Just when things couldn't get any weirder, Alex wakes up and is shocked to find out the reason behind why everyone turned hostile after escaping from the Blood Gang's hideout.
She quickly learns to adjust to the new change and soon enough they're on the road, heading to Washington, D.C. with a new group.
But things don't go as well as expected, and one of them falls sick which slows them down and causes them more problems. They eventually make it to Washington but then something unexpected happens and leaves Alex in pieces, and just when she thinks things can't get any worse she finds out something that will change her life forever....and possibly lose the man she loves along the way.
