I enjoyed reading Kim Morrison's life story and how she dealt with problems in her life. I felt that it was motivating and inspiring. The information about essential oils was interesting. The book would have been improved, in my opinion, if the advice given was more concrete.
The book itself is great. However, I made the mistake to buy the audio book. Which is hard to follow as she give heaps of exercises and insights on which essential oils will work best for each issues you may have. If you want to read this I suggest you to buy the hard copy it definitely 5 stars.
Excellent book for anyone interested in s natural approach to good self care. Kim’s voice is very pleasant! I do recommend the reader consider purchasing a hardcopy or e-book, as this book is full of references in the appendix that are not available in the audible version. I will definitely read this one again, and also use it for reference.
