I aread the full volumes, the edition translated by Arthur Symons in 1905. Fascinating reading BUT about 3800 pages. I got my volume for free from Kindle.
I recommend the full version rather than the cut versions, but if you're curious the cut version is a way to find out if you want to read the BIG version.
