Triad: A Three Way Love Story

Rate this book
Joss loses everything--her career, her home, her sports car, her fiance and her dog-- in a single heartbeat when she finds her fiance and business partner in bed with his intern. Left on her own with no resources or family, and with no idea where to go or what to do next, she wallows in her own shame. Rescued by two handsome bikers, she has no option but to allow them to take her home for the night. Joss needs to find her way in the business world and stand on her own two feet after a horrible breakup with her boss/fiance. She was an over-achiever and people pleaser who always went the extra mile in her career. It was her identity and now it was gone. Grey has never truly let go of the heartache he suffered at the hands of his lying and cheating young wife while he was deployed in a war zone. No woman has ever breached the impenetrable walls he erected almost twenty years ago. Until now. Mick is the charming peacekeeper, who does his best to avoid his mother's pressure to join the motorcycle club that she and her new husband are devoted to. Desperate to discover his biological father, he's shocked when the truth comes out. The attraction between all three of them is undeniable. One spectacular night of passion, and one night only, is the agreement. Can steamy rebound sex between three consenting adults lead to something lasting? Can each of them put their pasts aside and have a successful, three way relationship or will the ghosts of their past stand in their way of happiness? This stand alone book contains super sexy adult situations and hard core language. It is meant for mature readers with open minds.

Triad is a really good story. The opening of the story is quite unique and grabs your attention right away. This is not just a book about sex it is a true romance story. The ending is so not what you would expect. The reason I gave it a poor ratings is because the story is disrupted by the continuous misuse of words, spelling, and grammar issues. If this book was re-proofed and edited better I would give it a 5 star rating

True and lasting love!

When I bought this book I wasn’t really expecting such a well thought out story. All three main characters were well defined and began to feel like real people. The sub-story about Mick’s dad just added to the overall vibes. I enjoy reading some ménage romances and some are just sex scenes back to back, but this book has heart and the ending was thoughtful and hopeful at the same time. I will be looking forward to more books by this author!

What a great love story! It just happens to include three people. Not my usual genre but it looked good so I gave it a shot. I'm really glad I did. I love Joss and i understand why she fell for both Grey and Mick. The ending was different. Spoiler alert: have tissues handy. I have to say that it was a very happy ending if you think about it in a different way. I really loved it.

I downloaded this book when it was free for the week and I found some of the same editing issues as everyone else. I just noticed that the author posted a note about it. I downloaded it again on KU and found it to be corrected.

I loved it.

I truly loved the story of Mick, Grey and Joss. It was of a chance meeting on a rainy night. That lead to two best friends meeting the love of their life. The characters were entertaining and comical at some point. The ending had me crying but smiling.
The book did need some serious editing. A lot of mistakes with missing or wrong words. It didn't bother me but it may bother others alot. I do recommend this book.

Why oh why

This story really needs another once over. Mick is Mick...not Nick.
It is a good read. I laughed...even snorted (read it and you'll understand) a couple times.
HOWEVER, that Epilogue killed me. Why? I understand it is your book, your story but goodness gracious.

I feel like I've spent a lifetime with Joss, Grey and Mick. Seeing life through their eyes. It was more than a menage story. Each made you feel as they did. The struggles of family life, friends, finding that each brings an importance to their romance.

The ending had me doing happy and sad tears. I felt like such a connection to these characters. Through the surprises, learning about each other and all the sacrifice love requires I was completely invested.

5 stars for giving characters that are breathable, relatable and understandable. I received an ARC for an honest and voluntary review.

This isnt just a love story its their story of Joss, Grey and Mick. How one rainy day had led Mick and Grey to finding Joss when she needed company the most. with her life spiraling out of control and losing everything can two best friends become her saviors not just for one night? this book has you laughing and crying with the characters through their fun times and sad times. their connection jumps of the page into life that has you hooked all the way through! A great read, well written with a indepth and well though out story line.

If I can stop crying from the most wonderful ending ever. I feel like this story is the most epic love story ever and will be a classic.
Once I started it I could not put it down. Grey and Mick areally the perfect men. They are best friends and business partners, ex marines who have great values.
Joss is a song woman who is loyal, funny and a type A personality.
I laughed, and worried and credit while wishing that all my grandkids would be as lucky as the people in this story when it comes to friends and family.
If you need a feel good read, that will touch your heart, this is it.

I received an ARC from the author thru Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving my review. I was so drawn into the emotions of this book. They grip you from the beginning and take you from loss to the greatest happiness. I enjoyed this love story between Joss, Mick and Grey. They all three had broken pieces to help fix each others souls. One night turned into a future that none of them imagined would come their way. If this is your genre, you will not want to miss out on this book. The storyline is great and the characters make an impact from the beginning to the end.

don’t miss this one

There’s a bit of everything here, but most of all it’s the big 3- loyalty, love, and kindness. Mick & Grey bonded in service, shared their passion for bikes 🏍 and Joss. Somehow the rock bottom Joss hit turns out to be the luckiest day ever. The interactions between Joss, Mick, & Grey is fun, witty, warm, protective and absof’inglotely to die for swoon worthy. Crazy MC mom, a few sugar coated 1% ers, step daddy whose your junior, few less ideal upbringings, and a big fur baby - what more do you need for a beautiful HEA

Loved it

The beginning was beautiful and caught me from the first sentence and it flowed smoothly into a wonderful story telling. Beautiful charters and storyline. Really enjoyed the love that was shown among the three and appreciated all the twists and turns. I especially loved the entire journey and how the author brought everything together in a beautiful knot. Thoroughly enjoyable.

I really loved this story. It had me in tears at the end. Joss, Grey and Mick come together after Joss losses everything. They develop an undeniable love triad. Everyone has some baggage from their past which has some negative affects in their relationship. Only once they get past the past and look toward the future do they have the future they all deserve.

Triad was a beautiful love story between 3 very unlikely people. I laugh and cried so hard throughout this book. The epilogue alone had me bawling my eyes out. At least they got to share a great life together. But unfortunately the writing was subpar at best. There were too many grammatical errors to simply ignore. If the author got a professional editor and did a rewrite this book could easily be a 5⭐️ book. Thanks again to my FB group for the awesome rec!

Devil is in details

Life isn't perfect. That is a fact. But when a book has errors in it that's not even 10 pages away....So there is a scene between all the characters in the kitchen and states clearly says that the female lead has green eyes(page 208 in KU) but then changes them to blue(214). The plot was already weak to start off with but this along with other questionable editing just pushed it over the edge for me

This book’s plotline is nothing less than incredible. The intricate and weaved together stories of the three protagonists are truly well thought out. I love Joss and how strong, empathetic and passionate she is. The book gave me goose bumps exactly when it was supposed to, and also made me emotional in ways I didn’t expect, making me reflect on the importance of family.

New Author. This is a mmf book. It's a good story, now I'm not sure how I come to get this book i think it may of been an arc as there are lots of errors, but with that aside it was a good read.
The three main characters are well balanced. It leads you from one to another with some twists you dont see coming. It's a feel good sort of story, with lol moments but also sad ones too.

A great read

This was a great read. I highly recommend it. It could do with solid proof reading and I kept wanting to make corrections, but the story is so very worth it. It made me cry. It made me laugh. It created was a strong romance with characters you become invested in. I will definitely read more by this author.

Bravo!!

My intro to the author but I'm grateful I did. This book touches all your emotions and you hate to see the book end. Additionally, I must advice you are given an ending no other book of this genre gives you.

Triad for life

First, let me say that I enjoyed this story. It’s got a wide-scoping story arc and likeable characters. However, it could use some finessing, both on character development and consistency. This story has good bones, and has the potential to be great, but it’s not quite there yet.

I enjoyed Triad, the plot was good, Mick, Joss and Grey were strong characters. Their journey may have a few ups and downs but they made strong trio, Joss had a strong attraction to both of her guys, their chemistry was steamy. They were good together.

A story that was filled with emotion and had great promise is let down by the need for editing. I liked the story but kept getting bogged down by the simple mistakes which could have been taken care of by a few read throughs prior to releasing. Once these are gone, this would be a great story.
