This book is geared mostly towards absolute training beginners, for which I think it is actually not too bad.
Sadly, there's a lot of things not thought through, so I didn't actually finish reading.
Some of the things I greatly disagree with:
1. Weighing yourself only once a week to eliminate natural fluctuations: I get the point, but they won't be eliminated that way. Weigh yourself daily, take the average (or a more robust metric such as the median) over 7 days and compare those values.
2. Advocating for raw milk: The benefits are a myth and the negatives by far outweigh the benefits:
In conclusion, raw milk is not inherently safe and carries a significant food poisoning risk with its consumption. There is no evidence that raw milk has any inherent health or nutritional benefits those media claims were shown to be myths. [1]

If you ask me, the claim "We’re kind of obsessed these days with the research being done into nutrition and we’re pretty up-to-date and pretty savvy when it comes to spotting bogus fads" (p. 66) seems pretty far fetched regarding that.
3. Heavily advocating for consumption of red meat: Various studies have shown the dangers of red meat consumption, finding a link to cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, cancer and all-cause mortality (for example [2,3,4,5,6]. The WHO categorizes unprocessed red meat as "probably carcinogenic to humans (Group 2A), based on limited evidence that the consumption of red meat causes cancer in humans and strong mechanistic evidence supporting a carcinogenic effect" [8,9]. This recommendation is definitely not science based and outright dangerous.

Take the recommendations - at least ones of nutritional nature - in this book with a grain of salt. That being said, I haven't read the whole book so maybe there is value hidden here that I skipped or just didn't see.
As far as I'm concerned, I'm sure there's better sources of information out there.
