DNF
The heroine is an idiot because the hero treats her like trash and her ass begs/pines for him!
The hero is an even bigger idiot because...
1) He thinks his best friend is fucking him over and just ignores it.
2) He leaves a pregnant heroine with said “best friend” that he doesn’t trust to go visit his father.
3) He finds his father stabbed and dying, father tell him the best friend did it.
4) He doesn’t rush to PREGNANT heroine who is still with said best friend.
5) He stays to look around for his father’s whore (who he thought about sleeping with) to make sure she’s okay... not going to his pregnant wife that is with betraying best friend.
6) He find father’s whore dead and mourns her lost, because he had gone to school with her and she was one of the hottest girls there.
7) He FINALLY leaves the house and gets a phone call from best friend saying he has heroine.
8) He is shock and asks best friend how he could do that to him.
9) He questions how betraying best friend got heroine (guess he forgot he locked heroine in a room and asked best friend to watch her even though he thought best friend was plotting against him).
10) I stopped reading after this.

It was an absolutely pleasure to read this brilliant, suspenseful mafia romance. The story-line and plot is well-written and full of suspense. The characters are unique individuals with realistic human flaws
It is about: a young woman (Isabella) spends a night with future mafia boss (Zane) and becomes pregnant. He only discovers this when his dying father (Lionel) a mob boss orders him to find her, Now the hunt begins.
There is: mafia, intrigue, suspense, twists & turns, drug deals, deceit, betrayal, memories, physical conflict, guilt, anger, verbal conflict, guns blazing, murder, distrust, sarcasm fear, fantasies, regrets, revenge, torture, death, plans, happiness, love & steamy scenes.
I really would recommend this book

I enjoyed the story itself, but the characters.
My God I wanted kill Zane 80% of the time and slap some sense into Isabella.
Truly, their story was full of intensity , drama and twists. I couldnt stop reading.
I would recommend.

What do you do when you find out your dad was part of a mafia gang...well of course you don’t believe it.
Isabella seems to pick the wrong type of guy , so when she meets Zane , she thinks her luck will change and oh boy, does it ever. A story of a surprise pregnancy, lust, passion, violence, betrayals, secrets, twists and turns and so much more. Loved it

A very unique storyline filled with twists and turns. Not your typical mafia story but a good read!

Dark and suspenseful
A dark romance that was full of violence, and tons of heat. Mafia family filled with everything a mafia story should be full of. Good read.

This was a strange read. The story could have been soo good and intresting. But the characters acted and talked like they were 16 and 17 years old, it's like a bad version of a mafia movie. She is extremely clingy and what grown man covers his ears so he doesn't have to hear that she is pregnant?
