I should have read this book 30+ years ago when a family member was diagnosed with MS (the book wasn't written yet). It has straight forward information in a question-and-answer format about the disease itself, various treatments, and lifestyle. I am still looking for information on what happens to those aging with MS.

This 2019 edition was very informative, easy to understand, tried to be positive along with truthful.
