The war games are in full effect, and it’s a bully free-for-all! With Edith and Ernie running the control room, Rufus has an edge—but Hock and his crew aren’t quite dealt with, and Spencer gets caught in the crossfire.

So, here we are at Issue #4. The setup is behind us, the Bully Wars are in full throat, and Rufus and Spencer have been forced into an uncomfortable alliance. There are some funny lines and some surreal drawings, but by this point the tale has been overtaken by action and the suspense of the chase. I guess that was to be expected, but I am hoping for a break in the action at spots down the road that will allow for a little more of the edgy humor and quirky appeal I enjoyed so much in Issue #1. I'm still in on this, but it will need to wrap up soon.

It got better. I will tell you what the problem is - What seems like the main story, the actual bully wars + even the preparations for it was rushed off. It feels like we are rushing through good chunks of the story, the parts that are actually explained lack depth - which is putting each other down only to apologize, or moving through an obstacle without much consequence.
