I thought this was a really interesting idea for a book. The author had 40 women age 40 and up answer the exact same questions for each chapter. One example of a question is: "Do you believe there is a glass ceiling, and why?" I found it interesting that all the women were peers, but their answers all varied. Some of their answers I could totally relate to, and then others I didn't connect with it all. I enjoyed the favorite quotes, and the book recommendations that each woman gave. Overall, I think this is a book that every woman can find at least one thing they agree with or can learn from.
