead ordered off menu for bok choy made the hardcore Chinese woman fall in love with them. That was it. That was the extent that the fact that half of the characters in this book were Chinese was really mentioned. It always surrounded the restaurant. It felt like a cop out and that the author was just trying to add variety to her characters so they weren’t all cookie cutter. Didn’t quite work and rang very hollow to me.

The plot itself was pretty flimsy. The guys find out about the attraction because of some erotic friend fiction and somehow they are able to perfectly narrow it down to being written by her. There was the potential for more angst, between the guys never sharing a partner before and the ex-wife. There was so much potential that was just wasted.

Don’t get me wrong, the sex was hot and as an erotia the book is pretty great. The fact that the book had so many issues like the cookie cutter ending that literally could have worked for any of the other books in the series by just changing names was pretty awful. I won’t even get into the romance and BDSM tropes that the book thrives on (just check out the first book and add in “exotic” woman written as a white woman).

Hot read!!

I'm sorry that this series is ending but I loved every book I've read.

Maggie Zhang is the good daughter, friend, and worker. She put her family in front of her own dreams. She has had enough of the new billionaire's taking advantage of her by parking in her private parking spot. After leaving a note on one of their expensive cars, and being ignored she's had enough; she tows the car.

Lars and Ethan moved from Manhattan after they sold their lucrative business and started a new on in New Summit. What they didn't expect was to get the ire if Maggie Zhang. Once the men see her, they both are interested in dating her. But knowing that the other guy wants her, they step back. They've been best friends for too many years to ruin their relationship over a woman. That is until they come to a compromise.

After Maggie meets both men, her thoughts have been an erotic fantasy. So she starts writing her dirtiest fantasies involving both men and published it anonymously. But she screws up and uses actual names. When her closest friends stumble on her writing, she's mortified. So she changes some of the writing to make the guys look bad.

Ethan and Lars own a publishing company. When two female staff members stumble upon her writing on the internet, the guys immediately know that she wrote the story. NIW they have to push her to see if she's interested in acting it out.

When the guys want more, she refuses to go public because she fears banishment from her old school Chinese mother. But when someone from Ethan's past outs them, Maggie finds herself isolated from her mom anyway.

What will happen to this new trio?

A must read!

Maggie, Ethan & Lars = Loved Every Dirty Word

With Dirty Words, Tara Crescent brings us another red hot and sweet menage story. This story is centered around Maggie, Ethan and Lars. New Summit is the town that the reader loves to come back to with each of the stories in the Dirty Series. It has lovable characters that reappear in each book. Every book has has believable and well developed characters and storyline.

Maggie has lived in New Summit and works at her family's Chinese Restaurant. She is an intelligent, hard working woman. Ethan and Lars are new in town. The men don't make a very good first impression with Maggie. Lars parks his car in Maggie's spot. Ethan and Lars buy the building across from Maggie's building and plan to renovate it. The men are billionaires. Maggie thinks that they are arrogant. Later Maggie tries to find an outlet for her frustration by writing erotic stories. She choose to write about Lars and Ethan in not very flattering terms. Maggie never expects the men to find out about it. Maggie, Lars and Ethan has great chemistry together. Can they find a happily ever after together?

Dirty Words is the 4th book in the Dirty Series. Like the other books this can be read as a stand alone. This story has sizzling sex scenes, hunky, billionaire neighbors, humor, menage, romance, happily ever after, and dirty words. I have loved every book in the Dirty Series. Tara Crescent has another wonderful book.

Overall - 4 1/2 Stars
Chemistry - 4 1/2 Stars
Menage - Yes (MFM)
Cliffhanger - No
HEA - Yes
Recommend to Others - Yes

I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Dirty Words is the fourth book in Tara Crescent's The Dirty Series. Dirty Words can be read as a standalone but the other three books are so good you do not want to miss them.

Maggie lives next door to Ethan Burke and Lars Johansen. They are both chiseled male perfecton with cocky smiles and washboard abs. They are both rich arrogant jerks. Maggie refuses to fall for them like every other woman in the world does. A fight over a parking space however leads to Maggie writing them into a dirty story. A story in which she was two inches of not generous description of their manhood. They are never suppose to find the story but do and make Maggie read it to them. All the while they are showing Maggie just how wrong she is.

You just will love Maggie from the get go. She cracked me up. She is bored with her life. She is a cook in her family's Chinese restaurant and lives in the apartment above the business. She knows she needs an outlet and decides that writing dirty stories are just the outlet she needs. Lord knows the arrogant men across the street are going in one of her stories. Thanks to a small town the guys find out about the story and the fun begins. I loved every single second of this book. I devoured it actually. It was so much fun to read and a great escape.

Nobody does menage quite like Tara Crescent. I can not wait to see what she comes up with next.

You can always count on Tara Crescent to give you a quick, steamy read that ticks all the boxes for a satisfying naughty book. Dirty Words is Maggie's story, resident of New Summit and a character we have come across in previous stories in this series.

As always, these are loosely linked, but can certainly be read as stand alone as the New Summit world once again takes us on a wild ménage ride of fun with Maggie and two arrogant new comers, Ethan and Lars. To say sparks fly is probably an understatement and this certainly happens in more ways than one!

I thoroughly enjoyed their initial interaction and the lessons Lars and Ethan taught Maggie has you a bit hot under the collar! The humour between them is great and has moments where you are laughing out loud to the antics and the dialogue between them. That being said, this is well worth reading.

I have to admit though that I am slightly jealous of the residents of New Summit.....seems this quaint and quiet town holds a whole host of secret trysts! I can't wait to see what happens in New Summit next!

Maggie is a cook in her family's Chinese restaurant, and she lives in the apartment over the business. She goes to a friend for some advice, and maybe to vent a little, she is bored and annoyed with the new business owners across the street. She needs a creative outlet, so she starts writing dirty stories. Lars and Ethan are new in town, so when Maggie's anonymous stories are pointed out to them, well let's just say it's a small town, they realize that Maggie has written about them. The stories don't make them angry, but Maggie's inaccurate description of their assets has them planning a way to prove Maggie wrong. Maggie is happy to be proven wrong and is soon physically involved with both men, but her mother is very traditional and she tries to keep the relationship a secret. Wow. Dirty, sexy, and sweet menage romance with a fun and funny plot, and a happily ever after. Tara Crescent has done it again, I love this book and this series. Fantastic!

Liked it but......

Ok,I LOVE a good M/F/M menage, I don't do m/m/f menage, coz mm isn't my thing, and I don't share and I don't want my h to either, plus while my goal is to find a great love of a man I can't enough of and vice versa ? To have two would soo be a hearts desire fulfilled !!!
But whether is was my own life ( never gonna happen but,) or a story I'd want more than just sex, laughs ok. Real life ,who am I kidding it would be a acing (I think) for a little while but, point is you more than just sex, sighs, here is was a close race between sex and actually having a story to go w/the sex.....
Sighs and honestly ? It's almost too close to call,it's a nice little story per say,but everything is resolved a bit too easily and I never felt like I really got to know anyone ....
This for me at least was more like a story you read mainly for the sex and get just enough story soo you don't feel bad about reading a story just for the sex....
It had potential, not bad but coulda, shoulda been more...
Thank you though Ms.Cresent...

Dirty Words is a phenomenal contemporary romance by Tara Crescent. This is a M/F/M romance so it may not be for everyone. Ms. Crescent has nailed it with this book! She has delivered a well-written book and populated it with fun, loveable characters. This book is written in first person, alternating point of view, not my favorite but Ms. Crescent is one of the few authors I don't mind writing in this format. Maggie was called home to help with the family restaurant when her father dies. She meets Lars and Ethan when she calls to have Lar's car towed for parking in her spot. When Lars and Ethan learn Maggie has been posting naughty stories about the three of them, it's game on. Their story is loaded with drama, humor and 5 alarm heat. I enjoyed this book from cover to cover and look forward to my next book from Tara Crescent. Dirty Words is book 4 of The Dirty Series but can be read as a standalone. This is a complete book, not a cliff-hanger.

Maggie is putting in time to help with her family's Chinese restaurant business. Ethan and Lars are two billionaire buddies who move in across the street. They love Chinese food, but they also happen to be very attracted to Maggie. I loved this sizzling hot quick romance. I also love how Tara is able to weave a tale of friendship into her MFM stories so that they're not all insta-love. Well, maybe insta-lust, but at least they're friends to lovers. This one in particular was tricky - being Asian, Maggie's family has a very strict moral compass about relationships, and Ethan and Lars were definitely not included in her family's ideals. Tara did a fantastic job getting to the heart of the matter in this book, and I loved the heat between this trio. I voluntarily reviewed an advance copy of this book.

Maggie comes back home after her father passes away to help work at her family's Chinese restaurant. It all starts when Lars takes her parking space near the restaurant and she has to park down the street.

Ethan and Lars just moved to town to start their business. From the altercation over the parking space you can feel the sexual tension between the three of them.

Maggie decides she'll write dirty stories about Ethan and Lars on a website but soon Ethan and Lars find out about the stories and decide to prove Maggie wrong.

Even though none of them have been in a manage relationship they decide to give it a try. The sex scenes are HOT!!! And the story line will make you laugh.

I have loved each one of the stories in this series and they can be read as a standalone but you'll want to read them all! Another great ménage story by Tara Crescent.

I was very curious when I found out that Maggie was going to get her story told. Maggie had pulled at my interest as the serious friend to Mia, Piper and Nina. That being said you don't have to read their stories to read Maggie's but in all honesty they are all amazing so why wouldn't you? Maggie is very unimpressed by the new neighbors Ethan and Lars. Of course Ethan and Lars were busy with their renovations and new company until a simple misunderstanding throws the three of them together. A meeting to discuss a potential event in the community has Maggie, Ethan and Lars all re-evaluating their preconceived ideas. It is a quick jump from acceptance to attraction and the chemistry is off the charts. Maggie has a difficult time balancing what she wants with what is expected but it is a wonderful story. I am curious who might find their dirty story told next.

This is hot sexy collection of stories. The town of New Summit seems to be a haven for menages. These stories are all exciting and full of heat. But, they also share the bonds and commitments of everlasting love, maybe not in a conventional way but pure of heart none the less. I was a little surprised that the four stories are different enough that you don't feel like you are re-reading the same plot. They are interesting and all have their unique dilemmas to overcome.

I love all the characters in New Summit. They are quirky, their funny, their frustrating and for the most part kind and understanding...at least the people that matter. The men of these relationships are all truly nice guys who take great care of the woman they fall for, no arrogant hot heads to temper.

Chinese restaurant worker Maggie meets millionaires Ethan and Lars when they become neighbours. They park their Lambo in her spot, like you do. And that’s not a euphemism.

I found the whole thing pretty in believable and quick to develop. I didn’t really see why they liked each other so much but it’s a short story so there isn’t much getting to know you going on.

I liked that Maggie wrote salacious stories about her neighbours. It was a fun idea. There was very low angst in the book: Maggie tries to deny the guys for about two minutes then gives up. Then follows a few family dramas and it’s all back to good times.

I found that after they got together, the pace dragged a bit, but it was a fun, hot read; quick and easy to digest when you are feeling a bit under the weather so I enjoyed it. Not sure how memorable it was though.

Ethan and Lars are two new residents at New Summit and they are not making life easy for Maggie. So to let off some steam Maggie starts writing smut on an online story page called Dirty Words. When Ethan and Lars find out about her little hobby, things start getting real, real fast.

I really loved this book. This one is different from the others, Ethan and Lars had never been in a menage before- at least not together. Both were willing to walk away to let the other have Maggie until they read her stories.
Maggie is worried about what her family might think wanted to keep everything a secret, which brings tension between the three.

This is a must read and a book to add to your collection!

Another wonderful book by Tara Crescent. I love her dirty books and the way she portrays the characters. I am so glad to see the last friend get her happily ever after, but I feel that some others deserve their own books now. Maggie just wants to be her own self, but doesn't know how to get out from under her family. After being under a lot of stress, she decides to write out her fantasies. She has no clue these stories will get back to her new neighbors, Ethan and Lars. They will do whatever it takes to fulfill her fantasies and prove one point in her story wrong. What follows is one wild ride that leaves us breathless with the passion and love being shared. I voluntarily read an Advanced Review Copy of this book.
