Nice quick read.

The book works as a quick reminder to most of the good habits we have already heard/know of. But we are being lazy or simply not taking seriously to those. The book is clutter free and all the explanation are to the point. Good for quick realignment of the day to day life.

Like most self-help books, it is useless. There's nothing new in it. Most self-helps are just cheap copies of each other. And we know everything, whatever is written in the book; it's just we don't follow it. But then why do we read self-helps? Probably to remind ourselves of the same content again and again. Let me jot down the habits mentioned so one can save time by not reading the book.

Morning smile
Gratitude
Meditation
Nature gazing
Working out
Eating healthier
Emulating a role model
Reading
Writing your ideas
Goal writing
Vision Board
To-do lists
Journaling
Positive affirmation
Taking short naps
Carrying a water bottle
Walk more
Daily questionnaire
Saying thank you
Standing and working
Talking to yourself
Having anchor words
Appreciating others
Learn to contribute
Taking mini breaks

Short, Crisp, Yet Very Important

The book is not a lengthy read, and it talks about a lot of areas/habits that you can improve/build to be able to live a more enriching and fruitful life. Each habit is so powerful that there would be books on each of them (naturally more for some than for others), and you may be aware about some of these areas already. For the one you already knows, it is a good reminder, but for the ones that you don't know, you are open to read/try out for yourself. I am trying to inculcate many of the habits myself (even before reading this book), but wasn't aware about a few at all (eg: Anchor words) - if even this helps me in any way, it is well worth the read. Any of these habits, if practiced correctly, can be really transformational, leave alone 25.

A good compilation of effective habits. Each habit is explained to the point accompanied by an exercise. Some parts may seem repetitive towards the end. Most of us are already familiar with these habits but it's always nice to have a quick reminder. Although 25 may sound like a lot, none of it is overwhelming.

Simple reading

Book is well organized. It explains all the habits clearly as backing up each habit with a study provides you facts for developing that habit. You might be familiar with most of the habits but it's worth reading to know the benefits
of each.

Good:
The book works as a reminder to the basic good habits we already knew or heard of. It's simple.
Bad:
Some habits are repetitive. The explanation is not interesting. Read the topic and skip to the exercise para.
Verdict:
I would highly recommend this book for teenagers and not for adults.

Good Edition to go through once

This book has been authored for one and all irrespective of his age. It is better that such books are made available in public libraries including schools and colleges libraries so that readers at tender age can get an idea of so many things to which they are unaware but facing. One finds solutions to many problems to make his life organise. This book helps readers to understand different shades of life and the importance of little things which if taken care of become big things at the end. Thanks to the author for bringing out a good edition helpful to all.

Crisp n effective

25 seems a big number of habits to acquire, considering it would involve a lot of effort to practice and implement... But the author has made it very simple to read n imbibe, making it easy on the mind to first acknowledge that these changes are needed, and that they can be done. One habit at a time, over a period of time, is definitely achievable. The author's approach is simple and straightforward. I will surely recommend to my friends and family. Thank you for a good book!

A must read book I would say, if you are new to reading, and wants to accommodate some good habits in your daily routine. There might be certain habits listed in this book which you are already following, but trust me, adding at least a few more to your routine would do a great good to your life. Avoiding unnecessary details, the author very nicely put forth "how" and "why" of the habits, and provides relevant details required to get that habit involved in your lifestyle.

This is a must read for anyone and everyone. Some of these habits we are aware is good for us, but we never give importance in our day to day life because we feel we are busy or don’t have time. Exercises at the end of each chapter ensure that inculcating these habits isn’t overwhelming for anyone.

I liked the author's methodology employed in each chapter . There was a certain structure and simplicity for readers to understand and stay interested to read further .
It's an important read especially for people in today's fast paced competitive world ; to slow down and reflect - and this book serves that purpose !

I give this book a four-star rating .

This is an extremely beneficial book which tells us how and why to develop good habits and routines and explains how it influences our life. I also have started following these 25 small habits and though it's a bit hard at the beginning, it gradually became simple and a routine. One must read this book to change their lifestyle and attitude towards problems.

This book presents a collection of habits or particular ideas you will find in multiple self-help books. The presentation of the concept is simple and concise. You might not find something new in this text if you are already reading numerous self-help books, but you can use it as notes you can refer to refresh the important ideas quickly.

Citas:

Good reading

Nothing new to learn. It's a waste of so many words. Would have been better if the text could have been still summarised. This book is like an extended article. May like to read at the risk of wasting your own time.
