Anthony Accardi is a man on a mission: make his father's watch company a success while bringing in millions of dollars.
To do that, he needs an assistant to fill in and he needs one now.
When Rosalee Clarkson walks through his door, he's immediately drawn to her wit, intelligence and of course, her beauty. She'll be a perfect fit for the job and when he discovers her living situation is less than ideal, he does what any wealthy bachelor would do—he offers her the use of his guesthouse.
She accepts, with one condition—nothing can happen between them. Can they really commit to that?
Only time will tell…
Managing the Billionaire Never Enough Worth the Cost Secret Admirers Book 4, 5, 6 coming soon!
A Billionaire Boss Romance. The story draws you into the lives of both Anthony Accardi and Rosalee Clarkson. Learn how they came to be their current selves and about their friends and families. Love the character build-up and their attraction for each other. The book ends, leaving you wanting more. It does end on a cliffhanger.
Oh my goodness! Rose and Anthony were absolutely amazing! I loved how they had a working relationship and trying to fight these feelings for each other. I loved how they took the time to get know one another until they took the next step. It was great seeing how they were both their for each other. Can't wait read more about them! ❤
I enjoyed this plot until I got to "THE END" - another cliffhanger by Timms and this one left ALL the issues hanging! i will never read another one of her books.
A series to me is the next story about a character that was in this story. Anthony and Rosalie's story starts out slow. Storyline is good, but it isn't till about 50% before they are starting to connect. Around 90% there is the conflict and you start to realize......yep! A cliffhanger is waiting for you. You need to get two more books to finish the story. I'm not interested in finding out more, but you may want to. I just wish author's would let you know when it will take more than one book to get the complete story. No cheating and the one intimacy scene isn't steamy rather hot and quick.
I didn't realised that this series is about the same couple till at the end of this book. 6 fucking books???? Thanks but no thanks.
At the moment i can't stand a trilogy rather than 6 books.
I was over this whole shebang after 50SoG, therefore i am not going to carry on reading this series.
Overall is nothing really that exciting. The H&h didn't had that spark or connection i am usually looking for and the plot was below average. Didn't kept me engaged or hold my attention to actually make the effort to continue waste my time.
Badly written and unrealistic. Main character runs a successful business with HR department but posts help wanted himself because he wants to meet the person before be becoming his assistant. Uh, HR could present him with best 3 candidates and then HE decides? Asks his assistant to go on business trip to Europe and makes the arrangements himself? Why hire an assistant? Its just me, but when the male lead wants their first sex to be from behind instead of looking at her....Not all that romantic.
Rosalee Clarkson is back in her hometown after globe-trotting and is in need of a job. She finds herself hired as the executive assistant to Anthony Accardi, chief honcho of Luca’s Timepieces, a company founded by his father. Anthony needs someone to do his bidding while keeping him grounded while his regular assistant in on maternity leave for a year. Thus begins the story of Rosalee and Anthony.
Both are appreciative of the others good looks and intelligence. Anthony quickly learns of Rose’s living situation – she’s sleeping on a couch in a friend’s tiny apartment and sharing that couch with two cats. He offers her use of his guesthouse – he’s currently living alone in a mega-mansion. She ultimately accepts the offer and moves in with many caveats.
Anthony is dealing with his dad’s Alzheimer’s and Rose is dealing with micro-managing parents that want to see her wed to a rich man and producing babies. Meanwhile, the attraction between Rose and Anthony is growing until they finally give in.
This is the first book I’ve read by Ms. Timms. The story is well written and moves along easily. However, the ultimate sex scene is almost at the end of the book. The build up to it is good but not strong. The major turn-off of the book is the ending which is a cliff-hanger. Could have been handled a bit differently. Feels very abrupt. Now this may be the style of Ms. Timms’ writing so I’ll need to read at least the next book in the six book series to determine that. Towards the last quarter of the book there were numerous typos – I can forgive one or two but there were enough to make the reader pause in the reading of the story. The characters are believable but I don’t find that strong Alpha Male gene in the leading man.
Overall a very strong Contemporary Romance with a hint at a Happily Ever After.
This is the first book from Lexy Timms and it didn't disappoint. This was a sexy, steamy read. Who doesn't love a billionaire? The Girl who came from everything that money could buy but she didn't want any of it. Tony was a Man who came from nothing but after assuming his Father's business, he wanted it all. Rose isn't interested in finding a husband and having babies just to make her parents happy. She wants to be able to see the world and live a simple life. Becoming Tony's assistant is only supposed to be for a year but with the expansion of stores to Italy to fulfill a life long dream for his Father's, Rose is soon going to see what money will be able to do for her. Looking forward to book 2.
This book is really good and I couldn't put it down. It does end on a cliffhanger though and I don't like when they do that!
I do like Lexy's books which I have read before. They are well written and draw you in. I'd prefer not to have a cliffhanger, but I understand that authors need to draw you in, make you want more to help sell other books and progress their job.
If you don't mind cliffhangers and are happy to buy the next books in the series, then I would recommend reading this book series.
I received a complimentary copy of the book and I'm leaving a voluntary and honest review.
Independent Rosalee stepping away from the expectations of her parents, and Anthony the humble billionaire and loving son. It wasn’t a super exciting read, but it still somewhat entertained me.
This book ends in a cliffhanger, so I now have to decide if I want to commit to the series… Six books total. I kind of wish I read reviews about this series before committing to book one to know you have to read the entire series to get a complete story.
Anthony meets Roselee when she interviewed for his assistant's position. Anthony is attracted to Roselee from the start the chemistry is hot. Roselee is a free spirit who lives for traveling. Can these two find there way or will they walk separate paths? Read now to find out.
Never Enough had an interesting premise; the story itself was sufficient to both catch and attach my attention. The main protagonists narrating the story was good. The sexual encounters were so-so; the dialogue during the act, fitting only for randy teens. Not quite up to her usual quality.
He’s at the heights of his career. Profits are strong. Unfortunately, his fathers health is failing. She’s been traveling the world and increasing the distance between her family and her family’s expectations for her. The giant cliffhanger is surely upsetting but the story is strong.
Lexi Timms always writes the best stories. I loved Rosalee’s character, so strong and independent and blatantly honest. The sparks between her and her new boss Anthony Accardi are hot and sizzling. This story is more than passion, it’s also about what got them to where they are today. Ready for the next book!!
I love books by Lexy Timms. This story was just as good as her others that I've read. She leaves you wanting more. So my h so I so I went and got the next two books so I can continue reading the story. Enjoy!
Good idea for the book.. but I felt the FMC and MMC apologized way to much. One page had 5 “I’m sorry”’s. I’m Canadian and I still found it to much. I wish the series was one book.. the cliffhanger didn’t fit well for an ending.
Bien , mais très prévisible, et peut-être trop de bons sentiments. J'ai aimé que l'héroïne se lève contre sa famille qui passe son temps à la descendre ou la sous-estimer.
I couldn’t stay as focused as I wanted to. I love this author but sometimes I feel as though I’m rereading the same romance by her. Leaves on a cliffhanger, if you’re into that.
