Dirty Secrets is a great addition to this series and I absolutely enjoyed it ! Beautifully well-balanced by the amazing storyline and characterization, this book kept me enthusiastically reading and made me feel good. Allie and Dominick make the pages burn. The chemistry between these two is more than combustive and the intimate scenes were very hot and sensual.

This book is more telling than showing. I need more showing how Dominic and Ally starts their romance. That first spark. The author just took us right in the middle where Dominic already obsessed with Ally. Dominis background also more telling than showing. I do not get vibe from him that he is a dangerous man. Instead he is just a stalker.
His secrets are also not so dramatic. Dominic and Ally chemistry is also lacking. Where is that part where swooning happens? The story is promising. Really promising. Its just the characters development/ chemisty is lacking. And the book is too long. 10 hours of audio book.
Overall I only enjoy the sex scenes than the characters.

3.5 stars, rounded up... 💕
Alright, so this one isn’t exactly filled with groundbreaking material, but it isn’t without charm, either. Allie, the heroine, is actually pretty likable. She’s a stripper, which the author accomplished without judgment for once. She has danced her whole life, and has also had issues with her body and weight in the past. I wouldn’t even call her flawed, though, because she was actively working on bettering herself and doing a damn good job of it. She isn’t a doormat, but she’s also communicative and lighthearted. Allie is a definite “pro” in this book.
Dominick is your standard alpha, mob-boss hero, just a touch on the obsessive side. It’s pretty hot, though. He is a bit of a caricature, yes, but I definitely wasn’t looking for a deep character analysis when I chose this book.
The problem? Nothing really... happens. The sex is hot and the characters likable, but it’s light on actual plot. Not a huge deal for me this week, but I can see some people wanting more. So, all in all, not a bad borrow from KU.

This was my first book by Lauren Landish so I didn’t know what to expect. Thank goodness it can be read as a standalone because I was unaware that this was a part of a series. While it wasn’t the best thing I’ve ever read, it was an okay romance.
I like the main characters Dominick and Allie enough. They had great chemistry and their sex scenes were pretty steamy. I just can't rate it any higher because it was lacking something. Maybe in depth? I don’t know, but I was never able to connect fully to the story or characters.
Overall it was okay. Hopefully the next book I pick up by her will better!

Love Dom & Allie. Dom is the head Boss and also Allie’s Boss at Petal’s. Dom has always wanted Allie and he will do anything to protect her and too make her his. Dom and Allie I absolutely love and really enjoyed there story.

First off, wow! I have never read any books from Lauren Landish and regret it because she can write some steamy scenes! I enjoyed this book , however it wasn't my best cup of tea.
Allie, hurt ballerina, who turns to being a stripper to pay her medical bills. She meets the mob boss (Dominick), who also happens to be the owner of the strip club Allie works at. An incident at the club requires Dominick to put security on Allie, but it also fuels his obsession with her, which includes installing cameras in her apartment, having a tracking device on her phone, and always having a body guard. HELLO THAT'S CRAZY, BUT A LITTLE HOT!
First off, I love my alpha men a little crazy but this book just starts right off with Dominicks crazy obsession. It bothered me simply because I felt no connection with the two characters at first and had no back story of his obsession with her. The book mentions the "growing lust" of Allie and Dominick going on for months, but does not show it, because the book starts after the incident happens at the club. As a reader I like to experience the "growing lust" because it gives us readers more of a connection.
During the story Dominick was referred to as "cold" and "dangerous" but to be honest there were barley any times during the book that I felt he was as "cold" or "dangerous" as he was meant out to be. Yes... he did like to have control over Allie, but besides that the readers don't actually see the coldness that the author wanted the hero to be portrayed as. It was mentioned over and over in the book how "cold" he is, but I just never saw it.
One thing I did love about this book is the heroine. She was super entertaining and was a breathe of fresh air. The heroine was very strong and didn't let anyone boss her around. She was a bit of a mess, while the hero was neat and tidy. I think the whole concept of them being total opposites was cute as a button!
You get to read the book in both views of the heroine and hero, and I think the author did a wonderful job writing Dominick's point of view. He was very passionate about Allie and his obsession was hot (if you're into the whole stalker thing). Dominick has a soft side for Allie and it was cute when he would open up to her when they were alone. The story also wasn't flooded with sex scenes, which I'm thankful for because that can sometimes ruin a book.
The last thing that bothered me was there really wasn't anything exciting that happened in the book. I thought that Allie was going to get into some Mob trouble or something, Dom saves her then there would be an emotional scene about how he could have lost her.. Yady.. yady... ya, but there wasn't really anything that had me on the edge of my seat. I like having a little something to have me on the edge of my seat, whether it's cliche or not. Be

Allie and Dominick are sugar and spice with everything naughty and nice. She never thought she would find herself working in a place like Petals from Heaven, but with life handing you curve balls she puts on a brave face and soldiers on. Dancing is her passion even when it’s on a pole or stage and the fringe benefits of being close to the sexy allusive Dominick is definitely one of them. Allie holds no illusions about the kind of man the Dominick is. His dealings are dangerous and deadly by most respects, but she cannot help but be drawn to him. Dominick has been in this world long enough to know that a girl like Allie is far too good to be tainted by his soiled hands. His life is a complex sword balancing act and keeping her safe as his secret obsession is hard enough, he can’t imagine what it would be if he made her his. Life is fickle and will laugh at your best made plans, as he soon discovers and keeping her at arm's length is no an option.

This book was hot, sexy, mysterious, and dramatic. It keeps you on your toes while you Reed. Dominic really wants Allie but doesn't want to bring her into his world. They both have deep secrets. As the secrets unfold they become closer and fall in love.
I really enjoyed the way the plot was written and the way Lauren Landish kept the book going and kept us on our toes. She knocked it out of the park with this book. - By Kristina

What do I think? What do you mean what do I think??? I think Lauren is freaking amazing and Dirty Secrets just proves that!
Dominik and Allie are fireworks and I’ve been waiting for so long for their story that I couldn’t help myself I finished in one sitting. Dom is The Boss of East Robinsville and he rules with an honest but iron fist and nobody would dare cross him unless their really that stupid but no. Dom is ruthless but fair unless it has anything to do with Allie then everything flies out the window and zero shits are given. The way he protects her is borderline stalkerish and questionable and he doesn’t care as long as she’s safe, but she’s more or less safe in his world, but she’s not so safe from the monster inside him. The Monster everyone fears, but she doesn’t because Allie knows Dom won’t hurt her they danced and seductive dance long enough and Dom is ready to claim what’s his even if he has to fight Allie to keep her.
What an amazing read I loved it from start to finish Dom and Allie were on fire!!

If Lauren Landish writes she writes it SO damn intense. The storyline, the characters, the sex scenes, everything is SO hot! So GOOD!
So once again i decided to pick up one of her books. This time the title shout out loud and says as much. Dirty! Hell yeah! secrets? Let's see how much you can handle, babe?
Obviously she enjoys so much writing this kind of stories. It's a smutty glue in words. And don't make me start with the hot scenes. Lord! This author created one of the most intense and turning on sex scenes. I'm wondering how come my Kindle was not on fire by the time I finished this book, here. Dom and Allie I swear is So explosive! Lol. Their chemistry, sexual attraction, is above it all! Goes so deep!

Holy Wow!
I have been waiting patiently for Dom and Allie's story, and oh so worth the wait.
Dominick Angeline, mob boss and business owner. Allison Bancroft, ballet dancer, teacher and stripper. These two have been eyeing each other for months and they never crossed the "no fraternization" clause in their work life since Allie works for Dom at his club. But, boy is the sexual tension there.
Dom...tall, dark, dirty and dangerous, but he has to be, to be able to rule the city with an iron fist. Allie is the light to Dom's darkness and the only person to really know him.
I love that Dom just threw it out there as how he feels about Allie. But, being a mob boss, he must keep secrets to stay safe, but Allie demanded "transparency". The road these two traveled separately and together was such a page turner. I couldn't read this book fast enough but then didn't want it to end.
Kudos Lauren. What a fan-damn-tastic read.

I have been waiting patiently for Dom and Allie's story, and oh so worth the wait.
Dominick Angeline, mob boss and business owner. Allison Bancroft, ballet dancer, teacher and stripper. These two have been eyeing each other for months and they never crossed the "no fraternization" clause in their work life since Allie works for Dom at his club. But, boy is the sexual tension there.
Dom...tall, dark, dirty and dangerous, but he has to be, to be able to rule the city with an iron fist. Allie is the light to Dom's darkness and the only person to really know him.
I love that Dom just threw it out there as how he feels about Allie. But, being a mob boss, he must keep secrets to stay safe, but Allie demanded "transparency". The road these two traveled separately and together was such a page turner. I couldn't read this book fast enough but then didn't want it to end.
Kudos Lauren. What a fan-damn-tastic read.

This story picks up after the events which occurred in Dirty Deeds and features dancer Allie and club owner Dominick whom we first met in that book. As with its predecessor, this is a well written romantic suspense with engaging characters, some drama, angst and plenty of steam. It’s also a heartfelt story that’s very gritty at times and very sweet at others. I enjoyed Allie’s struggle with her attraction for Dominick knowing full well who he is and his status within the city. Dominick who’s used to ruling his kingdom with an iron hand and an emotionless attitude has difficulty transitioning his obsessive and possessive behaviour toward Allie into something more socially acceptable – and more importantly into what Allie will be willing to accept. Will each be able to make the necessary compromises to find the common ground where they can have a future together without regrets?

Allie dreamed of being a ballerina since she was you g. She worked her ass off for it to. That all ended with one injury. She now teaches ballet to kids and moonlights as a stripper.
Dominick is the owner of said strip club as well as King of his city. He has had a thing for Allie for along time and they have both danced around each other. Dominick doesn’t sleep with employees and he isn’t sure is Allie can handle his life.
Allie gets a good opportunity that takes her off Dominick’s payroll. He now is free to make act on his feelings. Things are good at first until secrets are revealed and Allie has a hard time dealing with his way of life.
This was a good story. I think my biggest complaint was character development. I didnt feel like I cared enough about them to route on their HEA. Something was lacking for me. But overall this was a good and kept me interested.

Boring and slow
I really wanted to like this one. But for me it was just too slow, and I felt like I was left waiting for something that never came. I felt if Dominick was going to have all these stalker tendencies somewhere in the book they needed to be justified. This book just didn’t work for me at all, and I normally like Ms. Landish’s books. However, I just didn’t feel like there really was much meat to this book in my opinion, not a lot of romance, suspense, story or heat. Kinda of felt like a lot of repetition of stalker behavior, Dom following Allie, Logan following Allie, Gavin following Allie. Login reporting on Allie’s movements etc. I kept reading waiting for something big to happen and it never did. This was just a very anti-climatic book. Just my opinion.

Allie is thrilled to be offered a chance to teach more classes at the dance studio were she also works, and meets with Dom to discuss her schedule, and stays for dinner...
Fantastic, dark romance with sexy characters that must learn compromise in order to live with each other's unique, and sometimes demanding, personalities. I think this is a must read romance with fascinating twists, and it has a happily ever after. I loved this book!

This isn’t a typical mafia romance and it doesn’t pull any punches. I love that this book doesn’t take the easy way out of anything it does. Allie shakes the foundations of the control Dom’s relied on his whole life. While Dom’s presence in her life forces Allie to re-evaluate what her real deal-breakers are in a relationship. These two came really close to breaking my heart several times, and I was in desperate need of the sweet closing chapters by the time I got to the end. There’s also still a whole bunch of secondary characters just hanging out that make me hope that there are more books in this series still to come.

Very hot and well written chemistry between the characters. I've read most of the books this author has written and really like her writing style. Can't wait to see what she writes about next!!

Dirty Secrets by Lauren Landish a five-star read that you won’t want to keep secret. This is a novel in the Get Dirty series, but each can be read as stand-alone. We have net Dom and Allie before and seen Petals, but this time we get to see behind the curtain and see the true sides to both, the dancer behind the pole and the Darkness behind the boss. This was so hot, but also so gripping. As usual Lauren brings us a great read that you won’t be able to put down. It’s easy to see why she has so many accolades and best seller tags with her books.

Dominick’s the man - and I don’t think he was born missing a single alpha bone in his body. This boy means BUSINESS. I adored the contrast when sweet, sheltered Allie falls into his protection. Not to mention an obsession like no other.

Wow, I loved this book. Loved how obsessed Dominick is with Allie. It’s so HOT! But what happens when she finds out he’s “The Boss”? She soon falls for him, but is he good for her? Will she understand why he keeps secrets? Will he open up to her? I voluntarily read an advanced readers copy and I highly recommend this book.

This was the best book. Kept my attention throughout the entire book. Loved how Dom tried to dominate and how it backfired at times and Allie was so strong willed. This is a really good book! Highly recommend!

Dirty Secrets is a standalone romance novel and the 4th book in the Get Dirty series. I really liked this book and would give it a 3 star rating.

Dominick was a possessive, alpha hero who loved Allie more than his life. What Dom felt for Allie wasn't love, obsession or addiction it was all of them and so much more.
Allison was sassy, intelligent and beautiful beyond words. She is a former dancer but due to an injury she is now a ballet teacher and headliner pole dancer at Petals from Heaven (A club Dominick owns).
It was a good read and Laura always kept me on my toes waiting for what's to come but what disappointed me was that nothing ever happened, I kept reading in hopes of some drama but there wasn't any at all. The sizzling chemistry between Dom and Allie made the pages burn but I did have some issues with the book.
The first thing that bothered me was that there was no connection between the two. The author mentions Dominick's 'growing lust' for Allie and his need to protect her but there was no backstory except for the fact that they had eyes on each other for a while.
What bothered me the most was that nothing exciting ever happened in the book. I expected the whole Allie gets into some Mob trouble and Dominick swoops in to save the day along with an emotional scene of how Dominick could have lost her ...yada....yada.
I mean I know that's a little bit of cliché but I would have liked something to keep me on my toes.
One thing I loved a lot about this book was the heroine. She was unlike any other heroine and didn't take anything lying down. She was a real breath of fresh air and I loved how her character was portrayed.
The last thing that bothered me was that the author kept mentioning Allie and TJ's issues about how Dominick wasn't really a white picket fence kinda guy and that he was "cold" and "calculating" but honestly, Dominick was calm, collected and understanding throughout the book. There wasn't even a mention about what Dominick does that is so dangerous except for bits and pieces here and there and the fact that he is a Mob Boss. And the cold and calculated image wasn't really portrayed as said.
Besides that, Laura did an amazing job in portraying the heroine and Dominick's love for Allison. While she was a mess, Dominick was neat and tidy and they really gave out the whole 'ying and yang' and 'opposites attract' vibe.

I loved this book. Another great and exciting read, that was exciting, gripping and intense with some hot romance. Such a awesome story. Dominick and Allie had great chemistry and were amazing characters, I loved them, I especially loved the hard with the soft, it worked so well for them.
