Fearless and endless innovation, customer focus and long term perspective visionary. No wonder why Amazon took over #1 commerce in all aspects. Here is little glimpse of the founder and CEO of Amazon Jeff Bezos, compilations of shareholder letter which included a copy of the original 19978 letter on each future shareholder letter, never forgetting and remaining Day 1.

========
Day 1: It is all about the Long Term (since 1997 and the original 1997 letter has been continuously enclosed in the future shareholder letters, never forgetting the original goal of long term business mindset.) Bold investment. Work hard, and maintain lean culture. Obsess over Customer (most customer-centric company. To be afraid to wake up every morning terrified not for our competition but of our customers. Start with customers and work backwards. 360 of the 452 goals will have direct impact on customer experience. ). Employee (You can work long, hard or smart, but at Amazon.com you cannot choose two out of three.) Business model of cash-favored and capital efficient. Constant improvement, experimentation, and innovation in every initiative. Send email to jeff@amazon.com

~ Benjamin Graham “In the short run, the market is a voting machine but in the long run it is a weighing machine.” We don’t celebrate a 10% increase in the stock price like we celebrate excellent customer experience. We are not 10% smarter when that happens and conversely aren’t 10% dumber when the stock goes the other way. We want to be weighted, and we are always working to build a heavier company.
