This is the first novel in the Return Engagements series, written in a style that has been dubbed Psi-fi. One reviewer says, “This was an intelligent, fun read. It didn’t take me long because I literally could hardly put it down. The premise is that the narrator travels from the current time to a version of the USA in 1963, an ardent JFK assassination researcher with all his memories intact. Charged with making that time better to improve the present, he puts his current knowledge and skills to great use as 1963 rolls on.”
It was nice to see so much of what Mr. Rosenberg has written about over the years incorporated into this story. It was also a treat to read this story from the author's point of view. Paul always gives his readers so much to think about and so much to act upon. His works are truly a gift to those seeking after the real meaning of individual freedom and how to attain it.
