Great baseline for financial professionals

Simple, realistic, actionable information. Sometimes it feels like it is for successful advisors who want to take it to next level but definitely can benefit new advisors to shoot for goals. Whether independent or anything else it can help you.

A pretty good book about being a financial advisor. I though it had some helpful tips and foundations. A lot if it applies to advisors that aren't employees of a larger firm so YMMV if you're one of my coworkers.
