I don’t read a lot of finance books, but I read a lot of self development books and this was a GOOD one. A lot of the habits and lessons discussed in the book are just good life habits, not necessarily exclusive to money alone. I used the highlight feature and have a google doc with all of the wisdom that I found to resonate with me....give it a shot! It only took about 90 minutes to read, so it’s a quick one.
This book kept pointing towards owning your own business as the only way to success. Other than that it was a very good and very helpful read . I highly recommend it.
This is a well written book and impressive considering the amount of quality advice in time it took to read. This is a short read but one that is full of great insight regarding finances, investing, goals to help break away from habits that may be holding you back. Some of the main points discussed are likely things the majority of people have probably heard before, but the delivery of the advice was motivational. Quick, to the point, and something to reflect upon. Definitely worth taking the time to read.
As someone coming from an immigrant family I’ve seen first hand the harm that negative habits can have. The author points out how people often do not rise above their current financial traps and how to avoid them
I absolutely loved this easy read!!! This book is organized with a quote, wealth of content/practical steps, personal stories/testimonials, questions to ask ourselves and action items at the end of each chapter. There were a few ah-ha moments that really had me thinking. It forced me to reaccess my priorities, realize actions I'm lacking and gave me the jump start I need on how to begin. It doesn't take much time to get through this book so it's no excuse for the reader not to finish and start working on goals and finances. I highly recommend!!!
This book is full of great tips to improve your financial wellness. Many of the things that were talked about in this book I have already started doing but I still took a lot away from this read. I would encourage anyone trying to break away from mediocre ways of life to read this book.
This was a great read with plenty of tangible items to get you results. The author used plain, candid language to illustrate points and his succinct narrative is very welcomed. Definitely recommend to people wanting to make needed changes toward their financial freedom or for validation for those who are already on their path.
This is one of the best books I have read this year. This book encourages and engages the reader to create wealthy and healthy habits to get financial relief. Salute to Dipo!
Simple and straightforward this book highlights habits that keep us poor. Alongside the wealth producing habits of the rich. I will refer back to this again and again, as I exchange bad habits for good.
The title is interesting. The insight that Dipo shares is eye opening. I have already started to creating new ways of thinking. The book is straightforward and a very easy read.
This was a very quick and with practical advice. If you are not wealthy, yet aspire to be, I recommend reading this with an open mind and thinking deeply about how your habits are keeping you stuck or delaying your goal of being wealthy.
I liked this book took the approach of calling out your bad habits then finishes each chapter with actionable steps to replace them. Quick, easy read with many great nuggets of knowledge.
This book is an easy read with basic financial information. It does list many pitfalls of why people are broke. It does allow for self reflection and action plans that can lead to financial freedom if followed. I love the marble story.

After reading this, I am motivated to make some changes! Definitely recommend this book to anyone desiring to make a change in their thoughts about money.
Good nonsensical advice that everyone needs to be made aware of before the poverty mindset is entrenched. Books like this should be taught in high school.
It’s always a good thing to know what NOT to do, rather than the more daunting list of things you should to to achieving success. In this sense this publication provides examples of habits to get out of or avoid all together. You get closer to your goals if you know and avoid the pitfalls.
Quotes at the beginning of every chapter were, in most cases, a nice way to set a mind set to start looking and thinking more critically about each habit.
Sometimes it felt over-simplistic and perhaps a little biased towards financially successful individuals but that is more a matter of focus and perception.
I enjoyed this short and quick read. It goes over the topic in a general way and there are several grammar mistakes, but I still think it contained valuable information. I feel like the inclusion of Bible verses was a questionable choice and gave off a "prosperity gospel" feel. So read it, but with a grain of salt.
Dipo gives so many examples of a broke mindset verses a wealthy mindset. He challenges us to think differently by doing the things that help us succeed and grow in knowledge and understanding concerning life and making profitable decisions about our future. Very well written and scripturally sound all the way through.
I'm aware of a lot of information, but reading the bite-sized chapters and having the ability to practice each rule is helpful in my journey. Each title serves as a reminder of what I should and should not be doing. I love the stories and Bible verses used. Great book!!
This book had some good ideas but a lot of grammatical errors or mis-used words (ex "viable" instead of "valuable") that made it hard to believe the author really knew what they were talking about. Perhaps get a better editor/proofreader on your team. I mostly skimmed the book because the errors were annoying.
