Jonathan Robinson is a psychotherapist, best-selling author of 14 books, and a professional speaker from Northern California. I found this book useful at every turn. It is an easy, helpful read for beginners, and for the more intermediate or advanced practitioner, it is excellent at putting words and facts to the concepts. This is an effective work to bridge from the contemplative community to the mainstream!
