Erin Hamilton follows Dante Gabriel back into hell—the underground compound where he was held for a decade—to confront the woman who held him captive. Finally unmasked, she seems to hold Dante under her influence. Erin has faith in Dante’s strength and determination, though, especially when the mysterious Vampyre Texts reveal their first secret. Dante struggles to regain his control, even as he grows stronger and the darkness rises within him. He’ll let his captor think she commands him as long as it serves his purpose, but if Erin or anyone else is threatened, all bets are off. He’ll use all his powers against her, whether or not he can master them. Time is running out, however. Dante must act quickly to free those imprisoned, especially when he learns what his captor has in mind. His new abilities keep those around him protected until she who calls herself Queen plays her trump card. Dante must face one last foe…and only one can emerge undefeated.
#1 New York Times, #1 USA Today, and #1 Wall Street Journal bestselling author Helen Hardt's passion for the written word began with the books her mother read to her at bedtime. She wrote her first story at age six and hasn’t stopped since. In addition to being an award winning author of contemporary and historical romance and erotica, she’s a mother, an attorney, a black belt in Taekwondo, a grammar geek, an appreciator of fine red wine, and a lover of Ben and Jerry’s ice cream. She writes from her home in Colorado, where she lives with her family.
The suspense hypes up in this book as we go back in the bowels of hell where Dante tries to out smart the evil one who calls herself queen and keep everyone alive and offering freedom to others.
Blood Bond: 13 is a great addition to this amazing series.
Dante has bowed down to the queen. Queen? Dr. Bonneville, is no queen. But apparently she's a vampire!
Fight for what you want. Dante wants to see, Emilia and Lucy. Erin wants, Dante back.
"Between the doors of perception, will be the most important work of all".
Finally, the copy of Vampyre Text, that Erin has, opens.
Erin, River and Jay find Dante and they embark on the mission of finding, Lucy.
Dr. Bonneville, argues "she is not a killer", but she is the mastermind behind each death.
Do Dante, Erin, River and Jay find Lucy in time to save her? What more do they have to go through to find the rest of the kidnapped? What is their health like?
Continue with Blood Bond 14 to get these answers and find out what more is going to happen.
It is in true, Helen Hardt style, to keep you guessing. It is for that reason, that I must give a 5 star review.
The Blood Bond Saga is absolutely addictive! Book # 13 picks up where book #12 left off and once you start you don't want to put it down! Dante returns to the Queen and where he was kept prisoner for ten years. Many questions are answered, but so many more are not! This book keeps you guessing !
I've been beyond eager to read the rest of this saga and was overjoyed when it was finally available. I was having some major Dante and Erin withdrawals!
In part 13 (Volume 5) Erin and Dante find themselves in the Chambers of Hell, and they come face to face with none other than the "Queen" herself, Dr. Bonneville. They are trying to free the ones they love that are now kept captive there. Dante is still struggling but learning just how powerful his abilities really are and Erin is there every step of the way, as he treads carefully, being afraid that this could take him into the dark places he has fought so hard to get out of, and it is taking everything in him not to let it consume him but with Erin's undying support, trust, love and help, its proving that love does conquer all.
We start to get some much-needed answers to some burning questions, but I was still reeling and needing to know more.
Undefeated by Helen Hardt is the final 3 Blood Bond sagas in this story. The story picks up where the last book left off. River, Jay and Erin are underground and know the Queen is and it is Dr. Bonneville. Gabriel seems to be under her control. But Gabriel is stronger than even he knows. Blood bond saga 13 is about what they learn being underground. Everyone they have been looking for are there. As the story goes on we see that Gabriel's powers continue to grow and he discovers what he can do. Saga 14 continues with finding all the missing people. Gabriel has figured out how to get them out but it seems The Queen is still trying to promote her agenda. Saga15 is the final time, the fight between good and evil. Light and dark. A really good story that I have loved from the beginning to the end. It has been many books but I have really enjoyed this book. I am so sorry to see this story coming to an end. 5 stars for me. Hating to see this come to an end. This was a story I couldn't get enough of but it has come to an end. Thank you.
I have been in withdrawal waiting for the next story in this amazing series. It was definitely worth the wait. Dante and Erin seek out the Queen's Chamber of Horrors to try and free their loved ones that are imprisoned. Dante is discovering how powerful his strength can be. He has to be careful not to return to the dark side, but it takes all his power and fortitude he has to fight the forces trying to take over his body and soul. The one person who keeps him grounded is Erin. He needs her by his side. The trust and belief she holds for him gives him the strength he needs to conquer the Queen and her evil plans.
We get some explanations to questions, but there are still many more that need to be answered.
I interrupted the reading of another book in progress s soon as I got my hands on Blood Bond 13. I have been following this series and eagerly awaited this release of this book. Dante is gaining control of his strange powers. He and Erin and River and Jay go back to the underground hell where Dante was kept prisioner for 10 years. They have some idea of what "the Queen" is doing to the people she is holding against their will. They set out to rescue Dante's sister and his Uncle and release the rest of the prisioners. They are helped along by pages of the Vampyre Texts being revealed at the exact correct time. But there is more conflict to come as River gets captured and Dante is forced to fight to the death against someone he loves.
Once bonded, never broken... that phrase has stuck in my head through every single one of the books. There were twists and turns and holy **** moments in this whole saga that still play out in my mind. If anyone is on the fence about reading this... just do it. You'll thank me later. I got to the last page and just sat there... staring at my kindle...trying to make more pages appear. Start to finish, it captures your attention and takes you on a journey you won't soon forget. I truly enjoyed every single page of Dante and Erin's story. I'm holding out hope that maybe, just maybe there will be a Blood Bond Saga : Six coming our way one day. Much love to Helen for another AMAZING set of books!!
Erin has followed Dante into hell, otherwise known as the underground compound where he was held and tortured for 10 years. The Queen has a hold on him but Erin knows that her love can help him overcome it. It is a race against time to rescue all those they love. The Vampyre texts start to unlock one secret at a time. Will it be enough?
More questions asked and more questions answered but there is still so much to find out. Helen Hardt does an amazing job of bringing us closure on some issues while still creating new mysteries. I love her style! I fell in love with Dante and Erin right from the beginning but over the coarse of the series Jay, River, Lucy and Julian have taken a piece of my heart too. This has been such a fun twist on the typical vampire series.
I have eagerly been waiting to read this next instalment of the Blood Bond saga! The series can be read in two ways, Volumes 1-5, where each volume contains 3 parts. OR, Parts 1-15. Part 13 is the first section of undefeated which is the title of volume 5. You must however read them order! I really enjoyed the way we get to learn about the underground ‘holding’ in this part. This was where we first met Dante at the very beginning of the series. We start to find answers to the questions that have mounted up along the way but we are far from done. Drawing us into this maze of distortion, I need to know how this ultimately ends!
The plot thickens as the twists and turns continue in this epic series of Dante, Erin and "her".
Dante is more enchanting, strong and Oh so steamy🔥 than he even was before
Now back in Hell and his memories returning while his strength grows...can Dante escape her treacherous hold, can be save himself and all those he loves...Will he become all that she hoped for and more! I can't wait for more!!!
Blood Bond part 13 has Dante returning to the underground he'll be was kept prisoner for 10 years. He needed answers and that was the only place he could get them. Erin, River and Jay follow him, he was going to need help rescuing Lucy, Emilia and anyone else being held by this crazy vampire.
If you have followed along you are aware of all the various events going on. But the plot keeps on thickening and more clues and questions surface. I'm on the edge of my seat wanting this mystery to be solved. I just have to know! Dante is learning he has more powers as he embraced his darkness.
Yes, the saga continues. Only this time we are in the Queens lair. The anticipation of the storyline still is alluring. What exactly is Dante’s outcome. Does the blood bond between Dante and Erin override what is happening. Though this is part 13 there is still so much to contend with. No spoiling, but oh so invigorating. Continuing with part 14.
The wait is over!!!! Erin and Dante are back and the story picks up where part 12 left us! Even though they are deep underground don't worry the heat is still there with this amazing couple!! We start to get some answers but even more questions!!! Helen has me completely hooked on this series!!
In this installment Erin and Dante seek out the Queen's evil lair to try and free their loved ones, with the help of Erin's brother and Dante's cousin. A lot of questions were answered in this book but it left me with even more questions.
I really love this series. I love supernatural stories and this just keeps adding in more and more elements with all its twists. Each book does end on a great cliff. I probably would really like it if they were all together in one larger story.
So much packed into these, what seems like, few pages. It lagged a bit between the 3 of them when trying to find Dante. But after that, it moved quickly. More and more is coming together.
The weakest of all the books in the series so far. This one seems to be building up for some grand revelation in the story but was rather unsatisfying as a whole.
