I received a copy of this book for free in exchange for an honest review.
My favorite thing about this cook book is the flag on certain recipes as being “fatigue friendly” I have looked for more cookbooks for lupus like this and even ones that aren’t geared towards lupus. I can’t find anything anywhere.
If she put out a book of completely fatigue friendly recipes I would buy it right away!
A bit of a trendy feel but there were some recipes that I think will be worth a try. It did give me a basic idea of good foods and spices to include in my cooking. I didn‘t appreciate the preachiness but I never do- and beets to replace tomatoes in marinara? I’m dubious.
