Great list of ingredients

Nice to see the lists of ingredients however after the details on how to blend them there is not enough details on which dishes you would use them for, on or in. I.e. Hovan. Lovely mix, looked up on internet since nothing in book to suggest use and nothing on internet too. So not likely to make.

The of this book describes this book perfectly. A wide range of spice mixtures for different flavors. I do wish it would have used recipes of what type of dish these recipes would used and/or flavor.

There's an international mix of spice blends, no obvious typos, so editing looks good but there were no suggested uses. There were some hints.
