I loved this book and um so happy with how strong Jamie is after what she goes though, I wasn’t happy with Dyson in the beginning he was kinda a jerk to Jamie and I really wanted to smack him upside the head, but as the book went on I really fell for him. I loved this book! The steam! It was so hot, my kindle nearly combusted. Dyson and Jamie were amazing. There was so much verbal foreplay, I never wanted it to end. I loved these two together. Protecting mine is book two in the unforgiven riders series. This story is short, fast paced and an action packed read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline entertaining. Dyson is the vice president for the unforgiven riders MC. He goes through women and loves having no commitments. That being said, there was one woman he wanted that got away. After going through something horrific during college, Jamie left town. Fourteen years later and she is back. She is now the owner of a popular sports bar due to her late uncle, the owner dying.
My heart ached for everything Jamie went through. I liked that she managed to build herself up stronger than ever. That being said, she did have her vulnerable moments.
The chemistry between Dyson and Jamie is clear to see and I loved them together.
I really liked the ending and the epilogue for this story.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an enjoyable read. I cannot wait to read more books from this series.

I was going to knock a star off but figured if you took that one scene out it would have been a 4 star rating . You did not have to put that part in . I don’t read reviews before a lot of books. I don't even know what to say.... 1st of all I didn't feel the chemistry then I feel like she agreed to the threesom because he had it before.... Then he tried to fuc... bought the women without a condom because he can't be bother changing between the women so when he uses one it's on both of them.... WTF protect yourself but then put the "woman you love at risk"..... NO just NO I love MC books I am all for the alpha and stuff but this is just FUp.

With this book it took me a few pages, and then I was pulled straight into the story, which is where I stayed until I had read every single word that was written. By the time I was half way through the book my mini movie had started playing in my head.
There are twists, turns and surprised throughout the book, some of the surprises you will see coming and others you won't, some are large and some are small, but all are equally important in making the book the fantastic read that it is.
Emotions are rife throughout the story and can be felt, in fact I went through the emotions along with the characters, only I think I got a bit more frustrated and annoyed, but all is well, they redeemed themselves.
This author was recommended to me by another author and I am pleased that I decided to read her. I look forward to reading the next book in this series.

Really inconsistent and stupid
So this book had some very weird inconsistencies. Dyson was alpha and possessive. He didn’t even want his brothers to talk to or kiss Jamie on the cheek . He said he didn’t want kids because he wouldn’t share her body with a child . Then all he talks about is having a threesome . She’s a rape victim and jealous of him being with other women but yet she initiated the threesome in which they both had sex with a woman they didn’t know . How can they be so possessive that someone can’t speak to them but they let their partner screw a stranger ? I just don’t get it . Story was good otherwise but I could have lived without the threesome . If it hadn’t have been for that I would have given this story 5 stars .

So after reading the second book I'm see a pattern heavy shit hard and fast early on in the book this one was gang-rape and beating, having two dads, death of uncle, damage done to club property. But the thing is this one didn't have any flat spots because there were just more twist and turns added into the story. Like bring up Ana's ex again and how he is still an-unsolved problem for the club. Then the TDC from Jamie's past causing trouble and lastly the hinting at the love-triangle forming with EC

Dyson & Jamie
Dyson and Jamie were in collage together after he and Ave help her home after a brutal attack it took 14 years for them to meet again. I loved Jamie's sass. After everything she has been through and thanks to her aunt she overcame what was done to her and is strong women in spite of what she endured. Dyson is sexy as all get out and once he decides Jamie is the one for him he only sees her. I loved their story and going on this journey with them. Now on to the next book.

Book 2 for this series this time we get the story of Dyson (ie Wesley) & Jamie.
Having met in college but last seeing each other on one of Jamie's worst days ever, they could never imagine seeing each other again, but when these guys set eyes on each other over the bar its game over and the sparks start flying!
Both with slight jealousy issues and lack of communication/trust, this story isnt the easiest for the pair with a few bumps or 2 along their journey.
Absolutely love how feisty Jamie is!
Emotions, hot alpha, kick ass woman, steamy scenes, this read has it all.

Kickass heroine and Swoonworthy hero 🔥
I devoured this book in one sitting, once I got into Jamie’s story I was completely hooked and Wes is just the hunk every girl dreams of! The emphasis on being a strong woman is amazing to see and I love the balance Wes and Jamie reach between being fiercely independent and letting the other one in. Not to mention the smoking hot scene with Sam 🤩🔥

Good story line but
But the English terms ruin the story. Sorry. It makes it hard to figure out what the author is saying. Love most of the characters but trying to determine what the English words mean takes away from the story. Some plain editing errors as well. Didnt care for Jamie at all in this one she has a. Hip the size of Texas on her shoulders. Over all didnt enjoy and wont read the rest of the books.

Hot HOT. another book by Amy that could not be put down. As well as keeping us up to date with Ana and Ace this book finds Dyson meeting his match.
Jamie is one super strong character who shows that life can move on after traumatic events.
This trauma catches up again with her, but she has her rock to leannon even when she does not want it. Prooving love can build you up higher than you thought possible. Cannot wait for the next installment..

Another great book, I just love this authors writing style.
Love the mcs, characters, plot and club life uk style.
Couple spelling errors again and seriously everytime she says bloke it just seems strange to me, it's just not something you hear a lot in the uk nowadays well certainly not up north.
And what's with the FMf action, not my cup of tea, would have much preferred mfm action but I guess we'll get that with ec's book.
All in all a fab series so far

I like the story, but Jamie frustrated the hell out off me. Yes she is strong, yes she is a bada$$, but she need to make up her mind. He wanted to claim her and she goes against it. Later on she accuses him for not claiming her. He wants to help and She sends him away picking a fight and being a b.tch. he sends her a text she doesn't answer but if he doesn't contact her she's mad. Yes dyson f.ck up and he's no goody two shoes. But jamie is giving me a whiplash.
