We train for war and fight to win. Mental toughness is a steadfast requirement to become a SEAL. Like his teammates, Aidan Mixx is ferocious in this quality. No one knows he uses one night stands, dating app hook-ups, and a swaggering, lewd, persona to cover his haunting weakness. Orders to the Bronze Bay, Florida, SEAL base is a change of scenery and pace. Slowing down just enough to realize not only is sleeping around in a small town more difficult when everyone knows each other, but he might be ready to settle down with one woman.

If she’s up for the challenge.

Magnolia Sager lost the only man she has ever loved to his barely-legal secretary. To make matters worse, their teenaged daughter was the one to catch her father in the affair. Mentally battered and bruised, they flee to Bronze Bay for a fresh start. The antique store keeps Magnolia busy, and the very last thing on her mind is love. She is hesitant when her best friend suggests healing old wounds and moving on by using an app to date casually.

Meeting a man who makes her weak in the knees is surprising. Wanting to continue dating him is shocking. Falling for him is insanity. Loving him, impossible.

What would you sacrifice for something you wanted? Something that was dear to you? A little? Just enough? Or everything? Would you burn it all down to the ground and steal that which you covet most?

A STANDALONE novel in the Bronze Bay SEAL Series.

This was the BEST novella to binge read in one day! Magnolia and Aiden are our main characters in this 3rd book of the Bronze Bay Seal series which is FULL of steamy romances and hunky SEALs all willing to put everything on the line for the one they call "MINE".

Magnolia's many years marriage is abruptly ended and she throws herself back into the dating world. Here she comes upon Aiden, hunky SEAL who admits he's using the dating app just to take the edge off. All with willing partners who all know what the deal is. No commitments, just sex. What Aidan didn't foresee was him falling in love with this particular divorcee and single mom, Magnolia. They start out fake dating so that she can attempt to repair his reputation around the small town of Bronze Bay, but he cannot get enough of her.

The beginning of the book had my flabbers ghasted so I HAD to keep reading to see what all THAT was about! And this book will ghast your flabbers MULTIPLE times, I tell you what! Good gawd I about had a heart attack towards the end! But that's what we all love, folks, isn't it!

TROPES YOU WILL ENJOY:
🎖 Military Romance
🏡 Small-Town Romance
👩‍👧 Single Mom Heroine
❤️‍🔥 Slow-Burn Chemistry
🤳🏻 Dating App Meet Cute
🔁 Starting Over

Parts I found funny or liked:
"My cock reports to steel-hard status." - Aidan
"You are my best part, Magnolia."
When Aidan tries to pretend to just be the repairman and Kendall doesn't believe a lick of it for one second 😂.
"If I'm a game changer, that makes you the game, right? I never want to stop playing you." -Aidan
The dedication and author's note.

I am so thankful to Hambright PR and Rachel Robinson to have been gifted the eARC of this book in exchange for my honest review!

MY REVIEW (ARC Provided)

Five Stars!

This book is Rachel Robinson at her best!! I loved it so much and flew through the damn thing. The epilogue starts off dropping a colossal bomb and keeps you on edge the entire book.

If you've read Crazy Good, it’s like what she did to us in that book. I don't even know where to start.

Aidan and Magnolia have become one of my favorite couples Rachel has written. They had undeniable chemistry from the get-go, and you were rooting for them to make it work.

Aidan being a notorious manwhore and Magnolia being a divorced single mom that never dates are an unlikely pair. The two meet for the first time after messaging with each other on a "dating" or hookup app. Aidan figures out pretty quickly he Magnolia isn't the type of girl he is looking for not one-night-stand material, but that's all he wants until...

"Bad boys don't reform. There isn't some lesson we learn that turns the tides. What happens, and I'm pretty sure it's true for most of us is, we casually stumble into the woman made for only us."

Both Aidan and Magnolia have loads of baggage. Aidan had a horrible upbringing, and Magnolia doesn't trust men at all.

"I'm a person worthy of being loved. I am a hero but not the obvious reasons. You know why? Because I survived you."

I loved everything about this book, their initial meeting, their first night, their farce relationship and their real relationship. They both brought out the best in each other. Aidan understood that as a mother her child would always come first and that's where it gets sticky because no matter what, Magnolia will ALWAYS put her daughter before anyone and especially after what her daughter has been through.

"This is what happens when men do bad things. Good Men swoop in and steal the things they used to care about."

Let me tell you towards the end of the book my stomach sank and I thought, "no Rachel you are not doing this, this is not what's supposed to happen."

I won't ruin anything for you because spoilers suck, but please pick this book up, you will not be disappointed. It has all the feels; laughter, angst, love, and tears.

Stealing It is another great Bronze Bay SEALS book! Aidan and Magnolia’s story had me hooked from the prologue on! Their chemistry was absolutely amazing and I like that they each brought a different type of hurt along for the ride, childhood drama and a failed marriage. While these two seemed a like two total opposites, their relationship grew into something so much more as Aidan and Magnolia were perfect for each other. Toss in a teenager daughter, Kendall, for some drama which totally caught me off guard and an ending that had me in tears, I enjoyed every moment of this book!

Bad boys don’t reform. There isn’t some lesson we learn that turns the tides. What happens, and I’m pretty sure it’s true for most of us is, we casually stumble into the woman made for only us.

Magnolia Sager relocated to Bronze Bay, FL for a fresh start after her teenage daughter caught her husband cheating on her with a much younger woman. She didn’t go expecting to find love and most especially not from any of the Navy SEALs that are stationed in Bronze Bay but when her friend convinces her to try a casual dating app and she’s paired up with Aidan Mixx she begins to learn that maybe the SEAL reputation doesn’t apply universally. Aidan’s no stranger to casual dating and one night stands, it’s how he’s lived his life up until moving to Bronze Bay where he realizes that casual dating in a small town isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. When he’s matched with Magnolia on his dating app, he starts wondering if maybe he’s ready to actually settle down with one woman. A tiger can’t change its stripes, though, and when Magnolia witnesses something shocking, she wonders if the same holds true for a Navy SEAL.

I enjoyed this return to Bronze Bay! This time we have a single mom paired up with a Navy SEAL and as an added twist, Magnolia is a single mother of a teenage daughter rather than a young child which introduced some interesting dynamics that you don’t often see. The prologue kicks off the book with a jaw-dropping moment that’ll leave you wondering for quite a while! I enjoyed how there were a lot of unexpected moments throughout this book, including a really big one toward the end. It definitely will keep you flipping the pages to see what’s going to happen next. I thought that Aidan and Magnolia were very sweet together. I wouldn’t have expected Aidan to have been so sweet and romantic but I guess it just takes the right woman to bring that out in a guy like that! Magnolia was a very strong and capable heroine and I really liked seeing her find who she was meant to be with after all she had been through. This book also had its fair share of angst and it’s definitely a bumpy ride for Aidan and Magnolia as they fight for their happily ever after. If you’re looking for a sweet and sexy romance with some unexpected twists, then you should check this one out!

What would you do when your marriage falls apart after almost 20 years? Crumble down, or pick up the pieces of your broken heart and move on? Stealing It tells the charming (and sometimes angst-y) story of Magnolia and Aiden, who are just perfect for each other. I’ve enjoyed reading it.
“You are the most beautiful creature I’ve ever seen. Are you actually human?” Her blush stains high on her cheeks.”

Magnolia thought she had it all; husband, daughter, great house, good job. When she finds out about the affair of her hubby and his much younger secretary, she and Kendall – her teenage daughter – move away to start over in Bronze Bay. Busy with building their new life, Magnolia isn’t really looking for a man, but she can’t say no to Aiden. Aiden is a Navy SEAL who has seen everything, good and awfully bad. Magnolia is very different from the women Aiden normally dates but staying away from her is impossible.
“My breathing speeds and my stomach tightens. I’m in unknown territory, so even though I know this is a normal feeling, I can’t control my hands as they clench and unclench by my side.”

I feel sorry for Magnolia. Finding out about her husband’s cheating the way she did, not good. But she doesn’t crumble down and begs. She takes control, control over her and Kendell’s life and their new future. Magnolia is still a bit unsure about herself, so it’s no surprise she’s a bit hesitant about Aiden. He’s such a man, so different then her ex, she just doesn’t know what to make of him, and her feelings for him. Aiden on the other hand is very sure about Magnolia. He sees a good, loving woman and quickly realizes she’s forever material.

I love Magnolia and Aiden together. Although they come from different places, they are right for each other. Stealing It is mostly a sweet story, but since this is a Rachel Robinson book, you know the couple has to work for their Happily Ever After. And Magnolia and Aiden are no different. Personally, I think the author puts our couple too much through the wringer, but my inner angst-addict doesn’t mind. The ending of Stealing Itis sweet, just what Aiden and Magnolia deserve.
“He looks so dashing and handsome. The picture of love and respect. He stands, taking me into his arms. Seeking out his lips, I kiss him deeply.”

SEALed with a smirk: when the player falls first

4.25 ⭐️ | 3.25 🌶️

If there’s one thing Rachel Robinson does well, it’s delivering that addictive Bronze Bay atmosphere and Stealing It might just be the most emotionally layered installment yet.

As the third and final book in the Bronze Bay SEALS series, this one feels settled in its setting. I’d already read the first two, so I knew the vibe: tight-knit small town, protective SEAL energy, and romances that simmer before they scorch. But Aidan and Magnolia? They hit differently.

Aidan Mixx is all charm, ego, and carefully curated detachment. One-night stands, no complications, no vulnerability. His backstory adds depth to the swagger: he didn’t just choose the SEAL life for glory; he chose it to survive, to never feel powerless again. That emotional undercurrent makes his slow unraveling so satisfying to watch.

And Magnolia? I adored her. She’s not naïve. Not reckless. She’s a woman who has already been burned and not quietly. A recent divorcee and devoted mom to a teenage daughter, she moves to Bronze Bay to rebuild her life from the ground up. She runs her antique shop, guards her peace fiercely and absolutely does not have time for a smooth-talking SEAL who “doesn’t do serious.”

Which is exactly why it works.

The dating app meet-cute adds a modern spark, but what unfolds is anything but shallow. This is slow-burn chemistry done right. The tension simmers. The banter snaps. The emotional walls on both sides feel real. You can feel Aidan falling long before he’s ready to admit it and Magnolia fighting that pull with everything she’s got.

What I loved most is that the romance feels earned. It’s messy in that deeply human way. There are plot twists, emotional gut punches, and moments that make you hold your breath because you care about the outcome. The love here isn’t flashy: it’s raw, protective and hard-won.

It’s addictive. It’s easy to read. It’s one of those books where you tell yourself “just one more chapter” and suddenly it’s 2 a.m.

Huge thanks to Hambright PR for the copy, and congratulations to Rachel Robinson on the re-edit and re-release (March 3rd). If you love military romance, single mom heroines, small-town tension, and watching a self-proclaimed player fall hard and fast, this one’s absolutely worth stealing your time for.

Wow, this author has hit it out the park again! This is an amazing, delicious read that hooks you from the first page and kicks you out at the end wondering what you are going to do with your life now it’s all over. The author paints a beautiful picture of Bronze Bay, the reader feels as if they are there with the H/h, you can almost feel the sand between your toes as you read! Aiden and Magnolia had me hooked from the start, I absolutely devoured this book in one sitting the author takes the reader on an emotional roller coaster ride of emotions, at times I was on the edge of my seat wondering how things would end. I loved that we get to see their relationship blossom and bloom, it’s not without problems but that makes it more realistic. I loved the banter between the two, there’s some laugh out loud moments but also some low ones that made me cry. Both have emotional baggage, plus Aiden has more ex’s than I’ve had hot dinners! Throw in an emotionally unstable teenage which adds to the drama and we have one amazing read!
This was another fabulous read from this author, wish I could give more than 5*.

This is the first Bronze Bay Series book that I have read by Rachel and I am here to say it wont be the last one!!! Magnolia is one of those heroines that you cant help but be in awe of her strength. The hurt that each character brought into the story was something that makes it so real and amazes you when they come out at the end and are stronger than they ever realized they could be! Aiden and Magnolia's chemistry was beyond amazing, and made me fall in love with the more and more the longer I read!

With getting to know each other more they were more than perfect for each other, they were able to become what each other needed and so much more. And of course this wouldn't be a good book without a good obstacle thrown in. Introducing the teenage daughter Kendall and you have a full family.

This book had me in tears and swooning while also rooting for them at the same time. SOOO many feels were felt while reading this book and I loved every single minute!

I've enjoyed this series, Navy Seals and their heroines. While the prologue is a definite shocker, it sort of preempted this story in a way. I felt like I knew there was more to it than that. I know Aiden from the other books and his reputation is wildly known, player and laid back but a solid friend. While I'm not too keen on the timeline forward then backwards then present time. While it was nice to know how Magnolia and Aiden started even it was purely physical at first, I felt I wanted more present day.

Both had their fair share of insecurities coming in to their relationship. If they move forward from the debacle at the start they need to work on that together. They had chemistry even with the angst going on. Magnolia is stronger tha nshe thinks and a good mom. While Kendall her daughter, teenager creating a mess and drama they need to sort through.

Good ending though it all comes full circle. It had a few tidbits of lessons and heartfelt ones too. A good addition to the Bronze Bay series.

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.

In this book we meet Magnolia Sager and Aidan Mixx. Magnolia wasn't looking for love but she was looking for that right now man. Or at least that is what she tells herself when she meets Aiden though she wonders can she have more? Aidan isn't looking for anything but a casual hookup he has seen too much in his life to be looking for any type of commitment. The seals is his one and only commitment. What happens though when he starts to feel more for Magnolia. Can these two find not only a HEA but maybe some healing as well or will they go up in a blaze of glory letting their past ruin their future?

This is an amazing story. It does have its ups and downs I really want to tell you about. However I don't want to ruin the story for any other readers. I will say this book will have you hooked from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

What a whirlwind! Thank you #HambrightPR and #RachelRobinson for the ARC.
I’m not going to put any spoilers, but this had so many ups and downs that it would make an avid bungy jumper panic.
Aidan was actually perfect, like bad boy, mc-slutty pants to reformed perfect.
Magnolia is amazing, a mother juggling not only being a single parent but dealing with the anger and hurt from being cheated on, in the worst possible way.
They are a perfect match, healing each other’s traumas and I desperately need an epilogue of them in the future!
This series was great, but I feel like this was immensely deeper than the others.
Plus I won’t lie there is a chapter I was about to biff my kindle, but I forged on through the ‘what the fuck moment’ and it was all unicorns and rainbows. So we’re good.
Highly recommend reading this one!

Honestly the prologue to this book ruined it for me. After that I couldn't get invested in Magnolia and Aidens story. I felt for Magnolia for everything she was going through with the divorce, and then this fresh heartache. I wondered if there was more than meets the eye but Aidens pretty sleazy character in the beginning then made me question if he really wasn't a good guy. I did warm up to him around 70% in (im really not forgiving) but by then it was too late. Definitely not a bad book but my mind set was made up already by the end of the prologue unfortunately.

Stealing It by Rachel Robinson is the third book in the Bronze Bay series and OH MY GOSH it was sooooo amazing! This was the first book I’ve read by Ms. Robinson and it definitely won't be the last. Even though it is part of a series, it can be read as a stand-alone. I could not put this book down at ALL. Magnolia and Aiden's story is full of surprises making you feel every single emotion right along with them.

Magnolia is a single mom that was burned badly by her ex-husband. Now raising her teenager daughter alone, she fears she will never be able to trust a man again. When her friend suggests a dating app, Magnolia has no idea how much her life is about to change. Aiden is everything she never knew she wanted. But will her past affect the future she's always wanted?

Aiden is a Navy Seal living in Bronze Bay. He is a player never settling down no matter how much women beg him. Traumatized by his past, he has no idea how to love. But one date changes it all. When he meets Magnolia, he knows she's a game changer. Will he be able to move forward and learn to love?

I ADORED this book so much! These characters, the storyline, the writing, it all was FANTASTIC! I loved Magnolia and Aiden so much. Their chemistry was palpable. I highly recommend reading this book! Looking forward to reading more from Ms. Robinson.

Mark my words, folks. Magnolia Sager is one of the strongest heroines I've ever read. She lost who she thought was the love of her life to his practically jailbait secretary and somehow managed to keep her head up and put on the most fierce face ever for their teenaged daughter. Who, by the way, is the one who CAUGHT her dad cheating! Seriously. Such a twisted, messed up situation. Yet Magnolia and her daughter push through and end up becoming some of my favorite characters of all freaking time.

Story Line: So, yeah, chatty cathy over here sort of gave away the beginning of the book. I mean, the excerpt tells you most of this so it's not a spoiler alert. But anywho. Magnolia owns an adorable antique store. Her daughter is in high school and they are going on with their lives without cheater cheater pumpkin eater. But Magnolia is lonely and afraid to get out there. She's convinced to use a dating app, and next thing she knows, she's under the gorgeous spell of sexy beast Aiden. It was supposed to be casual and definitely didn't involve meeting her daughter. But these two just can't color in the lines when it comes to one another. But there's so much more than things getting serious. There's angst and conflict and teenage hormones thrown in there too. Aiden and Magnolia have an insanely bumping road to their HEA. But when they get there? It's beyond perfect.

Interaction: Aiden and Magnolia somehow manage to communicate with one another like they've been in each other's lives forever, instead of the short amount of time they have. He's a man who goes after what he wants, and that something is Magnolia. He sees himself wanting things he never thought possible and Magnolia bulks and pumps the breaks because of how easily they become devoted to one another. I love the push and pull between them - how simple and beautiful their relationship is. Until it isn't. And it's how they recover from that "isn't" that makes their love story so flawed yet so amazing.

Laundry: Yes. So much yes. Or right, you're wonderful what the heck I'm talking about. Well, Aiden and Magnolia are pure FIRE together. Seriously. Every single time these two come together for naughty magic, my toes curled painfully and my fingers buzzed with each passing page. I. LOVE. THEM.

Depth: You know a book is good when you literally have to stop yourself from sending a private message to the author demanding they explain themselves. Not. Joking. Around 85% into this story, I thought I was going to have to send hate mail to RR. That's all I'm going to say, but before you write off this story - DON'T. Obviously this review is telling you how much I LOVED THE BOOK. So, my hate mail would be premature. Because the ending? It's the finale of all finales. SO EPIC.

STEALING IT by RACHEL ROBINSON ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stealing It is the third (#3) book in the BRONZE BAY SEALS series.

Aidan Mixx Navy SEAL, prolific one night stander, no strings king. Relationships are for others, definitely not for him. That is until he meets single mum Magnolia Sager.

Magnolia Sager doesn’t do casual relationships, she’s too busy raising her daughter and recovering from her ex- husband’s betrayal, betrayal witnessed by her daughter. She’s determined to avoid further heartbreak. When she meets Aidan Mixx via a dating app all her long held intentions disappear. Can they navigate this new path together?…….
——————————

I have been fortunate enough to have read the first two excellent books in this series and this book follows in the same vein.

Rachel Robinson has the ability to dive deep into the raw emotional battles of her characters, laying them bare and drawing the reader in.

I could relate to Magnolia as I am a single mum and I could identify with her close relationship with Kendall and her determination to put Kendalls needs first. Her struggles at letting her daughter spread her wings reminded me of my own feelings when my son enlisted. I did find it frustrating when even though she strongly suspected Kendall was lying, she chose to believe her. It made me question her depth of feelings for Aidan.

I really liked Aidan, his willingness to change his behaviour and his openness to face his past. Leo and Paul were delightfully vile characters with no redeemable features.

I particularly liked that there were a couple of twists/misdirections along the way, they were really unexpected and really added to the story.

This is a really enjoyable series and I highly recommend it.

I read an ebook version of this book, with around 225 pages, a bronzed couple cover in keeping with the previous books in the series, and great editing.

With thanks to Rachel Robinson and Hambright PR for an early copy of the book. All comments are my own honest and unbiased opinion.

𝐇𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥. 𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐳𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐲 𝐡𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐬.
Magnolia Sager tells herself she’s only looking for something fun and temporary— nothing serious. Then she meets Aidan Mixx. Aidan lives by one rule: no attachments. The SEALs get his loyalty, and that’s it. But the more time these two spend together, the harder it is to keep things casual. Now they have to decide if they’re brave enough to risk their hearts, or if their pasts will shut it down before it even has a chance.
We all know how much I love military romances, so picking up Stealing It by Rachel Robinson was an easy choice for me. It pulled me right in!
As the third and final book in the Bronze Bay SEALS series, the story feels very comfortable in its world. The focus this time is on Aidan Mixx and Magnolia, and their chemistry keeps things interesting from the start.
Aidan is charming, cocky, and very committed to his no-strings lifestyle. His backstory does add some nice depth and helps explain why he keeps people at arm’s length. I did enjoy watching his walls start to crack — though if I’m being honest, his redemption didn’t fully convince me at times. He still felt a bit like a player here and there, which made it harder for me to completely believe the turnaround. That said, I could definitely see what the author was building toward with his arc.
Magnolia, though? Loved her. She’s been through it and comes into Bronze Bay focused on rebuilding her life for herself and her teenage daughter. She’s cautious in a very believable way, and I appreciated that she doesn’t just fall at Aidan’s feet. Between running her antique shop and protecting her peace, she felt grounded and easy to root for.
The dating app meet-cute adds a fun touch, and the relationship develops at a steady, satisfying pace. The tension builds well, the back-and-forth between them is fun, and there are plenty of moments that make it very easy to keep turning the pages.
Overall, Stealing It is an engaging small-town military romance with plenty of heart and chemistry. Even though Aidan’s redemption didn’t 100% land for me personally, I still had a really enjoyable time with this one.
Thanks to Hambright PR for the copy, and congrats to Rachel Robinson on the re-edit and March 3rd re-release. If you’re into protective SEAL heroes, single mom heroines, and small-town romance, this one is definitely worth checking out.

My jaw was on the floor after the very first chapter!! I was not prepared for how many times this story would completely surprise me.

After her 17-year-old daughter catches her husband cheating with a much younger woman, Magnolia is slowly stepping back into the dating world. She tries a dating app just once… and that’s when she meets Aiden. He’s only there for one thing: something casual, no strings attached. It’s the complete opposite of anything Magnolia has ever done — but after meeting Aiden (and realizing it’s been far too long), she decides to take a chance.

And that one chance? It’s all it takes for Mr. No-Commitments to start falling hard.

I absolutely loved watching their relationship grow from playful and lighthearted to something deeply tender and genuine. This story will tug at your heartstrings and make you feel every single emotion along the way.

Magnolia Sager has moved to Bronze Bay with her daughter, Kendall, for a new beginning after her husband, Paul, had an affair. Her best friend Jenny encourages her to join a dating site for shaking off the cobwebs and moving on.

Aidan Mixx is a Navy Seal and a player in every sense of the word. He has no desire for more than one night with a woman and wants to be clear with the woman upfront that there is no chance for more.

Yet there is something about Magnolia that makes Aidan want to be a better man and he will do what it takes to convince her otherwise. Yet his reputation is widely known and will it cost him the woman he loves?

This was a great book with some wonderful twists and turns!!

I thought Magnolia was such a wonderful character and as a single mom there was so much I understood. No matter what my kids come first and even if something happens and the fault is theirs I would still choose them over any man! I loved that she did go out with Aidan and was able to get through some of his walls and defenses.

I must admit that I really did not like Aidan at the beginning. I found him so cocky and overbearing and I wanted Magnolia to run away as fast as she could but gradually you began to see a different side of him. I loved when he began to change and you realized his feelings for Magnolia were genuine.

I was so mad at everything that stemmed from what Leo said and how everything completely spiraled from there. My heart did break a little for Aidan as I knew he was innocent with it all but Magnolia felt so torn and confused.

Towards the end of the book my heart just took an absolute beating by the author. OMG!!!!! I can't ruin anything but oh my goodness and I would have done exactly the same thing that Magnolia did with her decision for Aidan to go find Kendall.

The very end was much better and I loved that Paul got put in his place!!

These dating apps have really taken over the world. I’ve seen it happen to my friends countless times…. Two people sign on in hopes of meeting a hottie and get their kicks in for the night and BAM! Before you know it, they’re saying I love you. Such as Aidan, who didn’t stand a chance when he met Magnolia Sager.

After 15 years in a subpar marriage to the boy that knocked her up at 17, Magnolia is now free. It wasn’t in the best way..her teenage daughter walking in on her dad banging a girl virtually the same age as her.. but it gave her the chance to pack up her and her daughter and start anew in a small town in Florida. She’s happy living a new simple life with her Antique store and crushing single motherhood. But there’s something missing. So when her best friend pushes her to join one of those dating apps and enjoy a night out with a hot guy, she figures hey, why the hell not. In comes Aidan Mixx, badass Navy Seal and giver of killer orgasms. But like many military men, he’s only in it for one night. However, he quickly learns that Magnolia is not like most women and he is quickly enchanted. One night turns to two.. and soon they can’t get enough of each other. But can this fling turned passionate inferno between them survive or will it burn them both?

I devoured this book. Read it all in one sitting. Couldn’t get enough of the heat between Aidan and Magnolia 🥵. Their chemistry was off the charts. There were also a lot of sweet moments with Magnolia and her daughter and everyone went through some self growth so it was also a heart warming story. Aidan and Magnolia both had some troubled pasts to work through and it was a satisfying HEA. I will say.. the final few chapters were a whirlwind and I don’t know how Magnolias ex had the AUDACITY to act how he did but it created a wonderful ending to it all. Loved it loved it loved it!

Reformed bad boys are the best!

Looking to start her life again, and at her friend's request, Magnolia goes on a date from a hook-up app with Aidan, who's known as a playboy in their small town. One night with Magnolia isn't enough for Aidan, and what was supposed to be fake turns into something real. Only, Magnolia's a single mother, and Aidan's SEAL buddies don't think he can change his playboy ways. The first meeting of Magnolia's daughter is awkward, and it seems fine after that, until it isn't, and things get said and done that make Magnolia question everything. So who's Magnolia to believe - her daughter or her new boyfriend?

Magnolia and Aidan get their happy ending in this standalone book in a series.

This book starts with the breakup from Magnolia's perspective, then goes back to share their story to follow up with how the breakup went down from Aidan's perspective, before the happy ending can occur. I almost gave up on the book after the first chapter because of the lack of a warning, just as a heads-up.

I loved how much Magnolia gave this relationship her all after it was decided to give it a try. She had every right not to want to give love a try after what she went through with her ex-husband, and to find love again was amazing. I do hate that, because someone didn't like being told no, they worked to destroy that happiness for two people, but that's besides the point. I do think this book could use some triggers to go with it, not only for what happened at the beginning, but also for the trauma that Aidan went through and Magnolia's cheating ex.

I received an advance review copy of the rerelease of this book from Hambright PR, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

I’m not even going to lie- the prologue had me saying WTF over and over. With that setup, I wasn't sure I was going to like the book, but I am so glad I stuck with it! This was another fantastic SEALs story I couldn't put down!

Aidan showed up in the previous books, and he honestly surprised me the most. I expected the cocky, no-strings SEAL who would fight feelings until the bitter end. He absolutely started there, but his slow shift to choosing Magnolia really made this book shine. He ends up being way more romantic than I anticipated, and once he’s in, he’s all in. I love a MMC who doesn’t just say the right things, but backs them up and actually tries to be a better man.

Magnolia is rebuilding her life, protecting her daughter, and trying not to repeat old mistakes. Her hesitation to jump into anything makes complete sense. She’s not naive, and she’s definitely not desperate. I loved how she slowly let down her walls and trusted herself again. And Kendall… whew. Teenage angst is real, but if she were my daughter, we’d be having some serious talks and there would absolutely be consequences. She helps show that this isn't just about two adults falling in love, but it’s about building something that affects a whole family.

So yes, the beginning had me nervous, but by the end I was completely hooked. I'm loving these Bronze Bay SEALS and hope another one will fall hard in the future!

Robinson.

There is something incredibly magnetic about Rachel Robinson’s character work. In Stealing It, the leads are written with enough depth and charm that you can’t help but root for them from page one. Their chemistry is undeniable, and the emotional stakes feel high because you actually care what happens to them.

What Worked
• The Leads: The character development is the strongest pillar of this book. They feel like real people with distinct voices.
• The Vibes: Robinson knows how to set a scene and keep the pacing snappy enough that you’re flying through chapters.

The Speed Bumps
While the book is a fantastic ride, it wasn't without its flaws:
• The "Insta-Love" Factor: If you prefer a slow burn, the immediate "soulmate" connection here might feel a bit rushed. I found myself wishing we could have seen the foundation of their relationship built with a few more bricks before they went all-in.
• The Conflict: The central tension felt a bit thin. At times, the "big obstacle" felt underdeveloped or slightly silly, serving more as a plot device to keep them apart than a grounded, logical hurdle.

Final Verdict
Despite the "insta-love" and a slightly shaky conflict, the characters' magnetism carried the story for me. It’s a heartfelt, engaging read that proves sometimes a great character can make up for a minor plot wobble.

"I may be into casual dating, but if I ever find a woman I want to keep forever, that's a game changer."

Aidan Mixx is a player in a small town. He doesn't do relationships. Ever. Damaged beyond repair by a traumatic upbringing, he has no interest in letting anyone get too close. Until he meets Magnolia. She's not just beautiful, but also a refreshing change.

"It's a risk to give anything except my body to Aidan Mixx, and yet I feel it happening, felt it happening all night long."

Magnolia had her heart broken once before, and she's not prepared to put it on the line again for just anybody - especially not a somelike like Aidan who uses dating apps to find hook-ups. The most important person in her life is her teenage daughter.

"Having your hand on my heart feels right. The only thing that's felt this right in my entire life."

This was a great story. It was sexy, romantic and a little bit heartbreaking. Aidan and Magnolia really connect, and I loved how Aidan was man enough to face up to his growing feelings for her and willing to explore the uncharted territory of relationships. I hurt really badly for him when Magnolia refused to see the truth of things, but it's obvious where her priorities lay.

I absolutely loved the ending - it was so gorgeous and romantic. Perfect finish!

Stealing It is definitely one of my favourite books this year!

Stealing It is fantastic single mom/SEAL romance. Magnolia has barely dated since her divorce after her ex has an affair with a much younger woman. Feeling burned by that, she has barely dated but agrees to trying a dating app that is more about hook-ups than dating. She meets Aidan, a SEAL who excels at hook-ups. Magnolia realizes the one night only scenario isn’t really her. The two strike up an agreement that makes both feel comfortable- a short dating with lots of sex.

Rachel Robinson has written some of the best heroines in romance literature. Magnolia is one of my favourites. I always find single parent books far more relatable than say, 20 somethings find forever love. I loved her relationship with her almost adult daughter.

And talk about hot heroes. I love Rachel’s SEALS. They are my favourite book boyfriends. Aidan is uncomfortable about being with Magnolia for more than one night but Magnolia challenges his behaviour. Aidan faces his past and the choices he has made.

As with all of Rachel’s books- you’ll find some of the best sex scenes ever. Hot, funny, sweet and dirty. Definitely one of my top books this year.

Just like the name of the book "Stealing It" I felt when the heart of Magnolia crashed in front of her eyes. And how one thing can destroy faith and hope in the human psyche.

In this enchanting book, Second Chance for Love, Rachel Robinson brings us two amazing Characters Adin and Magnolia.

Two people who have had a difficult past, two wounded souls, that once they meet they understand how much they need each other.
Magnolia, who grows teenage daughter Kendall in her own after her heart crashed, tries to do everything for her daughter. She puts herself second in the life cycle until she decides to go out again and try to merge again into social life. And then, she indeed finds the one – Aidan, A Navy SEAL man, she feels an immediate connection to him.

And of a reckless thing and without thought all the trust that built destroyed before her eyes.

The book brings all possible emotions, ups, and downs - fears and hopes - disappointments and illusions - love and heartbreak.
This is my first book in a series of Bronze Bay SEALs that I read after reading Robinson's amazing books the - Crazy Good series.

I'm glad I gave the opportunity to read and recommend.

You know you are going to go on a roller coaster ride of emotions from the very beginning, and, boy, what a ride it is. During this journey, we get to know who Magnolia Sager is, the struggles she’s had to make to be where she’s at, and who the important people are in her life. We are introduced to Aidan Mixx in a very unexpected and unorthodox manner, but as the story unfolds, we learn that he’s so much more than the player a**hole he first appears to be.

This is a story filled with emotions. There’s the delight of unexpected passion, the pleasure of an emerging relationship, then the heartbreak of deceit and betrayal, followed by the pain of loss, which ultimately leads to the hope of starting over, and the promise of what’s to come. Magnolia and Aiden are remarkable characters. You can tell they are really made for each other, which makes some of the events so very difficult to face. Their story is full of all the feels and plenty of steamy passion. I highly recommend this very engaging and appealing romance! It’s part of the wonderful Bronze Bay SEALs series but reads as a standalone.

Thanks so much to the author and Hambright PR for a copy of Stealing It, a Navy SEAL and single mom romance. All opinions are my own.

This has been my favorite book from Rachel so far. My jaw already dropped in the epilogue, I kept wondering what was going to happen and I was completely hooked. This story took me on a full rollercoaster of emotions. I was shocked, scared, sad, relieved… and I absolutely flew through the pages.

I loved both Magnolia and Aiden (and let’s not forget the emotional teenager , the drama felt so realistic!). Magnolia is incredibly admirable. She’s an amazing mom who would do anything for her daughter. She gets things done, she doesn’t give up under pressure, and she leads with love and care.

Aiden is the kind of man who’s never shied away from one-night stands and has never had a serious relationship… until he meets the right woman. I love watching a man realize what he wants and step up for it.

Their journey felt real. They helped each other face their pasts, and Rachel made them truly work for their happiness and their relationship. Just like real life.
