Adam Holloway…

Faded jeans and tattoos. That body. That smirk.

And dammit if the man didn’t have a dimple in not one, but both of his cheeks.

But I don’t do bad boys. And I definitely don’t do one-night stands.

I don’t want to get hurt. Not again. I mean, he’s a motorcycle-riding thug.

Everybody is warning me to stay away from him.

So I’d be crazy to let myself get close… right?

Adam is a slow-burning, but scorching hot, emotional rollercoaster ride of love and lust.

This is the first book I’ve read from like a 3 month hiatus. I’m sick as fuck and thought you know what I wanna read. I wanted to like this, but the writing was honestly pretty terrible. There is no substance, everything is written like a script, the only time the author gets descriptive is about a sex scene. Thank you, next.

This is the first book I have read from this author and I was pleasantly surprised by her writing style. It is very straightforward without a lot of unnecessary, flowery words. Adam is an ex-con, who started in juvie and his expertise is with cars and chop shops. Dana, who grew up with a California, socialite mother, is the exact opposite. I felt the situation with the stalker was a letdown and could have been solved better. There were other incidents in the book that were too quickly written off, but I still loved the characters and the book enough to find more in the series.

I enjoyed this story between Dana and Adam. I would have liked it if the story was longer and gave a little more details. I wanted to hear what actually happened to Henry and how did Dana's mother, step father and brother take to Adam. The book is worth the time to read.
This is the first book I have read by Hope Hitchens and it will not be the last.

What a great read! This is the first book I’ve read by this author, and I’m really glad I did! I love how Adam and Dana help each other. Without giving any spoilers, this is a great book and I can’t wait to read the next in the series. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

To short for my liking, but it was a pleasant story The typical bad boy is a player, but change because of a woman, to become a great Guy finally ready to have a real relationship.

Drama, little steam, strong characters, Nice writting style.

This is my first read from this author and I did like it up to a point. I liked Adam but had a hard time relating to Dana. Her thought process left me scratching my head. I liked that she wanted to be more than a body to Adam but in the next breath, she was ok with being just a body to him. And don’t get me start on not using protection. It was like whiplash being in Dana’s head.

Well written story but could have had more depth to it. Characters are well defined and I liked Adam but could not connect so much with Dana as him.
He is the bad boy and uses her for sex several times but develops feelings for her. She lets him do it and I would have liked her to be a bit stronger.
Enjoyable read. Nice start to this series about strong and sexy men.

This was an enjoyable read. Dana moves away because of some things that had happened to her. While there she meets Adam. Of course he is the towns bad boy and she is warned to stay away. As we all know that never seems to happen. Thankfully it all works out in the end and they get their HEA.

He is a bad boy and she is a good girl. She does not do bad boys or even one night stands. Will she change her mind for him? Could it even work? See what will happen between them

First time I’ve read anything by Hope and what a great intro! Adam is intense sexy as sin and Dana is just the right bright contrast to his darkness. They bonded even closer due to circumstances of Dana’s past.
