For a first book on public transport, Paul did good 👍
As a transit activist and a riders advisory committee member who believes in continuing education, I've been following Paul Comfort for some time on his Transit Unplugged podcast. Really happy to learn not just more about Paul and leadership, but also about some of the inner workings of public transit. This is a must-read for 2019!
