Anna Santos is a USA Today Bestselling Author who likes to write about shifters, vampires, angels, mermaids, fae, and occasionally humans.

Anna always keeps her readers on their toes with adrenaline-fuelled adventures, genuine characters, strong female leads, and romantic plots.

When she’s not writing, she’s probably reading or spending too watching TV shows. As an introvert, home is her safe harbor. Yet, she’s known for leaving the house from time to time and having her family throw a party because they haven’t seen her for days. Then they ask her how many books she wrote while gone, assuming that writing must be super easy.

Anna guarantees that it’s not, but she never wanted to be anything else. Unless there’s a possibility of being a powerful supernatural being in an awesome world where unicorns and fairies are real. Then, she would probably go there and never come back.

This is the 6th book in the immortal love series with love interest between Deluce and Derek.
.
I would say this is the best written book in the whole series. Romance was so sweet. Character building was amazing. You get to know about Deluce from previous books but this book is about her and she is shown such a sweet person that you instantly fall for her. On the other hand, Derek is equally smitten that you cheer them up from the start of the book.

Dulce is a alpha female and looking for the right one, not the losers. Derek has had his own bad luck. What will they do when they meet? Can they mate or will something happen to stop it? Does Jessica's magic spell cause more problems or less? A must read.

Anna Santos wrote another excellent Young Adult Paranormal Romance with Claimed. I immediately fell in love with the characters. Dulce is an intense she-wolf yearning for her mate. Thanks to her friend Jessica, wife of the Vampire King, she will be able to know him. The book literally begins with a huge bang that was both terrifying and humorous. One miscommunication after another leads to a very frustrating beginning to Derek and Dulce's relationship.

Through the guise of fantasy and the paranormal, Anna Santos addresses issues such as racism and classism that have long plagued humanity. Topics such as these have kept us from functioning at our best as a society. By embracing all supernaturals, the King shows us that we can live harmoniously with those from different tribes. Affinity is a place where all are welcome, even humans, as long as they respect one another. Dulce was raised with the notion that no one is beneath her. Derek experienced prejudice over being a hybrid. Even though he is an Alpha, he feels he is not worthy of a pureblood like Dulce, and battles with his wolf who knows they were meant to be. Because they both make assumptions rather than communicate their feelings and thoughts, we have a romance that takes a minute to be realized.

There are action and a twist that leads to suspense, and a mystery that I hope will be resolved in the next book in the series. Overall, Claimed is a good read. I started this book on Friday after work and finished it in the wee hours.

I look forward to more books in this series in the future.

I really enjoyed getting Dulce's story finally. We have seen Dulce throughout the series and have met Derek, her soulmate, as well. Ducle's ancestor rejected his soulmate because she was a witch and so the bloodline was cursed to not find their mate for many years. Jessica has been trying to break that curse for Ducle and her twin Sebastian. Dulce figures out that the curse is broken when she sees Derek and actually meets him for the first time, but her world is quickly shaken as she sees his daughter. She believes that he has betrayed their bond and so doesn't say anything to him at first. Derek is a hybrid and so does not have the same immediate knowing that she is his soulmate. They have to deal with that misunderstanding and they get to know each other and start dating. I liked how their relationship progressed. The characters were fun and so was the story. The sex is fairly explicit. This can be read as a standalone. It is starting a new arc in this overall series as the previous villain was dealt with. Derek has a past that comes back to try and comes back to cause him problems. This story flowed really well and it made it very easy to read. I really enjoyed the story.

Dulce is an alpha female wolf who has a twin brother. She works in a café, teaches dance, helps enforce warriors and laws and is looking for her mate. She also has a farm and land to sell to help fund her half of a dance studio. Derek is the alpha of his wolf pack with a daughter to raise. The mother ran out on them after she was born and addicted to drugs. When he seeks audience with the King of the area, he seeks to buy the farm. Dulce meets him and recognizes him as her mate. Only problem, she believes he is married. Therefore, she avoids him like the plague but it does not work. When she discovers he is not they finally get together but misunderstandings keep them apart as well. Then someone starts following her and Derek’s daughter is kidnapped...what now? They head out to seek revenge and to get his daughter! Will they get to her? Who took her and why? This is a great book with some steamy scenes and a sweet romance. This is a very good book. Unfortunately the editing and authors wordage is horrible. This would be 4* if not for that. The story was good, the characters were relatable and fleshed out, the author didn't overwhelm the story with sex though there was plenty of steam. While this is basically instalove the characters were slow to come together. There were plenty of misunderstandings. But it wasn't too angsty. So a very good book. 4*. However the author constantly used the wrong words. Such as constructor instead of contractor. Or the wrong tenses. There were also extra words. She would add the wrong name to the dialogue. It was like English is a second language. I absolutely recommend this book, it's worth reading. Just beware the hiccups.

This was the first book in the series I read and it can definitely be read as a standalone, but reading the previous book will give you a better understanding of the past events as well as endear you to the main female character Dulce before reading her story. I enjoyed reading Dulce and Derek’s story it was a classic romance troupe of Single father mets woman and enter a misunderstanding. The characters themselves were well written and well rounded as people with lots of interaction with secondary and background characters. The secondary characters enchanted me so much that I binge read the first 5 books through kindle unlimited and it was so worth it! I found this book to be a bit of a lighter tone than the previous ones, but by no means was the conflict of the book light hearted. The plot stood alone from the previous books as the main antagonist from those is dead, but the type of hatred he inspired toward mixing of paranormal races shapes the world such as Hitler did back in that time period. I can’t wait to see where the story goes next, fingers crossed it is Dulce’s twin brother Sebastian’s turn next!

I love Dulce! She's my kind of ideal female character. She's strong, have her own mind and will. Knows her way but she's not flawless in the end. O no, just the opposite. But she can name her mistakes after finding those which I really appreciate!
Derek - sexy single parent alpha of the other pack. Can there be something I hate about him? He was understanding considerate and so freaking awesome with his daughter!
there is one place in the book that might be triggering (nothing big) so be warned.
This book is everything that I fell for in the immortal love series - people fight for their own love and deal with it like adults, but sometimes supernatural thing gets in the way and complications arise!

Amazing work Anna Santos! I can not get enough of this serie. I love every book. This one is about Dulce and Derek. Dulce's best friend Jessica breaks the curse that keeps Dulce and her brother from finding there mates. It actually works! She see Derek and feels happy just to feel betrayal once she see he has a daughter. If he has a daughter then he is married. Then he is mated to another. Can they be together? Did Dulce lose her mate now rhat she found him? Well, you got to read to find out what happens. I really enjoyed this read and I hope to read Sebastien's story next. I recieved an ARC copy for a honest review and I loved it.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. This book is about Dulce and her twin brother and a family curse that is hard to remove. Dulce (werewolf) is trying to have it removed because she wants to meet her mate sooner then two hundred years so she has her BFF Jessica (which is a witch) to help her to remove it. But things go so wrong when they try. After they try they make the world move in the spell room of Jessica so her husband ( the King) coming running to see if she is ok as well as the Alpha Derek and his daughter. Now would be the time to get the book to find out what has happen to all of them. I will be getting more books from this author. Thank you for writing the books so we can read them.

Dulce wants nothing more than to find her soulmate. She’s had nothing but bad luck due to a family curse so she enlists her friend Jessica’s help to find him. She meets a hunky Alpha who may just be the mate she’s looking for, but he has a daughter... and he’s a hybrid. There’s a lot of drama and misunderstandings that create a lot of angst, so the story has its ups and downs, but it’s steamy and fun to read! I haven’t read all the books in the Immortal Love series, but this is probably my favourite so far. It can be read as a stand-alone as well, but reading the previous books gives some backstory on the characters.

Claimed by Anna Santos is the next book in the Immortal Love Series. After reading all about Annabel, her sexy wolf mate, Jessica her bestie with her Vampire King, Annabel's Grandfather no less, and Eric and his tortured Beth we have the continuing saga featuring Dulce, a rather unllucky=at-love wolf who only wants to find her 'One'. Easier said than done so she asks none other than Jessica for a magical assist. Well she finds her 'One', but he has some issues of his own, the most important...raising his child solo. The question that remains is whether or not either of these two 'Mates' can trust enough to give their bond a chance....Read to find out because this series is amazing!!!

I really enjoyed this story of Dulce and Derek. Dulce`s best friend has decided to help her break a family curse so she can find her soul mate. But the spell seems to blow up in their faces. Shortly after she meets her soul mate proving that the spell worked. There's only one problem he has a daughter and must be married. But things aren't all they seem. Dulce finds herself growing to love his daughter. This is a wonderful story and I really enjoyed it and look forward to more.

Jessica finally broke the curse for Dulce and her twin brother. Now they could find their fated mates. Derek was a half breed and his wolf wanted to claim Dulce but he was scared because he didn’t want his daughter to get hurt. Dulce was scared Derek didn’t want to be her mate even though she knew he was her mate. Would they ever get on the same page? Would they find his daughter in time? What would happen to his ex wife? Good read

Book itself was slow to get into. Dulce & her family were curse fir all eternity that they will never find their mate. Jessica her close witch friend was trying to find a way to break the curse. Explosion happened & dulce net Derek (hybrid) & his daughter Amy. Dulce recognized him immediately but felt hurt & angry at the thought that he was married w/child. Soon she finds out Derek is divorce & they start their love affair! She doesn’t tell him that she is his mate.

A shifter romance that you will leave you feeling all warm inside with love. Dulce is an amazing woman. Because of a curse she is unable to find her mate. But her best friend, Jessica, is a witch and will stop at nothing to break the curse. Derek is an alpha wolf that wants to move his pack. He has a daughter and will do anything to protect her and to make sure she has a safe home. But what should be a romance of love at first sight will become an insane drama with funny mistakes, wrong conclusions and bad guys doing what they do. So expect action, humor and plenty of romance.

What a romance. True love is hard to find the one that will take your breath away the one to be your forever mate. The story brought out so much emotions in me. Thinking of my late husband and the soul mate relation we had. I am glad I could feel it again through Dulce and Derek's world wind romance and finally declaring love for each other and the danger and excitement that is their's in Claimed. Kudos to Anna Santos for a great story.

F.A.

I love it. One of my favorite series. I would need to reread again the other series.

I didn't know this book was out till I remembered about Jessica's story.

I'm so happy for Dulce and Derek. I think the timing was just right and so glad for Jessica helping her find Derek.

I'm looking forward to Sebastien's story. He just got to have his own story. I wonder what his mate would be like?

I hope we get to see more characters from this world.

In “Claimed” Anna Santos has creatively written a paranormal romance that is emotionally heartfelt, and humorous. While the storyline has action, suspense it also manages to address current issues in an enlightening, intelligent, and entertaining way that manages to engage our interest. The characters are well developed and authentic. “Claimed” is a good read and I recommend this book.

Another great book in this series. As always the characters are well written and strongly portrayed. Dulce is tired of having her heart broken and after having her friend Jessica do a spell leading her to Derek. I love the undertones in her stories, they bring out things in society. Can they work past difference and felling to be together? You should read and find out.

Dulce, twin of Sebastian the Alpha wolf, knows that finding her mate is next to impossible due to the fact the family was cursed a long time ago. When her best friend and Queen of the Vampires helps her cast a spell removal time doesn't seem to stand still when it comes to a mate. Great story line and characters as always. Looking forward to more from this Author.

I enjoyed this series

Loved the writing, only a few typos. The story was great and I look forward to the rest of this series. The characters are only slightly shallow but, the storyline is digestible. While I enjoyed the pace, I felt it a bit forced. Regardless, a great storyline.
