A very practical tool for a very lean approach to build a product.
Paulo Caroli learned, evolved and packed this methodology as a lean way to build a product focused on the right things. Most people will say that nothing here is new, that it's the same content of Lean Startup mixed with Design Thinking. The author recognizes it and points all his sources while explains his steps. The core of his approach is a lean and refined version of a discovery and planning workshop, based on a huge number of other methodologies. A highlight for me is his clarifying way to explain MVP: what it is, what is not, and how to organize different development waves and different MVPs.
The book is structured with a conceptual base, a detailed explanation of every single step of the process, a Lean Inception workshop case, and a list of fun retrospectives to energize and engage the participants. Caroli's book is a quick, direct and very handy material to organize, improve and guide you during your product conception and planning.
