this book made me so happy. yes it is a wattpad book and yes maybe it wasn’t written perfectly, but i cried for at least a quarter of the book because i was so attached to the characters and i love aubry and aidan so much. i don’t know what to do now that i finally finished it. definitely check trigger warnings.

This book has a special place in my heart and will always be one of my fav wattpad books
It has a “touch her and I’ll kill you” type or vibe and also features underground boxing. Oh and let’s not forget the scene where he asks her “who did this to you” and he goes mentallllll anyways gives me 🦋🦋🦋🦋
I highly recommend this book !!!

The plot was kinda cool. Everything else - characters, writing, etc - was bad. Basically just 700 pages of your typical Wattpad angst.

Read on Wattpad

A exceptional, entertaining, and emotional read. This story is so well written that you will be so wrapped in the characters you think you’re living it. I thoroughly enjoyed this book.

This book is so special to me. The way mental health is portraited is just so real. The author doesn’t gloss over the fact that depression and abuse can be so draining to the point that you want to die.
The relationship between Aubry and Brandon is so beautifull I cry almost everytime when i think about the cliff.
As someone who struggles with her mental health all the time I could really connect with most of the characters especially Aubry and Bri.
I love this book with all of me❤️

I gave it 4 stars because it was really cute though sadly I am broke and I read it on Wattpad and some chapters are taken out (because it is now published) so yeah that’s the only reason it isn’t 5 stars

Would seriously recommend , I first read this book on Wattpad and honestly it’s a great read.
I like the dynamic between Aubrey and Aidan even though in the end Aidan did annoy me .
I loved how many plot twists there were and the fact there was awareness on self harm , rape , neglect and so on .

The bits I didn’t like : i feel like through out the book we were shown two different sides of Aiden and as though that sometimes can be nice I feel as though I was reading about to different characters.

Contains Spoilers:

From the start of the book Aubrey is beaten black and blue and that offered a gripping read right from the start (but oh her poor ribs)

The best bit of the book was when Aiden found out about Audrey and how she felt drugs to his dad , saying that I felt Brianna and Aiden was completely in the wrong for leaving her knowing full well about her situation .
Brianna was a terrible friend and Aiden was just down right annoying and selfish thankfully Brandon never let her down and was there when she needed him the most .

The underground fighting story line was the best , it was interesting and gripping how even though she was so small and hurt she managed to pull through and not give up .

It was a great read and I would truly recommend .

I read this back when it was on Wattpad, and messaged the author to ask if I could print out a copy to own. That’s when she told me it was being released! I waited with baited breath for The release date, and I was NOT disappointed! I loved it then, I love it now! The one thing to watch for is the trigger warnings. There are some really deep topics, but it’s definitely worth a read!
