Awesome introduction to S3. You can start understanding what Sociocracy 3.0 is by following a fiction history where a company wants to start introducing it.

It really is clarifying and a great point to start with S3 and having a rough idea about what it could do for your company and where to start from.

I very recommended lecture from my point of view that extends and makes more clear how to walk towards a teal organization model.
